On top of that they made the payments work into my budget. Stop by Boardman Nissan if you are in the Market for a car. If I was you I would ask for Demetrius!!!

At first , okay experience, very time-consuming though. Little fishy but i ignored (bad mistake)... Agreed on financing a car. 2 weeks later, finance department called and the bank no longer wanted to finance due to income. Very fishy , clearly someone lied then when proof of income was submitted to the bank (week later, after i offered while i was there in the store) , the bank no longer wanted to finance. Terrible service . Definitely not recommended , EVER. Probably should have read reviews before wasting time.

Bought a nice Dodge from their Natalie the finance lady was nice everyone was nice except for eric the manager sales manager ignorant rip off told me my trade wasn't worth nothing gave me 5000 for my 2012 it is online right now for $11,000 he was The rudest person I've ever dealt with everyone else they're nice as can be I got ripped off and I know it's because of Eric. Who's hard to deal with son of a gun.

He was kind enough to send me a message a few days after the sale to be sure everything was good with my new car, and even answered a few more questions for me! Had a very pleasant experience and Rob made the stress of car shopping a breeze.

Service dept. I liked it because you can watch mechanics work. The individual who checked me in was very dedicated, extremely helpful. Parts department was polite and also extremely helpful, knowledgeable. The actual maintenance department could use some cleaning up, things l laying all over work areas, not very organized. Looks terrible. Needs picked up, and sweep.

When you go in, make sure to ask for Westley Collier! Not only he is super personable while making the process fun, he is also wonderful at finding you the best fit possible. Being a single mother of two, in college, and limited in my options.. I was a little skeptical going in to see what the possibility of a different vehicle was. I wanted more room, more features than my current car, and something that felt safe for my kids. Westley was not only able to put me in a vehicle that was an upgrade, but he managed to keep my payments pretty close to what I was already currently paying!! Im beyond happy with the vehicle I got to drive away with! Thank you you again Wes!! Look forward to buying my next car from you as well!!

My day started horrible when I was looking for a new car, was at one dealership for almost 8 hours,just to get denied, went across the street to Boardman Nissan and James David Chismark was amazing, went well above the call a duty to get me in a car and I am forever Grateful!!! My experience with Boardman Nissan was Horrid! Do not buy from this dealership.!!The sales manager was insulting, so I called the general manager who hung up on me after I said How I had been treated.....I called the OWNER the next day he was in and he scolded me on the phone before I could even tell him my experience because his managers had already told him my husband and I had thrown the f bomb at them and called them a prick. NONE OF THAT EVER HAPPENED! We are Christian people who had our 2 yr old son with us and I am 38 weeks preganant.....Can you imagine what it would have looked like had we done what they accussed us of on a Saturday afternoon with a full showroom! It is ridiculous.. ...The management in this facility has defiled our name and our character, and the owner defended them as he said "I know my guys". Im am very glad that you are proud of your management team sir, as I see now why they are the way they are. To quote the owner of Boardman Nissan, he has worked with the public long enough to know how people really are. Think long and hard before visiting or purchasing anything from this dealership as he does not value your business, your opinion or your experience.....and those words are from HIS mouth.

I did however go the next day and buy a car from Bob and Chuck Eddy Jeep. My brand new dodge Durango is amazing!!! Jo Williams was my sales rep and she was AMAZING! We ended up with a Brand new laid out 2013 dodge Durango( total package would have been 39K and we worked a deal where we financed 32K) and also got keyless remote start thrown in! Boardman Nissan wanted us to finance 3k over the sticker price of car, where we saved 7k below sticker at the jeep dealership for a MUCH nicer and MORE expensive vehicle!

Boardman Nissan should be put out of business. In this day when we work so hard for our money, make sure you are spending it wisely and where it is valued. These guys are laughing at all of us, and its a shame they are apart of our community!

I just would like to add that we were trading in two vehichles for one. One of our trade ins actually was purchased from Boardman Nissan.....I guess they do not value repeat customers as much as they do not value their everyday customers.

My family has purchased several vehicles here and have been treated amazingly well each time. The service department has also been great when we have needed them (thankfully not often). Boardman Nissan will continue to be our first choice when we need to shop for vehicles.

Boardman Nissan is wonderful! Everyone was happy to be there and extremely helpful. Rob who helped me the most was amazing. He was so knowledgeable of the Nissans and you could tell really enjoys his job and loves working for Nissan. He worked with me to get me what I needed within my budget and I am very grateful for that. He made sure before I left that I knew how to use all the features in the car and even gave me his card with his cell and told me if I had any questions I could reach out to him at any time. He also took me around to meet the people in the service department and parts department to make sure I was comfortable. He also set me up with my pitstop and next oil change. Overall I had an incredible experience!

