I went into Taylor Kia to look for a vehicle, and I needed help understanding the ins and outs of credit approvals. I can t tell you how dissappointed and dissatisfied I am.

Not only did they try to force me into an old hunk of junk car, but when I suggested that I should try talking to Demetrius Ison about the New Chance Program across the street at Boardman Nissan, the Kia salesperson wouldn t stop saying negative things about them. He ranted and raved about how Boardman Nissan wouldn t be able to help me.

Guess what? I took myself right across the street to Boardman Nissan, and now I m driving away in my BEAUTIFUL loaded 2014 Nissan Sentra!

I had the most amazing experience at Nissan of Boardman. I spoke to Joey the most, throughout the duration of my stay, which came close to four hours and he couldn't of been more friendly. Honestly, I had no exact expectations and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I was nervous. Everyone there was so open and kind, it actually made the time go by quickly. I spoke to two other gentleman, I believe their names were Robert and Shawn. I couldn't of done any of this without them and my first car-buying experience was amazing. I left in tears of joy. I have not been able to stop talking about this experience. I highly, highly, recommend, to anyone looking for a new or used car, to give Nissan of Boardman a chance! Simply put: They are amazing. Five stars to this location!

I had a horrible experience happen to me with losing my vehicle I had for 3 years, and I had went to a few dealerships to figure my options for a new vehicle. After hearing about Boardman Nissan on the radio, I stopped in and met J Coots and he worked with me in greeting a vehicle. After a horrific ordeal, it ended well and I am happy that they over extended to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend J Coots and Boardman Nissan on their diligence and hard work!!

Lack of professionalism in the service area. Both service guys were screaming at each other, cussing, and threatening each other. My children should not have to be afraid at a dealership, nor should they have to listen to the language and immaturity. I have never liked the sales side here, but I have been going here religiously for all maintenance, as I have had good experiences in the past. But I will not be back. Totally unacceptable.

I just completed the purchase of a used car at Boardman Nissan and the experience was the best of my 50 years in buying a car. Wesley Collier was my sales person and I so recommend him highly - very professional, courteous, smart and just a terrific person to purchase car from. He made the experience nice fun, and stress free - in addition the used car sales manager and finance manager were also quite helpful. Demetrius Ison is a gem and Nissan is VERY lucky to have him! He REALLY went out on a limb for us and worked EXTREMELY HARD to get us an EXCELLENT vehicle that we love especially in time for winter. Demetrius is an amazing salesman and an overall wonderful guy. Not only is he a very hard worker, but anyone can tell his values and morals definitely come into play behind his drive to make sure his clients are very well taken care of. This was THEE BEST experience I HAVE EVER HAD at a dealership and would recommend this particular dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle let alone a friend or family member, especially to Demetrius. Even the sales manager that me sign all the papers was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. And, I have to mention that I was very surprised this dealership had a play area for the kids, considering my husband and I had brought our son with us, who stayed occupied the entire time, but I thought that was very smart thinking of the kids if they should be there with their parents. The service department is not easy to work with. I...

The service department is not easy to work with. I brought my vehicle in for an issue that I knew the exact cause for, and they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee that was close to 100% of the repair cost, in addition to the repair cost. Most dealers will charge a lower diagnostic fee, or a higher one if the customer chooses to not follow through with the repair. I m not sure why I should have to pay an additional $100+ fee when I articulated the exact problem and part that needed repaired. I understand if I came in with something vague like My car is making a noise that that would need additional diagnosis, but when I state My brake light switch is faulty and needs replaced , I m not sure what additional diagnostics need to be performed.

For the record, I went back home and took the brake light switch out of my other Versa, and the car began working as expected. Reordered a new OEM part for $20 and solved my own issue. Too bad, I would have been willing to pay the $150-$200 i was quoted by the service department to have it fixed. However, the extra fee was too much.

I ve had too many issues with Boardman Nissan over the years, and will no longer be doing business with them.

Was happy with service until i found out about axles needing replaced and they wanted to charge labor for this job, eventhough the axles had to come out to replace the transmission. So essentially i was being double charged for labor. Didn't have axles done by dealer.

Boardman Nissan treated me and my wife wonderfully...

Boardman Nissan treated me and my wife wonderfully...and we were not even a customer. We were picking up a different brand used car from a dealer in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This was a complicated purchase with my local dealer arranging to buy the vehicle wholesale to sell it to my family and arranging it so I could pick it up to save money on delivery. The issue was that this was an electric vehicle and the drive was over 20 miles beyond the range of the ev. My only hope was to find a charger somewhere between Pittsburgh and my home just south of Akron, OH. It turned out that Boardman Nissan had a charger that would give me about 10-15 miles of spare range on each leg of the trip. Even better was the fact that it was a CHAdeMO fast charger, which would do the job in 30 minutes instead of nearly 6 hours. I called the sales manager Wes and he said it would be no problem. I arrived about 50 minutes before they closed and they treated me and my wife wonderfully...they hooked us up to charge and even recommended a restaurant next door to grab a bite to eat while we waited. It charged in 27 minutes and we returned to pick it up about 5 minutes before they closed. They did not seem impatient that it was closing time and they even seemed very interested in how everything turned out. We made it home with 13 miles to spare.

Thank you Boardman Nissan for all your help and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the Boardman/Canfield/Youngstown area - especially if you are looking for a Nissan Leaf!

