Purchased a vehicle about a year ago from them with an extended warranty. About 4 months later drove an hour back to cancel it after multiple failed attempts trying to reach someone on the phone. Waited an hour to talk to someone in the finance department. Finally signed paperwork and was told that it would be all set and it would be refunded retroactively to my lean holder. Well here we are months later no refund I'm assuming someone didn't want to lose commission on the warranty and never sent the paperwork out. Other than that it wasn't a terrible experience just like any other car dealership once you've purchased the vehicle they want nothing to do with you.

Problem was rectified after customer service reached out very happy to get that resolved. Thank you for your help.
