We had been looking for a Xterra for a while, and had been to another dealership and looking for private sellers too. We were unimpressed until we came to Montrose. We fell in love immediately with the vehicle, and with the help of our sales woman Corrine we were able to leave in it that night. The whole montrose staff stayed late for us and made sure we were happy. Great experience for sure.

Just a great place to do business. I travelled about two hundred miles to the dealership. It was worth the trip for the savings and the service. There was a little glitch which they took special care to work out. Zach was friendly and helpful and available to answer my questions. If he happened to be busy he would always get back to me. Even after I had the car a week I was still calling him with questions about the vehicle.

The service and salesmanship at this location is top-notch. If you're in need of a car, Mike Edwards will not disappoint. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and the car we drove home in. They even brought it to us from another dealer lot in their chain, and let us test out the most similar thing they had in the meantime to make sure it was what we had in mind. Mark Dickerhoof went out of his way to work the deal with multiple banks to ensure we had the best rates, and the most affordable access to multiple layers of protection for our new investment. Thank you so very much, you both made the experience fantastic. My one regret is that I can't post more than one five star review!

Very disappointed in the way in which this company...

Very disappointed in the way in which this company handles there customers. Inquired about a vehicle early in the morning and got an appointment set up. Go in later that evening to find out that the vehicle has been placed on a rental program and can no longer be purchased. The website said that this offer was available until April 1st 2019. It should have been honored through the company and I was never notified that this was even a consideration that they plan to do with the vehicle. Montrose Nissan had just lost out on the sale today due to their lack of customer service and dishonesty of there website promotions and sales.

I had been searching for a car for months and I had looked at quite a few. I had some really terrible experiences and had almost given up when Rochelle called me about a car i had been looking at online. She set up an appointment and told me to ask for Monica. When I got there, Monica took us on a test drive in the car. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. We put money down that evening. She text and called with updates on the car and was willing to do anything and everything to assist me in my car buying experience. Both ladies were awesome and so easy to talk to. They made my experience enjoyable again. Thank you for all you do and I love my new car!!

I was very disappointed with my experience buying from them, and I wasnt actually the one buying the car from them. Unfortunately this was my younger sisters first car buying experience and it was a terrible one. So after our initial visit and test drive of the same model vehicle the actual car we were interested in was missing its keys. So when they finally had keys available she took it on a test drive without me and ended up putting a down payment to hold the car while she financed through her credit union. By the way, this was the salesman's suggestion so that the car would not get sold in the meantime. So what do you think happened when we went back a few days later to get paper work going??? " we dont know what happened but you aren't in our system and the car got sold!" So huge waste of time. So other issues were getting passed from one salesman to another which was ridiculous. So she ended up getting another car that of course was a thousand more dollars. I will say that Nissan has a great used car certified warranty and the price was pretty good,not great tho. Their way of making up the hassle to us was to offer us a 3rd party extended warranty at a discounted rate?!??!! What a joke. Also the sales manager miscomunicated the intrest rate and wrote it down wrong on his quote so she will have to refinance through her credit union after a few months just so she can get the rebate through nissans financing. I would not recommend doing business with them and I would give a zero star rating if I could.

I had been searching for weeks online for a used SUV and finally found one I liked at this dealership that was over an hour from me. It was well worth it because everything about the experience was wonderful. The store is bright and calm. Alex was very personable, easy to work with, and super knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Neither he nor the financing person were pushy or demanding. All of our questions were answered and we were encouraged to call or text later on if we have any more questions. I highly recommend Alex!

I'm not gonna hide that car dealerships, salesmen and the whole process of buying a car make me ill. We are firm believers in buy it used and drive it forever-which leaves us infrequent shoppers. Somehow the whole process feels like the time spent in surgical waiting room but without the fancy monitor that lets you know what phase of the process you're loved one is in and how much time is left until you can breath with relief.
It was the last step of the dealer process and we were so ready to be done. Last step-finance. The finance director, Natalie Fisher, is Montrose Nissan's breath of fresh air. Funny, relatable, and competent in her abilities, she is their hidden gem. Highly informed and answered every question we asked without irritation.

