I've purchased many cars over the years and dealt with a lot of "car salesmen". My experience with MINI/BMW Langley and Philip Fassbender was fantastic. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" to...I was helped in making my decision. Since my purchase, I have had my car serviced twice and have had equally excellent service. In fact, I feel a little envious... my car seems to be getting more care and pampering than I get when I see my Doctor!!
