I got a BMW 4 series from BMW of San Antonio last week. My sales person was Biju Pillai and he really took care of me very well. Biju did a very good job of explaining me about each and every feature of the car and it was really late on a Saturday night when i took it for delivery. He was very patient in making me comfortable with the car.I highly recommend BMW of San Antonio for BMW purchase and Biju if you are a first time BMW buyer.

Always great customer service when I go in. I usually request a loaner car, and have never had an issue. They are selective about what insurance carrier you have in order to take a loaner, so check with them before expecting to drive one. I have State Farm, and they do accept that. Love BMW.

Kevin Clarke is awesome, he helped me get everything I wanted on my BMW and kept me constantly informed throughout the process of my car being built and shipped to the US. He let me know about different packages and options I could choose for my car that I would have not known about otherwise, and answered all my questions right away. Great place!

Anisia listened to exactly what I wanted, worked around my schedule, and made the process as painless as possible. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. My family and I currently live in DFW Metroplex (after living in San Antonio for 9 years). While living in San Antonio, we had purchased 3 BMW's from BMW of San Antonio between 2004-2011. While always happy with BMW of San Antonio AND their service department, we thought that since we no longer live in SA that proximity would be a factor in our decision to purchase. What an "Eye Opening" experience. Folks, what I learned is not all BMW Dealerships are created equal. None of the Metroplex BMW dealerships I visited were in the same class of BMW of San Antonio. After I came to my senses, I contacted Mr. Bob Bristol of BMW of San Antonio. I then felt immediately comfortable and we were able to "agree to a deal" in no time. In conclusion, I did my homework (as described above) with other dealerships and can honestly claim that BMW of San Antonio and Bob Bristol will continue to have my business no matter where I live. I give BMW of San Antonio and Mr. Bob Bristol an A+++++

Don was amazing and very precise on all of the pictures I live in las Vegas so I had to take a leap of fate and trust Don that the truck was going to be ok like he said. My Tacoma is amazing and super clean every scratch I saw Don already sent me a picture of. He was a honest straight forward man. Thank you so much Don everything is great!

I flew into San Antonio from West Texas and he was there to pick me up from the airport. There was no pressure and he was very patient with me when I was selecting my vehicle. He made sure that I got a car that was exactly what I wanted. I will always go back to BMW of San Antonio and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I are highly pleased with our first time experience with BMW. Kalie is an excellent BMW representative. She answered all our questions, gave us the grand tour of the impressive facility and stayed with us throughout the process.
I cannot recall the gentleman's name in financing but would like to acknowledge his outstanding efforts as well. We had a little snag with the license plates being delayed however after requesting Kalie look into it, she resolved the issue with speed and professionalism. We are very happy with our BMW and we look forward to buying another BMW in the near future. By the way...if BMW can find a few more just like Kalie, all your troubles will be over.

This new location is much better than the old site...

This new location is much better than the old site near the airport. Much easier to park, more space seemingly in every department, and closer for us. We had a 'drivability' issue with our car, due to a severe battery drain caused by seldom driving the vehicle in the last year. When we called to inquire about service, the staff informed us to just show up, no appointment necessary, and that was a big relief.

Our service advisor Paul Gallardo is a pro's pro. Knowledgable, concerned, a good listener, and previously worked as a tech, so he has the ideal combination of expertise and people skills. BMW is lucky to have him, and we were lucky to have him assigned to us. He understood my anxiety about keeping our car pristine (except for the considerable dirt and bugs on the exterior, which I insist on cleaning myself, which he graciously understood), and although perhaps the repair staff didn't wear pajamas around our car as I (half-jokingly) suggested, I knew it was in good hands.

During my brief wait, I did admire some of the inventory, and managed to keep my drool to myself, although the mask made that easy. Need an M8? They had 2 when I visited a few days ago. I8? Yep, a couple of those also. And the gent who who was dropping off his M5 Competition while we were picking up our car just added to the halo-car ambience. 'RIP AMG' indeed.

Although it will likely be a year before we need to go back for scheduled maintenance, I'm looking forward to it. This dealership is a good one. Paul Gallardo, thanks. A+ to you.

I ordered a vehicle to my specification. Matt Towery, the Sales rep was able to describe every option and provide knowledge form his experience on what he felt was best suited for my needs. He was consistently updating me on the status of my vehicle from the time ordered to the time it arrived at the dealer. This was a 6 months time frame. He was very helpful in giving me my options on payment as well. Once the vehicle arrived the process was very QUICK and I was able to walk in, sign, and pick up my vehicle within an hour. I love the vehicle I purchased and it is by far the best I have had up to date.

Great dealership. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Jared Coronado was extremely helpful in locating the exact car I was looking for. I never once felt pressured into buying. Jared was knowledgeable and I was in and out in about 2 hours with my new car. I usually dread car shopping, but this was a totally different experience than what I am used to. I also had a great experience with Mike Bell, the finance manager. All around wonderful staff. We will be back!

The most disgusting dealership I have ever encount...

