All American Coach in Sylvania Ohio

We took our travel trailer in for our yearly maintenance and have a couple of things done. I had a problem with our awning and figured I needed a whole new system installed. Bob had his guys check it out discovering it only needed a couple parts. So instead of spending $800 or $900 it cost less than $150. Honesty is golden.

We are thrilled with our new fifth wheel, from the sales to finance, tech walk through, everyone we dealt with were fabulous!

While we did not end up making a purchase from the All American Coach company due to our own financial restraints, the service we received was excellent. Kyle especially answered every question we had and made us feel at ease as we researched our options.

This guys are seriously legit. They KNOW what they are doing. They've been doing it since the 70's! Wouldn't still be thriving, if they didn't do things the right way! Great company, buy your RV from them!

A very good experience at all American coach the guy's been over backwards Spencer from the salesman to the finance guy and to the crew prepping my camper. It was late Saturday and everybody worked to get the job done so I could take my trailer home . I came all the way from Pittsburgh to buy it and I we'll go out there when in the market again thanks guys.

They did a good job at getting my camper repaired from my little mistake I had while camping. Took a little longer than quoted but did a good job nonetheless.

My RV suffered wind damage this spring, i set an appointment a month in advance. When I got there (vehicle under tow) they said "oh we cant work on Winnebagos. Even though they knew for a month. The service manager is a moron.

Everyone was amazing at All American Coach Co.! It was such a wonderful experience to work with a business having such tip-top customer service. It seems all too hard to come by nowadays, so my faith was restored with the purchase of our new RV! Thanks again to you all! You will be my 1st recommendation to anyone looking for an RV!

Worst sales ever. Once they received deposit they are done with you. A good thing was price.thats it sales did not explain a lot of details. Drove 7hrs for the terrible service

I dealt with Tony (sales) and George (financing). Tony showed my partner and I a great campervan. He was very patient, allowing us to do a thorough inspection. I put down a deposit, but, unfortunately, I couldn't get financing sorted out quickly enough due to out of state cosigner issues. I mostly communicated with Tony, but they were both very reasonable and patient. I highly recommend them!

I went in to purchase a couple of items for my RV. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dropped my Rv off for a roof cleaning they advised me that the roof was soft in a couple spots and it needed caulk replaced. They gave me an estimate of 4k-5k for the roof and around $250 if they just caulked the areas in need. I gave the approval for repairing the caulk and wanted to get a second look at the "soft spots". They called and said it was done and it was going to be $307, wait I thought i got told $250? I didn't argue the fact and hoped it was fixed correctly. Well I drop my Rv off to another place for second opinion and a gentleman that was 260lbs climbs the ladder and says well it cant be that soft I would have ripped the ladder off. He walks the roof laughing and says only two small spot feel soft and shouldn't be an issue (mind you it's a 1994 and not in perfect condition). He gets down on his knees to inspect the soft spot better and says what kind of caulk did you use? I said i didn't do the recaulk I paid to have it done, he laughed and said they did a terrible job and was peeling the caulk off and laughing saying they didn't even clean the areas tgey caulked. He then says it will never stick and was a waste of money! So spending $307 at this place got me nothing but anger, I called to talk to Bob and he was very helpful in telling me he trust his guy did it well and was not going to refund the job! BEWARE I would not shop or spend ny money at a place like this!!

After having received various mailers soliciting our business we decided to take the drive to check them out. We went down from Warren Michigan and were shown various models. After having looked at them we decided on one. The salesperson said that a $500.00 deposit was required before financing could be secured. We produced our debit card to make the deposit. Once the card was run we were given the small tape slip noting our deposit. We were then advised that we needed to produce certain documentation before final financing could be secured. We faxed that down and awaited word. Upon delivery of the unit our salesperson was not even there so we proceeded to go over the unit with someone from the service dept. That done we waited to be seen by the person from finance to sign the various forms. We had a specific time to be there from them however we had to wait. Needless to say our delivery took five hours. A few days later we received a letter from them with copies of the title and certificate of origination and a check apparently for the sales tax to the state of Michigan. This brings me to the most distressing part of our experience. I don't understand the paperwork and the check. No one at the Secretary of State does either so I called All American for help. After having having left messages for the salesperson and the finance guy still have not received a call back. Probably won't be a return customer.

The people were very easy and pleasant to work with. Explained everything to us in detail. Qaulity camper! Will definately work with them again in the future if our needs in an RV changes.

