Do NOT waste your time!
I had an appointment yesterday to meet with someone regarding a lease on a Rav4 and had an absolutely horrible experience. Not only did I arrive to find out they no longer had what I was looking for but I was treated like garbage. One of the managers, Ed Brown got involved almost immediately and gave me the speech "we will do all we can to make something work for you", "we are the biggest dealer in New England and no one will give you a deal like we can", BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. Well, after 2 hours of wasting my time Ed came to his own conclusion that I couldn't afford what he was offering me and stopped working with me. He literally said "Well, unfortunately we aren't going to be able to work something out for you. These payments would be over $300 a month so there is nothing we can do." Did he ask me if I could pay that? no. Did he give me the opportunity to think it over? No. He just wrote me off and walked away. I was actually left sitting by myself at the desk wondering what was going to happen next.
Customer Service is clearly not a priority at Boch Toyota so if you are looking to be treated like garbage while buying/leasing a new vehicle then Come on Down!
