I picked up my 2018 mini a few days ago and couldn't be happier. My car is fantastic and the sales experience with Lucas Bartsch was great. I have been looking for the right mini for about a year and have visited a few dealerships including a few to Langley mini. The times I spoke with Lucas were the best of all of the others. When I finally decided Lucas also made the process much less stressfull than I thought i could be.
When I picked up my mini (Diamond) Lucas was professional and informative. I had lots of fun with the detailed review of my car features and the personal touches of setting up my phone, radio stations, navigation etc were very much appreciated. As I was getting ready to leave I really did feel like I was being welcomed to the mini family! Thanks Lucas you are the best!
