I should preface this review by saying I originally gave them 1 star and have since updated it to 5. Yes, I was livid with my initial experience(s), but Kevin D. took it up a notch by listening to my concerns and addressing each one, one-by-one. I loathe nothing more than the feeling of being brushed aside or ignored.
It helps when people are willing to listen and in response, explain the issues and discuss the concerns (even if the outcome isn't entirely what I had hoped for.) And thumbs up to Skylar.
