Didn't even have a shovel and a wheelbarrow and I was told by the manager that they wouldn't be restocking either of the items as too many are stolen

Extremely poor service here by this place... After large payment on ordered materials, had to keep chasing them weekly for 2 months. Promised to call, never did! Wow, gave me free delivery which turned pearshaped.
Upon delivery, driver accidentally damaged property with truck, then it takes 10+ phone calls to management and 6+ weeks to get small payment to repair. Manager promises call backs but never received 1, then goes on holidays instead.
Absolute worst service I ve seen in many years. Reckon I ll stick with Bunnings!
Fix your hours. Every weekday I have arrived 5:10pm and it s a ghost town. Why say closing at 5:30 ??
Advertised online they close at 5:30. Called at 5:10 , she answers the phone as hello not hello mitre 10, I ask if I've called mitre 10 the lady spoke rudely and says yes it but we are closed. Get rid of the tone and if it's not open dont answer the phone, or if you want to answer answer like you would during work hours

Great service, was met by a worker who not only directed me to the items I required, but took them out and also showed me other options, then took them to my car.
Considering that this is a small store, it does have a good range and a very helpful staff. Gary in plumbing, was very helpful and went out of his way to assist with the delivery (the truck driver was also extremely helpful).
Lazy staff and poor service should be closed down lack international service in inverloch and too expensive products
Mitre 10 has everything i would ever need at the right price

Mitre10 are always helpful, they reserved an item for us no questions, had it ready when we arrived to pick up, the whole transaction took just a free minutes.

Incredibly unhelpful. I'm always baffled by help all the customer services in there no one seems to know anything and no one office to help. Whenever you ask for help it feels like you are inconveniencing them. Take the drive to Wonthaggi and go to Bunnings
Wow.. Fantastic experience from the Boys in the Timber yard on the weekend, I'm sure it's the same service Quality during the week. The Front of house were also Extremely friendly. We found staff to have a Delightful & Exemplary manor. We found the staff Willing to bend over backwards to help with any DIY project or product inquiry.
Highly recommend.
Lack lustre service. Plants a bit bedraggled. Timber yard is useful for little projects.
