Couldn't be happier with the deal I got on my 2020 Murano lease! I had a lease on Rogue and wanted to "upgrade" but didn't want to pay a lot more. John and I were able to work out a deal that didn't cost me much more than my prior lease and the Murano is so much nicer! I LOVE THIS CAR! Stop in and see them. You won't be disappointed!
Very great service with Mike bought my Altima from him last Thursday and even tho I had bad credit and looked horrible from working at all day he didn t have any problems with it even dealt with me being really picky with my car very funny guy also and nice would 100 percent recommend to come here and get a car from him

i will never come here again. all they do is harass me and my daughter. Ryan called my daughters workplace several times and got her into trouble. They are nice to your face but as soon as you leave with a car they all they care about is calling and harassing you. my daughter got a car for 7,000 with no warranty and their second chance program does not help you.they lie!!

Everything went well they were friendly and over all pleasant to talk to I was giving a list of stuff that should be done due to the mileage and the amount it would cost I never had a dealership do that, other dealership to me it had to be done. If and when I do get another car I'll go there first.

Demetrius listened to what we wanted/what we were looking for in a car. He showed us the options without wasting time & helped us through some of the decision making. He also was great with getting us some of the things that the car was lacking at the time of purchase. Highly recommend him.
My knock on the rating is the negotiating aspect of buying a car. I'm not sure negotiating is ever enjoyable...but if that would have happened, this would be a 5 (probably a 6) star.

Be careful, this dealership will lie and state your car comes with bumper to bumper but they make you pay for it without you knowing Regardless that you tell them you don't want any thing extra on the car. I will be contacting the better business bureau.
Love love love my new Nissan Sentra from Boardman Nissan. The dealership is very family friendly, so if you have to bring your child with you, this is the place to go! I traveled up from Steubenville, and my schedule is incredibly tight. The sales agent with whom I worked, Wesley Collier, was great about accommodating my time constraints and making the process as convenient as possible. I wanted to purchase a vehicle that had tires that were very very close to being unserviceable on a previously leased vehicle. Rather than replace all four tires they wanted to replace only two tires on a $20,000 vehicle. They claim they recondition their vehicles which is not true if you have to replace tires soon after purchase. The Carfax for this vehicle reflected the replacement of rear brakes and rotors on a vehicle that only had 33,000 miles on it, anyone with any mechanical knowledge would know this is absurd. Basically recondition is a brief inspection & wash and get it back out for sale as soon as possible. The Sales manager as well as the Dealership Owner did not want to negotiate a deal and as far as I am concerned they put profit over the safety of their customers. I purchased a SL Rouge fully loaded instead of a SV Rouge for a few hundred dollars more from another dealership in better condition. I do not recommend this dealership, but if you do make a purchase inspect the vehicle carefully and take mechanic with you for used car purchases.

Sales consultant Levi sharp sold my sister a car with no spare tire or jack . When we went back to dealer they try to say that it was not a option on the car? How do the sleep at night doing deals like that and treating customers like that. After talking to them they where not even a little bit help so went across the street to Kia dealership and spent 260 dollars on spare and jack for her car . Talk to sales rep there and they said that was a lie they should have order and payed for the spare tire and jack there. Bad business go somewhere else and definitely don t go purchase a care from Levi

I have to change my ratings to a 2 for the effort to show me their cars but down fall is not keeping their word. Deals made and then changed at last minute when I came in to place deposit down. Vehicle not available, trying to get me to buy others, and the last straw was a deposit to have a car delivered that was non-refundable, and then another time when down payment was increased by 500. I took my business elsewhere and had my transaction complete with an honest company and staff. This great honest staff was at Sims in Warren. Never experienced such stress buying at Boardman Nissan.
