We had to let the service dept know about a warranty issue and show them on our phone before we were charged.

Every other car I've bought from a dealer when brought in for service is also cleaned inside as part of the service. I'll be back because my oil changes are free, but nothing has stood out that has made me feel like I'm special to Boardman Nissan for getting my car there when I compare my experience to other car purchases in my life.