I purchased a 2 year old used car. I was originally promised 2 key fobs and at the last minute they could not find the other one. They would not provide a second. I asked them if i purchased one myself if they would at least program the one that i had to purchase on my own. I have not heard back and it does not seem likely. That is not good service or follow through.

The guys at Boardman Nissan really take the time to make every customer feel like they are their only customer even when they are super busy. Couldnt ask for more.

Went to nissian to buy a vehicle and dealt with James Chismark let me tell you it was the best experience I had trying to buy a vehicle. My credit is poor and salesman James chismark was very helpful to me trying to fit me in the best vehicle that would be affordable for me. He also gave me great insight on how to improve my credit score which was very helpful. I have a crazy work schedule and we were having trouble linking up to get a deal done and he went above and beyond to make the process the most convenient for me which really meant a lot. I highly suggest if your looking for a vehicle go see James Chismark he will make sure he gets you whatever your looking for and will fight hard to get you financed at a price that s affordable for you and helping your credit score go up!

The gentlemen at the service desk were extremely welcoming and helpful - very thorough in their explanation on every question I had with my first service on my new car. Only hiccup - I scheduled my appointment online and although I received a text confirmation, the appointment did not show on dealership side. Regardless, they still were able to accommodate and went above and beyond to make me feel like their #1 priority. Everyone I encountered at this dealership, whether service or sales were so friendly. Waiting area is very nice also.

I was fortunate to have an amazing experience buying with Boardman Nissan! We went in fully not expecting to leave with a Nissan our hearts were set on a completely different brand. If that doesn t speak highly enough of the salesmanship, I don t know what does!

We had the pleasure of working with Chris and let me tell ya he s the best. I know he wanted us to LOVE the car we were in and didn t want us to settle. We definitely feel like we made a trustworthy friend in Chris so I can not recommend him enough.

Wouldn't work up any finance numbers or budge on price even after showing listings of the SAME vehicle with less milage. Sales manager Levi told me I should go look at the OTHER vehicle at the OTHER dealership. I apologize for going into your dealership prepared with knowledge questions, having done my market research in the area. This only seemed to frustrate your sales manager to the point that he basically talked me out of a sale . I won't be back, and will be telling my story to anybody else car shopping in the Boardman area

Thank you for reaching out. I would like to share that I purchased a new vehicle from another lot. Several things came into consideration when in your dealership. I had a predetermined vehicle in mind but yet was open to options. However, Levi, quickly expressed his assumption on myself and my fiance as purchasers. Yeah, we had a crazy day and probably weren't dressed in our best attire. Sales 101, don't judge a book by its cover. He was quick to advise he didn't think he could get us approved. No credit check being done. Does the rapper shirt I was wearing give him the right to assume I wouldn't qualify? In addition, telling me to go look at another car, rather than attempting to earn my business, he shoved us off. I did get a substantial amount for my trade, much higher than Levi offered. I got financed at 0% interest on a 2019 vehicle. Yet. Levi assumed I couldn't get approved and sent me looking elsewhere. So. I followed his advice. I went to a dealership who wanted to earn me as a customer, spoke to me as a person without assumptions, someone who was eager to help and show me I was valued for considering them for my purchase. Maybe Levi needs to reconsider he poor communication skills and assumptions on customers. I have shared the poor experience in your location with many people and referred them to the dealer who really cared. I will not consider your dealer for any future purchases based on such a horrible experience.

At a time when we are uncertain about life, some of us come to a point where living our best life could is the best way to contain peace of mind. In our case (My family and I) we've decided that we want to hit the road and build a brand truly dedicated to giving, caring for, and being a helping hand to the people that are forgotten about because either their credit doesn't fit or their life story doesn't fit. You'll get what I mean as I open up more through various post.. My post are not meant to attack but to teach the world that we have to stop the concept that a dollar more important than a human life. Most/majority of companies and brands have gotten so involved with competing for top sales and top quality that they work harder for a dollar than their customer.

I recently went into the dealership to check my odds, why did I do that?
I did that because the commercials the ads the "Cool Guy" said bad credit,no credit, repo etc. So of course I said, hmmm. Yeah we'll see.
I had a repo I had an income but it's not $1000 a month, wishful thinking.. Also my wife went on the account just to shake em' up a bit she has a pretty decent income more than me. Not ashamed. So it came back my score was of course "0" her score 4Hundred-Something. I also had a vehicle I wanted to trades but the lenders still said, "well how much can you get" and the guy who was helping me, (Very good guy, polite, very helpful) said well can you bring at least $1500 hundred down..