The most disgusting dealership I have ever encountered! I have traded my vehicles in almost every year and I have never experienced this poor service and lack of experience. I never had one mechanical issue with my BMW until I took it here for a simple oil change! They let me drive away with the "car on a lift" light on, cleared it and sent me on my way. As I get closer to my house "4x4" light turns on, "service engine soon" light is on, I tried to start it in the morning and it wouldn't start until several tries. The engine now whistles! After taking it back, they give us $2,400 in repairs needed now! The service manager and general manager have done NOTHING and blame that it is an older model! They have 3 stars everywhere, they refuse to uphold to the BMW name. I am disgusted and will never ever come here again. Buyer beware! They are nice and fake on the sale side but beware of the service side! Other reviews prove this is their routine to do to unsuspecting customers. Everyone I speak to say this is customary of this place. I wish I knew and I hope I help someone else to not get swindled here.

I went to BMW of San Antonio without any appointment during the closing time of the day. In spite of going so late my Client Advisor Biju Pillai to was very courteous and patient show the cars I need. Finally I selected a car and unfortunately it was on a parking lot which was 5-6 miles away from the Dealership. But Biju was ready to drive me all the way and showed the car to me and I drove out with the same car on that day. Great Customer Service from Biju & his team. Thank you BMW of San Antonio :) :)

Outstanding experience! I found the car I wanted on their website and inquired about it. Had a very quick response from Biju Pillai describing the car and we negotiated a very good price. I bought the car sight unseen and flew to San Antonio weeks later to pick it up. Biju offered to pick me up at the airport! The car was perfect and precisely as described - I could not have been more pleased. Biju also made the extra effort to track down the lost second key fob from the prior owner and surprised me with it.

I had the pleasure of working with Jared Coronado in assisting me with purchasing a used car from BMW of San Antonio. He was very friendly and efficient. Even after the sales. I had a few issues with the car that needed to be resolved and he worked diligently to make sure that everything was taken care of. I have one issue left to resolve and I know that he will see that through.

The staff at BMW made all the guest feel welcome as they walked through the door. I would certainly recommend this dealership and Jared Coronado.

This is my second purchase from BMW of San Antonio and both experiences - three years apart - were excellent. It was a very relaxed process and my sales associate, Adam Castillo, and the finance manager assisted me both times and they were both great. The support packages they offer are simply explained, with no pressure to buy them, which I appreciated. A really nice experience and very Covid19 aware as well.

Yvonne is by far the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. Listened to our questions and concerns,and worked inside them to show us options. If she didn't know the answer right then she went and found it for us. No run aroud. Honest, friendly, and respectful. Can't ask for better service.

My husband and I went in BMW dealership. My husband is interested in purchasing an Alpina B7. I own a M4 and love it. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in our experience. Sales people would turn away when we made eye contact, yet helped other customers as soon as they walked through the door. One particular salesperson stood out, female with a mustard color sweater. She would pretend to be on her phone when I looked in her direction. This avoidance of eye contact went on 10 minutes.
It was so off putting that I called the dealership customer service desk while standing in the lobby to ask if this was customary salesperson interaction with potential buyers and was told no.
Needless to say, we were so disappointed in our expereince that we've decided to purchase our next BMW from Austin. If I could give 1/2 a star for customer satisfaction I would.

So impressed by saleman Antonio Diaz and customer service by all, my husband and I purchased a RS7 performance.

Their service department is one of the main reason...

Their service department is one of the main reasons why I no longer drive BMWs. The environment for customers waiting for their cars is terrible and the service advisers seem to always be running around in a disorganized fashion. I decided not to buy another BMW because I knew I would have to deal with their service department.

When I went to test drive other luxury cars, almost every other dealership and their service departments seemed more relaxing and more inviting that BMW of San Antonio. This confirmed my suspicion that bad customer service and all the horror stories are isolated to BMW of San Antonio and does not apply to other dealership in San Antonio.

I recently bought an X1 from Don Wilkinson and my experience was wonderful! I started looking at the beginning of the summer, but had to be out of the country for a month before I could come back and buy a new vehicle. When I returned, I was able to go in and see him and return to my search for the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately, the one I was interested in was out being detailed but Don went and picked it up anyway so I could test drive it. I am so thankful he went over there (even in the August heat) because that was the one!

Don was so helpful and knowledgeable about my car, and made sure everything was in order when I came back to pick it up the next day. From beginning to end, Don was never pushy or overbearing and made sure I was a happy customer. This was my first experience at BMW and with Don Wilkinson, but hopefully not my last. If you find yourself in the market for your new car, I highly encourage you to ask for Don...you won't be disappointed!

I finally made my decision on which BMW series I was interested in purchasing and Don helped me through this process. He was very professional and was very informative regarding any concerns I had. I will highly recommend Don to any of friends who are interested in purchasing a BMW. I will be purchasing another BMW within a year and Don will be my salesman.