The sales team is amazing the finance department gentleman really works on getting the best rates. This was our third travel trailer purchased at all America Coach we searched for over 6 months and traveled all over and still came back for the lowest price. Would recommend to couples and families.

We purchased a new 2017 Wolf Pup 18TO from All American Coach this year. The staff there was very attentive to our needs and made the entire buying experience very painless. Throughout the purchasing process we worked with Tony Wallace (Sales Specialist) and Tim Wandtke (Sales Manager). We did not utilize their finance department, so I cannot attest to that aspect of the business; however, if it is on par with the other departments, I am sure it is A++!

Very competitive pricing, and eager to earn your business. You're not just a number at this establishment.

Even though we had our minds made up on the model we purchased, Tim Wandtke (Sales Manager), still took the extra time to walk us through some of the larger and more luxurious models, a nice bonus to help give us some insight as to our next step up!

Picked up my "new" used travel trailer tonight. Tom from the Service department did such an amazing thorough walk thru inside and out of the entire camper. I feel so prepared to venture out camping and make some memories with family and friends to last a lifetime.

I believe reviews are important. It reflects what the customer thinks of the experience they had with the business. This place is a one stop shop. I couldnt beat the price of a djse 26ft bunkhouse anywhere. Ruth in sales is awesome. George completed our financing and delivery was spot on. I dont give 5 stars unless the the business deserves it but this place is awesome for camper purchases. Will be back when I upgrade to a 5th wheel. Good camping!!!

I had an excellent purchasing experience at All American Coach. We looked on-line and new what we wanted before we arrived. When we walked in the door we were greeted by Wes, who showed us the camper while a manager evaluated our trade in. The camper was just as advertised and top quality. We were offered a fair price for our trade and bought the new one on the spot. This took a little over one hour. When we returned a few days later to pick up the new camper they were able to accommodate my work schedule and go over everything with me after 6PM. Definitely one of the most professional and efficient operations I've dealt with.

After months of beating Kyle up, he went above and beyond putting me into our 2018 Vibe 313BHS. The transparency and customer service through out the process made my buying decision easy. George in finance set us up with the best financing around And got us an amazing warranty! Definetly recommending family and friends!!

Let me just say this place is the whole package!! Awesome customer service from looking on the website, meeting the salesman, checking out the campers, very knowledgeable staff, the guy that showed us everything about the camper and he helped with the hitch hook up as well, the office staff and even putting the 45 day tag on the camper was just a perfect experience! Very helpful...had a problem finding the reset switch for my 12 volt system...will return whenever I need service.

Terrible experience started 3 months ago after buying brand new rv nothing but issues with it (water line broke damaged insides wanted us to pay service fee to get it fixed not even 3 months old!!) and run around from customer service since! they dont return your calls sad :( spent alot of money on this RV and no respect from them they dont care about you once your out the door never had an issue with any other dealers like this in the past wish id read reviews about them before buying ! :(

Bought a travel trailer thought it was a good deal..Not what I expected. Has a lot of issues.that the company will not take care of all's they tell me is you bought it AS IS water damage and mold all over the inside and no one cares
JUST tell me that it is my problem!!!!!
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE DOOR ANYMORE..

