I have two cars I bought used here, a 2005 Civic and a 1990 Accord. Both transactions, although quite some time ago, were smooth. I have brought both cars here for most maintenance and repairs over the years because I trust the techs to do the job right and if they don't have a part in stock, they get it quickly. They also allow me to bring my own parts for installation as long as they are OEM comparable and direct fit. That has really helped me to keep costs down in maintaining both cars, since dealer prices on some replacement parts are laughably outrageous. They provide loaners during service and free inspections for cars you bought from them, even on my 1990 Accord that I bought in 1996. On the negative side, twice after picking up my Civic after service in the past two years, there have been fresh scratches in the paint on different surfaces. I can only assume that this was caused by the car wash. Since I had no way to prove this, I never bothered to notify them. My wife has told me to make sure they don't wash this car in the future.
