The pictures of the products are not too reliable.So, don't get lured by the look only. Seek value for money!

Do not order from Imperial Textile.
I just received 2 Chef coat that are way too big and after talking to customer service, they are not accepting returns! One is still in the package and has not even been opened.
This is the worse customer service experience I have ever received!

The one positive thing I can say is that they get back with you in a timely manner. Unfortunate the pictures of their products are not accurate. They offer samples but charge $10 to ship it to you. I wouldn't bother with returns since you have to pay $25 to ship it back to them and have an extra shipping cost deducted from your refund. You would be better off selling it on eBay or something! Waste of time and money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone as I returned my 4 table cloths within a couple of days of receiving them. I had made a mistake in measurements so I called before I returned them and neglected to fill out an authorization form. Consequently, they were not going to refund me the money and instead give me store credit which I did not want. I called their customer service to find all this out and was furious. Long story short it took awhile to get someone to call me back and the matter was resolved but their policy is to have a return authorization form filled out and they made an exception for me - so buyer beware.

I ordered 2 aprons with embroidery on them. VERY small letters (1/2 inch tall) so you can't see them unless you are standing very close. I asked for help and was told they would redo order in different color and size of letters...at MY expense. I would have to pay more money to get it redone. I will never order from them again. Good luck.

Worst business ever I purchased a chef's jacket for a 10.99 I thought I had a great by I had to pay 12.99 in shipping fees no problem the jacket never was shipped to me I'm in the Bronx it went to a bronx FedEx and return back to its shipper once I talked to the company they returned 10.99 they never return the shipping fee which was their fault terrible experience please don't buy from there

Worst company ever and really bad customer service. Quality of clothes is shocking. Don't waste your money.

The quality of the uniforms I ordered was not good. They tore too easily and made me think I wasted money by trusting these people.

Scott was very helpful and informative over the phone, and helped me through my entire order process. These guys did a great job on my banners, great color and quality.

I had the worst experience ordering from them. The product had issues and their return policy sucks. After much deliberation, I decided to retain the product even though it did not meet my expectations which was actually an error on their side.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am convinced they are so broke they can't even refund you.

They have a VERY misleading return policy! States you can return any items if you pay the shipping back but it is a LIE. They have another return policy all the way at the bottom hidden excluding basically every item they offer. I bought napkins and it never said on this listing "this item is final sale". Very misleading..

The manager, Nancy, will not work with you AT ALL! Will say you are in the wrong and won't get a refund. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I have never dealt with a company who wants their customers to not be happy!

You'll feel lost working here because management will not provide any guidance or support. The managers expect very highly from you even though they don't even give any training whatsoever. You'll be left on your own, and you'll often have to rely on help from co-workers at first. I do not recommend working here.

Warning DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! This was our 1st time ordering from this company online & we were ripped off. We paid for a embroidered chef jacket that we NEVER received. And this company DOES NOT CARE enough to accommodate us. We will be reporting to the better bussines bureau immediately!

I would not recommend ordering from this company. After wanting to return the item I ordered (unopened, and the day it arrived), I am losing almost the total amount I spent on it in the return process. This company does not handle returns well.
I expected a fee to ship it back, but there were additional charges taken out of my return. I will not be ordering from this website or any of the websites associated with it. And I will never reccomemd this website to anyone looking to buy linens of any kind.
