The car buying experience here is very good. The sale of Greame is a foreigner who has lived in China for many years and is fluent in Mandarin. In the choice of the car gave a lot of very sincere suggestions, after the transaction, I forgot the documents, but also help find the original copy and send it to my home. Very good! profession!

The Mini Langley team is excellent! Lucas and Kris were both amazing and helped bring in the perfect Countryman for me! I highly recommend you come see these guys for your new Mini as they will take great care of you!

I LOVE my new 2014 MINI Cooper. But ZERO STARS because the customer purchase experience was terrible! They were not honest up front about my trade in value, they failed to evaluate my trade properly, and as much as "accused" me of lying about it. They never asked the appropriate questions like the other dealers I visited. Is this my fault they failed??? Had I not left a substantial NON REFUNDABLE deposit, I would have walked away and told them to stuff it!

My girlfriend bought a new Mini Cooper from Lucas. The customer service was outstanding and they really took care of her needs and questions even after she drove the car off the lot.

I will never take my Mini to Langley again. The last service was performed 6 months ago. I just found out that they shorted me on oil and only put water in my rad. I am lucky that there is no visible damage!! Mini Yaletown is a bit far to travel, but by far the best Mini service center in the lower mainland that I have been to. They did an inspection to make sure everything was OK. Langley will indeed get a bad name if they do not watch what their mechanics are doing! I will never go there again. I would have given this review 0 stars but you need to put at least one there.

Lucas Bartsch at Mini Langley is amazing. He is very professional and his knowledge of the Mini is outstanding. He made the process of buying a car a pleasure (not something I have ever said before).

Very unhappy with the service. My 2016 Mini Countryman with 38,000 went into limp mode in April, picked it up and it seemed to be running rough. 2 weeks later it died went into limp mode. They had the car for 3 days. picked the car up on Saturday before mothers day and it died 9 hours later. Picked the car up and it seemed fine. It has now gone into limp mode for the 4th time with the same symptoms. This time it left me stranded 600kms from home!!

He always being honest to us telling us what's the appropriate choice to make in his opinion. We purchased a 2016 Mini JCW at Mini Langley last week. This was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience we've ever had.

We originally contacted Mini Langley to ask about their selection of cars, we were put in contact with Lucas Bartsch who answered our questions over the phone. We then made arrangements to meet him on Saturday morning. Lucas had the car we were interested in pulled up at the front of the dealership when we arrived.

From there, RJ drove three different cars, taking Lucas with her each time. We felt bad about the time we were consuming but Lucas was a wealth of information and patiently worked with us as we explored the JCW, the Cooper S, a manual transmission and an automatic. Oh, and they also found a BMW 228i from the BMW dealership next door so we could do a fair comparison.

In RJ's mind, the Mini was the car to have.

Once we narrowed our choices down we had the absolute pleasure of working with Sales Manager Amy Li who went out of her way to provide numerous quotes on our various combinations. Amy was very resourceful and creative and helped us put a deal together that worked for us.

What was most noticeable was, after 3 hours we told Amy we were going to go for lunch and think things through. She thanked us for our time, wished us luck in our decision making and encouraged us to call her if we had any questions. This is not what you would experience at most car dealerships!

We want to encourage anyone interested in a Mini to contact Lucas for information and make sure Amy is working on the day you go into the dealership.

I love the Mini cooper I bought from Mini Langley. However, the Service and Parts department has provided me an extremely unprofessional customer service and terrible attitude.
They treated customers' time and patience as trash! Me and my family is loyal customer with OPENROAD AUTO GROUP for many years, they've always provided great services, but the service here in Langley branch is the worst!

I bought a car here last week. I bought 2020 demo mini-cooper se white and they said they would give me $2000 discount and received a $500 BMW royalty as well. We received a total discount of $2500. However, they charged me an additional total of $2510 for the pdi & freight and tire tax. So Funny thing is This vehicle is a "demo" vehicle with 2288 kilometers. It's not Brand new car. They like to play pranks on customers. Anyway I bought the demo car at the same price as the new car.

ALSO THEY PUT THE FREIGHT&PDI AND TIRE TAX FOR "OTHER DEALER OPTION"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ming Wang for his outstanding customer service. I must say, I live in Burnaby, but I insist in traveling to Mini Langley to get the car there. Ming really takes his time to listen to his customer to see what his customer need and he has worked very hard to earn my business. When I first walk in, Ming was very knowledgeable about the car he is selling, and also most importantly, he is very honest with his customer. I can see that he has put himself in the customer point of view and to see and offer what is best for the customer that will suit their needs. I have factory ordered my Mini, which takes about 3 months. During this 3 months of waiting time, Ming was very on top of things. He constantly help me in following up the building process of my car, and providing me with updates. After I picked up my car, the customer service did not end there! Ming actively continues to follow up with me to see if there is anything he could help at all. I have brought my car in to install a bonnet strip to my car a week later. I was in a situation where I had to buy a car due to losing my company vehicle....we all did where I work.....one of the guys started talking about the Mini and I stared my research. I heard from a few of the guys their experiences at car dealerships........surrounded by sales people before they even got out of their car....yuk!