So Let's Be Honest,
The salespeople at Boardman Nissan are there to house and sell the cars for the lenders who, if they can't suck you into a contract that'll ruin your life, will probably get you out of more money than the vehicle is worth in the end. That's is if you have poor a credit history and low income which i believe is in one of the ads also. Your better off buying a used vehicle cheaper and putting a little money into it, you'll have a car that'll run for years and the best part your not lining the pockets of people who are not here to help you only to give you false hope by having the middle man that is Boardman Nissan take the heat for wasting someone's gas time and hopes of *HOPE* that things may finally start to turn around. It may seem small to some but for other's that new car could have took them on a road to confidence which resulted in getting that promotion or starting that new business and crushing it enough to pay off that car in less time than even your lenders thought could happen but hey don't let me stop your hustle. It must be nice to keep up with corporate America. To keep the rich rich and the poor far away from the rich. There are givers and there are takers and you my friend's have been marked...

Didn't stop by to purchase a car, just to browse around a little bit and look at some sports cars they had. With that said, most dealerships pay no attention to a young guy like me. However, as soon as I got here a salesman came out to see if my friend and I needed any help. We told him we were just there to look at a car and he continued to talk to us for another minute or two anyways just being nice. Great experience!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars for this dealership is they didn't include a second key and owners manual with the car. I wish they could have been upfront about it as it would have been a deal breaker for me, after pestering a lot that I wouldn't leave without a second key, they found it, however, I didn't get the owners manual/other manuals kit which I am really upset about, this car was registered to this dealership and don't believe the fact that they couldn't find it. If you're buying a pre-owned, please be aware. Also, I paid full in cash, they said they won't pull in my credit report and gave it writing saying it would be soft inquiry and exactly did the opposite by pulling in a credit report for an auto loan. Very disappointing.

James Chismark went above and beyond to find me a car I loved in my budget range. He is patient, kind , and honest. After the deal, he didn't like the look of the front tires, and had the service department put two new tires on for me. I will definitely go back to Boardman Nissan and James for our next car purchase!

I scheduled an appointment and was planning on purchasing a car that day. When I arrived the car that I had had picked out online was not on site, they had to go to another lot to get it. The salesman Rex was very knowledgeable about the car, did a good job pointing out features. When we went back inside he sent out a manager to value my trade, and told me what the price of the car I wanted to buy would be. I had a dollar figure that I needed to be at, and I told Rex that. I also asked him not to run my credit until we had a deal in place, I didn't want the hard pull on my credit. He came back and gave me the appraisal on my trade which was really low, and their lowest price for the Rogue was nowhere near where I needed to be. While he was with the manager I got an alert that my credit had been pulled, so much for waiting until we had a deal in place. When I countered his sale price a manager named Wes came over and began to browbeat me about where I got my number from. I told him that is what I was comfortable spending, to which he replied, he couldn't get anywhere near that, and said what are you going to do if we don't get to your price. I told him I wasn't going to buy a car if they weren't willing to negotiate with me. At that point Wes got pretty nasty so I got up and left......fast forward a few days, another manager Terri calls and says what can we do to earn your business, after I told him what had occurred with Wes, I told him I'd still buy the car if they came to my number, he said he thought we could come to an agreement and was supposed to call me the next day. Never heard back, so I went to another Nissan dealer in Pennsylvania, got what I wanted for my trade, and got a new Rogue at the price I wanted to pay. So if you are trying to get a good deal on a car, don't go here unless you want to get insulted and bullied

Changing to one star....because after reading response from the owner promising they'd look into the situation and get back too me, never heard back from anyone again, I've been in a car related business for many years, deal with used and new car store managers everyday, never dealt with one as obnoxious as this guy Wes, do yourself a favor if you want a good deal on a car, drive to Montrose in PA

Buying a car is never fun but Eric Briguglio and Wes Collier were a pleasure to work with.They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I totally recommend this dealership. I wanted a specific vin number and color for the Nissan Rouge that was not on their lot, Natalie assured me that they would find it one way or another. I ended up getting the Rouge with the correct vin number and color I wanted at an amazing price thanks to Rex, the salesman. Natalie, Rex, and the Nissan team worked extremely hard to get the car that I wanted.

DO NOT SHOP BOARDMAN NISSAN!! I went into Boardman Nissan and the sales manger Mike S. was very rude and unprofessional. He was upset because I asked him multiple questions about the car that I wanted to purchase (as I should). He began to yell, act rude and disrespectful and told me "just forget about it, you can leave now because I'm not going to deal with you" because I asked questions? I thought that was apart of his job "customer service". Since that's how I was treated I took my business elsewhere. NEVER WOULD I EVER send any of my family, friends and colleagues to purchase vehicles from them again!!
