This was the best, most professional car buying experience I've had - ever. My hat is off to Greg, who took his time to walk me through the entire experience from pulling the vehicle in to a showroom garage to show me how everything worked (especially the awesome compactness of the back seats) to everything on the dash. His kind manner never made me feel under pressure of any kind or rushed at all. I met with one of their finance specialists and he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable, and didn't make me feel pressured as I made decisions. After driving my HR-V for a week now, I feel very comfortable in the car and very happy with my decision to test drive and buy at Bobby Rahal.
