I was so pleased with my experience at BMW of San Antonio I just had to write a review...something I do not do often.......Jay Cruz was the person who helped me...he totally put me at ease...could not have been nicer...answered all my many questions.... I wish all were like him. I will be going back soon and look forward to the help and guidance I know i will get from him.