I had recently moved back to Texas and was apprehensive at first about leasing/buying a car, however, I met with Rolando at the dealership and he instantly made me feel at ease about the process. He is an outstanding salesperson who really knows BMW and its products. He took the time to get to know my car specifications (model, year, budget, additional features, etc.) and then provided me with several options that met them. He took me out to test drive the model/car I wanted and was very friendly and patient while answering all of my questions. Went in to buy a car using my Lexus as a trade in. Kelly blue book listed it btwn 16k-19k trade. I was offered 10k. I accepted it without debate, I'm too easy. I selected my BMW and was told it would take a few day to get. No problem, I'm patient and willing to work in good faith. I was notified 4 days later that they are still working on it. O.K. now that I took the day off and wife got out of work early to pick up the car when assured it will be there, I said O.K. A few more days later, it arrived. Went to inspect it before I signed any papers and noticed that it did not have the navigation I requested. Sales rep went back with his manager and had me sitting while he discussed it with his manager. when I interrupted his meeting, he came back with the car I wanted. well, my time was wasted playing any game so I told him I will be in contact rather than wasting another hour talking about a car. Will try Austin and see if they act the same. Otherwise I will just keep my Lexus, it is reliable and still good looking.

She's honest, thoughtful, reliable......not really the kind of individual I'd expect to find in the sales department of a dealership. If I'm being honest, I walk into the dealership with all the enthusiasm of a pastor walking into Caesar's Palace. And this time, this one and only time, I am leaving the transaction with her actually appreciating both people in general and that dealership in specific.

Really, wouldn't deal with anyone else. Not even there.

I took my car in for scheduled oil change and inspection. I dealt with Melina who is very nice. The problem is they tried to scam me by recommending 3 new tires. The two fronts still have 6/32 and one rear has 4/32. These are very expensive tires and I am not about to throw them away for new ones. They washed my car and did a good job overall but don't let them sell you expensive stuff you don't need.

Update1: I did buy a car from them. Deal worked out okay because of the rebates I will be getting from the government. Thanks to this salesman who worked with me. But still did not send some missing parts that they promised to send. And I have followed up more than 10 times. And I was asked to remove this review while I went to get the car. I dont know why would they do that though !

May be I set my expectation so high for this dealership with the feedback I got from one of my friend. They are not responsive. May be I am not a valuable customer for them. Either way they should at least respond saying they don't want to sell a car to me. Good I did not plan to drive down !

Best service by far. If you want grade A+ service look for the service advisor Allam and Emmanuel Echevarria service technician. Allam worked with my schedule. He expedite the process had my info and had a loaner ready for me to roll out. The service thechnician Mr. Echevarria sent a video with the estimates of the car faults and worked on it fast. He provided immaculate service. Thanks!

Got my beautiful brand-new X1 here a few months back with Yvonne's help. The process was absolutely seamless and so quick! I drove in from another major city for a deal I could not pass. Yvonne's responsiveness and eagerness to get me into the exact car I wanted (literally everything from color, to sound system, etc.) was phenomenal. She has continued to be very responsive to any questions that have come up since. This is my first BMW, and I already cannot wait to go shopping for another!

Extremely slow service I waited in line to get my car serviced for 30 minutes and it didn't move so I decided to just go inside and purchase the item stood in line for 35 minutes and there was only one person in front of me once I ask for a fuse it took him forever to locate it and then he wasn't sure if it was the correct fuse it was just a waste of my time and I will never go back to that location again

I was given the run-around on a vehicle after they apparently gave me the incorrect (lower) price and then told me they just happened to have sold it after realizing it just so they didn't have to honor the price, but here we are over a week later and the vehicle is still on their website, but at a higher price. I even have buyer's orders signed by the manager at the lower price.

This service department is a joke and a fraud. They will take your money if you are ignorant. I have a 2004 Z4 that was leaking coolant. I took it in to have it looked at and they said my expansion tank was badly split open and leaking. They could fix it for $1200. I decided that was REDICULOUS and opted instead to buy the tank and install it myself. Tank cost $125. I drove the car home against their advise and changed out the tank. As an amateur mechanic it took me less than one hour. Here is the interesting part. When I changed out the tank I noticed NOTHING wrong with the original one. Since I installed the new one already I did not want to take it out and take it back....should have. I reassembled everything and tested the new tank. The car leaked as badly as it did when I first started. As it turned out the radiator cap o-ring was the culprit the whole time. I went to the auto parts store and purchased a 59 cent o-ring and it fixed the problem. This place sucks!!!!! They would have taken me for $1200 plus a new radiator cap if I had not been on my toes. NEVER go there. They are crooked. this was just a few months ago.

I am very happy to purchase my first car from BMW San Antonio. Client Adviser Biju Pillai helped me a lot by explaining about each model and
car I enquired from the sales department. He was so patient when I did test drive and gave me sufficient time to think about which car I need to buy.
He also guided me to choose the best insurance and maintenance plan. I also thanks to Finance Manager Robert Stuckey who helped me for financial loan.
Both waited for long time even after business hours on the day I bought the car.