Bought a used truck from Brent, and worked with Cindy (finance manager) to get my banks ducks in a row, because they were lost on some details. They were friendly, and not overly pushy (not sending emails every 5 minutes like some dealers) and didn't try to pressure me into buying something i didn't want. Brent wasn't pushy, and the truck had more features and hidden options than they even went over, it was a good buy. Had a negative experience once at another Montrose dealer in Ohio, so i was hesitant going to the one in Hermitage feeling it would be the same way, but i was wrong, and i was very happy at the end of the day.

I was happy with the vehicle they sold me....at first. So here is when it went down hill. First I was told the car that I paid $7,000 dollars cash for would be detailed....nope. It was not detailed but it was quickly vacuumed that is about it. So it was dirty when I picked it up but I said to myself no biggie I will get it detailed. So when a car salesman ask you if you want the CARFAX say YES! Because I wasn't really worried about it, even though he repeated it but never brought it. That is my fault. Because fast forward four-five months later. My husband almost lost his life on a recall that should have been done on the car. I got the CARFAX when the control arm on the car broke and the wheel detached from the car while my husband was driving it. I felt something was not right and when I saw that that part was recalled in 2016 (btw we bought the car end of Feb 2020) and NEVER fixed was upsetting. This could have been easily avoided if Montrose would have got the CARFAX. Or perhaps they knew...I do not know. It seems unlikely that they did not know.
Now the car is at a another dealership for the last three weeks getting fix and it is free of charge because of the recall. I am just happy my husband is with us today because if he had been on a freeway or highway he could have had serious injuries. Customer service was great, there and I am not trying to knock them on that. Nice people all around but niceness can some times cloud your judgement or decisions on making sure they do their jobs correctly.
My only advice if you go there is please make sure they give you the CARFAX or research the vehicle while you are sitting there. Especially used ones. Things could have gone drastically different in my family, this could have been my teenage daughter driving or me driving the car. Just happy we are safe.

I have to say that I gave Montrose a hard time on buying a car but I knew what I wanted and what I would pay. When they finally came to my price, I couldn't have asked for better service. I am completely satisfied so far. This is my first purchase with them so I will need to see how their service dept. is. Great finance dept. and Dwayne, Jason, and Brian worked together to get me where I needed to be. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! No hassling, no gimmicks, just straight answers. Mark was excellent from test drive to signing papers. He was professional, honest, and down to earth. I felt like I was truly buying a car, not being sold one. Everyone there was nice, I'm not joking. I never felt once like I was out of place or a number. Great experience, love my frontier pro 4x. He s experienced, willing to take his time, and does not push. I would have liked the finance options explained better during my initial visit but it all worked out well. I believe I received a fair price and a great low interest loan. He has also checked in with me on numerous occasions since purchasing the car to see how I m enjoying it and whether I have any questions.

I got a friend at Montrose! lol I was driving a 2007 Ford Taurus, which I only have been financing for a year, that was constantly needing repair and parts replaced. A check engine light, for the 4th time mind you, was the last straw. After visiting approximately 5 dealerships and being turned down left and right due to the high payoff for my trade in and a low credit score, I gave up hope. At that point, I called Dwayne at Montrose to cancel my appointment because I did not want to waster either of our time. Well, he convinced me to still come down. Long story short, I am now a proud leasee of a brand new 2012 Nissan Rogue! I am glad that I drove the hour to see what Montrose can do for me. Brian worked tirelessly to get me a good deal and Emilio made sure that I was comfortable during the wait. I only explained my situation because I wanted to give hope to anyone else out there that feel trapped in their current car situation like I was. Just know that you have a friend at Montrose! You would leave with a smile and not a frown!

I don't normally give praise to dealership service...

I don't normally give praise to dealership service departments. Honestly, I prefer a couple local service stations that I have gone to for years unless I'm still under warranty. Well my car is still under warranty so I contacted Montrose and they really bailed me out. My check engine light came on and my engine started misfiring. What was worse was that I was supposed to be leaving in two days for a family vacation 450 miles away and we were taking that vehicle. I tried to schedule online but there were no appointments available before we were to leave do I contacted Montrose directly. I explained the situation I was in and they didn't hesitate a bit. They had me drop off the vehicle that night and squeezed it into their schedule the next day. They even had the repair parts overnighted so that the work would be done in time for me to go on vacation. I really appreciate what they did for me.
