MINI Langley is a step above the rest!

I have dealt with many different dealerships and my experience at MINI Langley was great. I had visited MINI with my family to browse the current inventory and was welcomed warmly by the staff.

Philip Fassbender was more than just a Salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He answered our questions thoroughly and was quick to respond to e-mails I had sent him. He was easy to talk to and made the entire purchasing experience enjoyable and stress free. He even went the extra mile to customize the vehicle to my liking. I truly commend his hard work and passion and would definitely love to work with him again in the future.

I highly recommend MINI Langley for their professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service. Thank-you again for welcoming me into the MINI family!

Not being a huge fan of either the car purchase procedure (often involving a major waste of the customer's time) nor being overwhelmed with tons of new electronics to become accustomed to, it was a pleasure to deal with Lucas at MINI Langley. If it was not for his supportive approach, I would not have purchased the car. This was a case of let's go see what the Mini is like these days(en route to a different errand). There wasn't even the intention to buy a car anywhere in the immediate future! MINI has improved substantially since I last drove one (8 years ago?) and things just kind of lined up and it felt right to proceed. Due to Lucas' knowledge and helpful manner..

I have never had such an amazing experience like I had at Mini Cooper in Langley BC on the bypass. Dave and Kris were super ! They were very personable, professional and extremely accommodating. They were not the typical "pushy salesman"

Thanks to Sales Executive Lucas Bartsch at Mini Langley! About 4 months ago my wife and I were in Vancouver and we saw our first 2016 Mini Clubman. It was love at first site. We needed a new car but just couldn't find something that got us excited. Last month (August) we happened to be in Langley to check out some more vehicles and ended up at BMW Langley checking out a late model car. Couldn't get excited about that car either. Went into Mini Langley next door and met Lucas Bartsch. Lucas is passionate about Mini's. His family has Mini's. Lucas doesn't sell you a Mini. He answers all your questions with as much detail as you require. No sales pitch, just quality customer service. Even after our purchase he has been available for any questions. Shortly after meeting Lucas we drove "Daisy" back to Chilliwack. It is sometimes difficult to get quality customer service these days. It was, and is, a pleasure doing business with Lucas!

I just brought Mini Cooper clubman first car outside from a gmc for 38 yrs
The service I got from Lucas Bartsch Was great he made me feel so comfortable and he told his time to explain everything I didn t feel at all that I was being rushed also his manger Kris was great too he got us the deal all was in a timely manner I would recommend Lucas if u r looking for a Mini

Recently my wife was in the market for a car and seeing as she used to own an original MINI, we decided to test drive a 2012 6 speed manual Cooper S that she thought would be more of her liking rather than an automatic. Wow! were we impressed with its performance. Lucas our salesman was great, his knowledge and enthusiasm was terrific!
We decided to buy it and we love it! It is such a solid, well made car. Open Road has treated us very well and we highly recommend both Open Road Langley and Lucas Bartsch in sales.

Don't be fooled by the 4.5star rating - TERRIBLE service even after giving them a chance to make it right. To clear this is regarding the service department and regarding multiple visits. I have reached out to their head office in which they say they have asked the Langley Service manager to reach out but they have yet to do so...this was at least 4 months ago (Head office has emailed them at least 3 times).

I leased a mini from Mini Langley 4 years ago and it has definitely been one of the better decisions I've ever made. Kris Varga was an absolutely outstanding representative to the brand and helped me come to a choice that really worked for me.

Beside the sales process however, what cemented my review has been the past 4 years of service. Mini Langley's various branches have all been courteous, helpful, and tremendously professional in their dealings with me, from the replacement of tires, vehicle damage after a drunk driver hit me, and general maintenance.

I also wanted to mention how pleased I was to have bought into some of the extended coverage plans. When I needed to call upon the extended insurance policies, Mini Langley were super accommodating. For someone who has been routinely disappointed by most extended warranty plan providers, I was very pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff here were.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my MINI from MINI Langley. Our salesman Henry was so helpful in answering all of our questions. All of the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

I've had my new Mini for 2 weeks and I just love it. Working with Graeme was great. The process of picking up the car was quick, well organized and simple. Graeme even had my new car wrapped like a present. Great job! I would recommend Mini Langley and Graeme to my family and friends.

Lucas was very kind, helpful, and professional. We went there twice. The first one was for a Mini Countryman but after several months, we changed our mind and eventually purchased the brand new 5-door mini cooper. Fantastic experience here when buying my MINI. I did not feel pressured into buying anything as I felt this way at another dealership earlier that day. Overall it was a very good experience I had at this dealership and was a factor into purchasing my car there.

GREAT SERVICE.

Went to the dealership to have a quick look around, and after seeing the vehicle I liked I managed to talk to Graeme (Sales Associate) and ended up driving off in my new mini cooper the next day. The service was very friendly, helpful, and professional; allowing my processes of becoming a new vehicle owner much easier.