Boardman Nissan, went there with no intentions on buying a vehicle and came back with basically an amazing car, Austin Keats was great with explaining everything to me, helping me figure everything out and was 100% honest. I JUST GOT MY FIRST NEW CAR WITH SOME OF THE WORST CREDIT ISSUES AND NO DOWN PAYMENT WITH AN AFFORDABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT. THE SECOND CHANCE PROGRAM IS DEFINITELY LEGIT AND A WAY TO GO IF OTHER CRAPPY PLACES LIKE JD BYRYRDER.....(HINCE THE NAME JUST KNOW YOUR IN FOR A REAL BEATER FOR WAY MORE THAN ITS WORTH) ARE TURNING YOU AWAY AFTER TALKING TO THEM FOR 6 MINUTES. DEMETRIUS AND NATALIE TOTALLY ROCKED IT OUT AND WORKED WELL OVER THEIR CALL OF DUTY TO GET ME IN A VEHICLE. I DIDN'T HAVE A WAY THERE UNTIL MONDAY AS MY OTHER VEHICLE BIT THE DUST. DEMETRIUS DROVE ALL THE WAY TO SHARON, PA TO PICK ME UP AND WORKED WITH ME. THEN I DROVE AWAY ON FRIDAY INSTEAD IN MY BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AMAZINGLY EASY AND TOTALLY FUN. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOARDMAN NISSAN TO ANYONE ELSE. I MEAN WHAT OTHER DEALERSHIP WOULD CALL YOU AFTER GETTING YOU APPROVED IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES TO LET YOU KNOW THEY GOT YOU APPROVED ESPECIALLY WITH MY CREDIT PROBLEMS FOR A NEW CAR AND WOULD PICK ME UP THAT DAY(FRI. INSTEAD OF MON.) I LAUGHED BUT IT WAS ALL TRUE....IF YOU ASK ME THATS BOSS!!!! THESE GUYS HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE FOR BEING THE FIRST TO OFFER ME THAT SECOND CHANCE THAT I NEEDED. We had to let the service dept know about a warranty issue and show them on our phone before we were charged.

Every other car I've bought from a dealer when brought in for service is also cleaned inside as part of the service. I'll be back because my oil changes are free, but nothing has stood out that has made me feel like I'm special to Boardman Nissan for getting my car there when I compare my experience to other car purchases in my life.

I bought a brand new 2016 Nissan Frontier with 16 miles on it at the day that I purchased it. It was paid for and I left at about 8:30pm so I could not see any of the damage that I was to discover later. I drove it home being very careful not to tailgate and not to exceed about 65 miles per hour on the highway. Three or four days later I had the opportunity to wash it and discovered that I had two dents in strange locations on the hood, a multitude of small rust spots, a small gash in the paint down to bare metal, and rubbing compound on the edges of the body lines that I could only imagine was used to fill the small gash and cover up the rust spots. I made contact and they agreed to pull the dents, fix the rust spots which were some sort of metal deposit embedded in the paint, and fill and blend the small gash. This was all done and I was asked to come back to have the gash blended after the paint dried. In between this time I got a chance to get my Pennsylvania state inspection where a leaking exhaust, paint damage on the pinch weld, and a missing screw on a mudflap were found. That damage was fixed about a week after I drove out there to verify what I already knew and they attempted to blend the gash but it just ripped out the touch up paint. More touch up paint was applied and I was asked to return a week later and to park in the sun to bake the paint in for the week in between, per orders of the detailer that worked on it. I did as he asked and came back in a week. Same outcome with the paint ripping off. I talked to Eric Briguglio the sales manager and Chris Kowalski the sales person who sold me my truck to see what we could do next, since the previous efforts had failed and I don't expect a new truck to have damage. I suggested a re-spray on the hood or a new hood, whichever was cheaper because I feel like I have been thoroughly screwed through this whole process. They basically laughed at me and said that they weren't doing any more for me because they "already went above and beyond" because I "caused the damage."

Had an oil change done at 2,200 miles at the Firestone near my house that does a majority of my work. The master tech with over 15 years of experience working on it was removing the drain plug and had to use a breaker bar to remove the plug, the plug was cross threaded from factory. The plug was equally difficult to reinstall and it started to drip oil steadily out of the oil pan without the engine even being turned on. I contacted this dealership and said that I was blacklisted. This is the first oil change that has ever been done on the vehicle and I was only doing it early because I am leaving for a 1000+ mile trip on Sunday.

The truck has had a majority of other issues including steering noise that after four visits to my local Nissan dealership, which has treated me as if I was their own customer since the oil pan issue, was finally found to be a defective steering column. This was found as the problem by a Nissan Corporate Regional mechanic, as well as the passenger side doors being out of alignment in need of a proper re-adjustment. The Nissan Corporate mechanic also found a large dent on the original oil pan that stripped out, which is located on the passenger side of the truck. The screw that was missing was also on the passenger side. The doors being out of alignment, again also on the passenger side. Paint chips on the pinch weld, passenger side. My dashboard was also warped above my steering column. I believe that this truck was involved in some sort of incident at Boardman Nissan that remained undisclosed to me. The amount of parts replaced has exceeded $1000 in value so I believe that they kept the repair cost below $1000 in any way possible to allow to hold the sale price of the vehicle. To respond to the prompted to look over stuff, it's hard to see dents when you leave around 8:30pm and whenever someone has covered the chips with rubbing compound. I'm positive some of their 5 star reviews are employees, look at some of them and their names on their website.

Went to the Nissan Dealership on a price for a second key for my car. I ENDED UP DRIVING OFF THE PARKING LOT WITH A NEW (not used!) 2018 NISSAN KICK (the color is black which is so me). DEMETRIUS YOU ARE THE MAN ALLLLL DAY-EVERYDAY. This man kept his word, very polite, professional and patient. I still in awe. What a blessing-had no idea I was set up to get a new car! GOD IS SO AMAZING!
I want to say a big THANK YOU to Demetrius and everyone that was involved that made sure I left with a new vehicle!
