My wife ordered my birthday present on April 8 and it is now May 27. Nothing was on backorder or not in stock at the time. So there should have been no issues. In the order comment's she even stated that it was going to be a birthday present. After a month she sent a email asking what the issue was. She was told there was no set date. We have sent more emails and left many messages with no response. I have bought from them in the past with no issues so I was giving them the benefit, but now this has become ridiculous.