Great Purchase experience, got my Brand New 2015 Mini Countryman, so much fun to drive. Sales Person explain the car a lot in details, set up test drive, and dealed at a great value. Even after deliver the car, still keep following user experience and helping select personal parts for my new ride. In all, this is the place for your next Mini.

Lucas was fantastic, I am not easily impressed and have done many test drives with many salesmen, however no one has displayed such passion or in depth knowledge of their product as Lucas. It is hard to believe he has only been with Mini since January. I encourage everyone to make time and book a test drive in what may be the last make of vehicle you will ever own.

Test drove a Mini in Vancouver at a non-Mini dealer, had a horrible experience, so bad I had decided against a Mini altogether. I very reluctantly visited Mini Langley and was greeted by Lucas, well the rest is history. I'm now the very proud owner of a Clubman affectionately known as Ron Burgundy. Lucas made the experience fun and removed any pressure one often gets when taking the time to make the right decision. When it came time to pick up Mr. Burgundy, Lucas came in on his day off, spent a few hours standing by as the sale was finalized and spent at least 1 hour going through all of the features and nuances, helping me customize me Mini even further.

I have picked up my dream car Mini Cooper 5 S yesterday at Langley and I am complete satisfied with the service provided by sales manager Larry Zhao and sales executive Graeme Johnston. They definitely know the customer's needs and had great knowledge about the car's performance. Mini Langley is the best place to go if anyone would interest in purchasing a Mini Cooper! By the way, Graeme is a very interesting person with a lot of sense of humor which we really enjoyed talking to him. Great place after all with 2 thumbs up!!

Great coffee and always cake snacks if you're waiting in the morning. If it's busy and you're there late the cakes are normally gone ...booo

UPDATED-AVOID AVOID AVOID. Purchased a 2015 650 from at Langley BMW/MINI. Over $7000+ in repairs immediately. Headlight broken, rear camera errors, drive line failure (stranded had to get towed), speaker buzzing, alignment off, grab handle faulty, ALL FRONT TIE RODS SEIZED, plus more and could not perform an alignment. Was in contact with them for a month, avoided emails, gave me no answers and finally decided they would do nothing. I have owned multiple BMW's, goto Calgary BMW they are the best and absolutely AMAZING.

I picked up my 2013 Mini Cooper yesterday and I'm enjoying driving this fun vehicle. David Giacometti was my salesman and I was really impressed at how he really knew the vehicle and appreciated that he answered my umpteen questions. He was very personable and I enjoyed chatting with him! When I picked up my car, he thoroughly went through the car's features and I got a really good tutorial on it.

I really liked that he wasn't afraid to show me the car in performance and that made me all the more enthusiastic about the Mini!

I wish him all the best in his continued career pursuits. He will definitely go far!

Ming is very kind and helpful with selecting the right car for our family. He seems know every car in the shop, then we get all info instantly, which is much easier for us to make decision. We are glad to find the right sales person.

I brought my "new to me" Mini in for a check up. The staff was super helpful, as I had many questions about the gauges, lights, phone compatibility etc. They answered all of my questions, and they did the work they said they would, in the time stated, and I am very happy with the service! They dropped me off and picked me up, and even washed my Mini for me. I will be back for all my services, and when I am ready to buy a new Mini, this is where I will be:)

Graeme Johnston answered ALL my questions, and helped me to get my dream car. He patiently explained every feature on the Mini Cooper S that I ordered and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. The wait was worth it. There is nothing like driving a Mini.

Went to Mini Langley to purchase a car for my girlfriend, it is her new first car and she was very nervous we had to go back 5 time's before she made up her mind. Our sales associate Lucas Bartsch was amazing he was patient, always had time for us and made sure at the end of the experience we more more than happy. The day we picked up the car it was sparkling clean with a bow on top, we love the car and could't be happier!

Upgraded my Mini Cooper at this location. Had originally purchased from a used-car dealer and went in to Mini Langley a year later on a whim to see what my options were to upgrade. Needless to say: the customer service provided by Lucas in particular was second-to-none. They literally bent over backwards to make me the most satisfied and comfortable client possible. Can't express enough how blown away I was, and even more so when they checked in a month later to see how things were going. Praise for Lucas and those he works with could not be any higher!

Kudos MINI Langley Service team! Admittedly most dealers don't encourage a backyard mechanic mentality and as a gearhead I was determined to teach my daughter to change her own brakes. The annoying software message wouldn't go away without a trip to MINI but the friendly service team was understanding and helpful. Nice to see MINI is still sticking to the original heritage of customer service and fun cars that grew this brand. Well done MINI!

My brother had recommended we go see MINI Langley when we started looking for a car. We could not recall the sales person he had worked with but had met Kristofer in the showroom. He was every bit as great as my friends had said. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. We bought a used car from him and we were treated like we had bought a brand new MINI!