Got my countryman last week, everything went very smooth with the car features, test drive, paper work and etc. Thanks to Alex, we had a great experience of buying this car. Alex is a very patient salesman and he explains everything to me (yes as a female driver I know very little about cars XD). I picked up my 2015 3 door mini from here 3 days ago. I was not 100% sure about getting a Mini before, but after sitting in the Mini dealer for about an hour, I fully determined to purchase the beautiful red Mini! The prices for Mini's seems to be very fair, as I did some research before. The salesperson Lucas was very friendly and helpful and he explained everything about the car we were interested. He was very crystal clear about each pros and cons of each options and and I felt very comfortable while I was being consulted.

What I appreciate the most about Lucas is that he took a great amount of time to explain me the details of each function of my mini at the end of the purchasing process. I purchased different cars before but never had this kind of awesome service from any dealers, as once I purchase a car, they normally sent me away without further follow up. Lucas gave me his name card so that I can ask any questions anytime if I have a trouble and said that the service has not over yet!

I feel like I made a best choice in this year 2017 and I appreciate the kindness and very well organized services from Mini Langley. Mini is not just a gorgeous car but also carries with the best services behind it. Not to mention about the beautiful outside and inside designs of the car, I feel like the car is made just for me. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and to go to Mini Langley and meet Lucas!

I've purchased many cars over the years and dealt with a lot of "car salesmen". My experience with MINI/BMW Langley and Philip Fassbender was fantastic. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" to...I was helped in making my decision. Since my purchase, I have had my car serviced twice and have had equally excellent service. In fact, I feel a little envious... my car seems to be getting more care and pampering than I get when I see my Doctor!! This was my first time buying a car, and Kristofer at Mini Langley made it a wonderful experience! I've always loved Mini Coopers, and I've wanted one for as long as I can remember. I just bought my new Mini 3 door at Mini Langley from Vic. I had such a wonderful experience that I decide to write something to recommend this dealership as well as the sales person Vic Yang. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted right away by him. During the process, he was really patient to answer all my questions and concerns. He also took me out for a test drive even though he was off already. He took his time to explain all the great features of Mini that I didn't know before. I had an amazing experience at MINI Langley with Ming! He made me feel so comfortable and set up multiple cars for me to test drive back to back. Ming constantly checked up on me and the car inventory to make sure i got a used MINI that i would love. When Ming found a car with in my budget i told him i did not like the colour and he didn't give up! he accepted my preferences with opened arms and told me that he would keep looking for the right colour. After shopping for months for a car i was so impressed to see someone so willing to bend backwards to get me the car of my dreams! I have gone to other MINI locations and did not receive the same attention as i did from MINI Langley. I would 100% return to Langley for any MINI needs as i am so impressed with how comfortable they made me. If you get a chance to talk about financing you will meet Amy who is so sweet and caring.

I used the Charge Point free charger here to top up my eGolf on a recent trip from Victoria to Langley. I still had lots of range left, but thought I would take a break and charge up anyway.

I had a good look in their beautiful showroom at lots of Minis on display. Very friendly sales staff.

Poor customer service. Parts guys have no idea about anything they sell. Not a single answer to any of my questions. One star is a compliment

Overall the experience was good. I am extremely pleased with my new 2 door MINI, and my purchases experience with Vic was excellent, from start to finish. He s patient ,caring and wants to be the best help he can be. I have being looking for a car at least one month, and Vic helped me see the light. He really cares about his customers and he s respects for the people he works with. I lived in Richmond, in order to facilitate me to go the Langley, he came home at 9:00am and picked me up and send me home after the car testing. He is very knowledgeable and entertaining, like we talked on the phone, he knows my financial situation very well and he explained the benefits of buying versus leasing, he also took his time to show me different parts and functions of a car. He was so helpful and willing to answer all my simple questions. All in all, I love my new MINI, and I am looking forward to my many years with the 2 door MINI, also using your service department to keep my car has a good condition.

Fun cars, but we came at the wrong time. Short staffed due to salespeople being at the auto show so we had to stand around and wait a lot. When you have a four year old with you a minute can feel like eternity.

Went to Mini Langley to check out the new Mini. Was happy with the car but when I went to negotiate on the price, that is when it fell apart; bottom line they were trying to rip me off on a lease (yes I have plenty of experience with how leases work). If anyone is interested in leasing a new Mini with these guys, please double check the numbers they give you. At the end of the day, I walked.

I picked up my 2018 mini a few days ago and couldn't be happier. My car is fantastic and the sales experience with Lucas Bartsch was great. I have been looking for the right mini for about a year and have visited a few dealerships including a few to Langley mini. The times I spoke with Lucas were the best of all of the others. When I finally decided Lucas also made the process much less stressfull than I thought i could be.
When I picked up my mini (Diamond) Lucas was professional and informative. I had lots of fun with the detailed review of my car features and the personal touches of setting up my phone, radio stations, navigation etc were very much appreciated.