We decided to order a camper and put down a deposit. We changed our minds a few days later and they refused to refund our money. On 8/6 we decided to order a 2013 Wildwood 36BHBS camper to be built . We put down a $1000 so they could place the order to be built and delivered in 6 weeks time. My wife went to our Credit Union immediately to find out what rates we could get and we found out about some blemishes on her credit that made our interest rates extremely high. We changed our mind and decided to fix the issues on the credit before we purchased. Our Salesperson, Lisa Schnapp never said one word that the money was non refundable if we changed our minds, and we never signed any paperwork. We called back on 8/10 to cancel after we had determined our credit needed repairing before we could purchase with a decent rate. When I called to cancel, Robert Hall answered the phone. Robert was the first person who informed me that the deposit was non-refundable. I used to work with him at Yark Automotive in 1999 selling automobiles and I thought he was playing a joke on me. When I realized he was not I asked to speak to a manager. Robert told me that "no managers were at the store, they were on vacation." After I insisted, Jim McGuire got on the phone. I told Jim that my wife had made some late payments on her car and we had some medical collections that we needed to dispute before we would be able to get a decent rate. I explained how we had the Credit Union pull her credit and credit scores. Jim listened and was very insistent that he could get us a good rate, but I stated we don't want our credit pulled anymore because we were told that pulling credit can also lower your credit score. After about 10 minutes of saying "no, not at this time," Jim said fine and I asked for the charge to be reversed on my credit card. Jim agreed to return the money. After I got off the phone, I looked up the All American Coach website and saw that I was lied to and Jim McGuire was the General Manger and was NOT on vacation as Robert Hall stated. I felt one week was sufficient time to return the money to my credit card. I checked today 8/17 and it was not returned. I called back to inquire why and I got the President of the company, Tom McGuire, who proceeded to tell me that I again was not going to get my $1000 deposit back because they don't want to make the Wildwood camper company mad at them for cancelling an order. Tom did not say the order could not be cancelled. I stated that I would call and cancel it myself because I have worked in manufacturing before and know that as long as no contracts are signed and production has not begun, manufacturing companies will cancel an order. Nothing about the order was custom made so no custom parts should have been ordered that we would be responsible to pay. We were more than willing to purchase a camper at a later date from All American Coach after we took care of the credit issues, but with the way we were treated, I do not see us EVER purchasing from there again.

Whether you're a first time buyer or repeat you'll quickly discover that not all dealers were created equal lol. I must have checked out 5 different dealers and too many travel trailers to mention. All American Coach offered the most competitive prices, offered helpful not pushy sales (shout out to Ruth!), professional yet personal service, and continued support after purchase. Just to give you an example, I had questions and concerns months after my purchase and they were there to help. If you give them a call or stop by I doubt you'll go elsewhere.

Salesman and finance was good although I think the extended warranty should have been discussed sooner so we had more time to mull it over. There is definitely a method to their sales routine. The cleaning fee was a laugh as far as the interior. The ceiling had excess hole filler smeared all over and that was supposed to be taken care of. It wasn t so the day of pickup I requested it be cleaned but he used the wrong cleaner and rubbed out the color in the ceiling covering.

Ruth was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for in a camper.

We are first time RV owners. Ruth doesn't try to push you into anything you don't want. We simply explained what we were looking for, and she showed us our options. When we settled on our Cherokee 274BH, George got the financing in order, and Brad did an excellent job with the walk around. We will be customers for life!

Very friendly and courteous staff. They did a very good job of explaining the features of our new camper, braking system and sway bar equipment during the walk-through. We did find one problem with an exterior bulb that was fixed on the spot. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and are looking forward to many fun camping trips. Well known local rv company. They have motor homes to 5th wheels to pull behind trailers. I have always been a camping enthusiast and All American will be where I go to buy my retirement rv.

I wouldn't of gave a star but only way it to leave a review ok I'm a hard working dad of six kids bought a new camper 2016 coachmen Catalina GARBAGE paint fell off blow out tire replace three lights table broke air don't work half the time I'll never do this again SERVICE department. Sucks also they offer 1 year warranty on this junk and don't feel bad for saling junk neither .I will be reviewing coach. Junk also

We have been searching for an RV for about a year and had gone back and forth between several different types. We had also been dealing with General RV when we met a Salesman at a show. Finally after going through several different types we were told to make a decision. We were ready to! So we kept looking and found a model at all American coach. I called Thomas and he was happy to show us the models we were looking for and give us real world advice on Towing them. Everybody at all American coach was very friendly and low pressure which actually caused us to buy sooner than we might have at a big box RV store! I knew exactly what I wanted when I purchased my travel trailer, so I can't really comment on the salesman. However, the overall buying experience was pleasant. George Ott was very helpful and accommodating.

We've been a customer for 6 months now, a bit of back and forth on the price and trade-in, a little hic-up with the hitch, but all good and took care of our short list of warranty issues.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Other places we dealt with wanted to try and push travel trailers that didn't come close to meeting the needs we had ventired out to find. After waiting 3 years for unforseen circumstances, we were finally able to purchase the perfect unit. Tony Wallace was just want you want in a salesman, upfront, honest and never pushy in the least bit. If you are looking for one yourself, big or small this is the place to go. We are sure to have many amazing memories thanks to them.

Salesman Larry Scott was great. He really went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and when i wanted it, and at a great price. I bought a used 2017 keystone bullet 220 RBI Online and it was everything he said it was and more, all transactions done online and by express mail and it couldn t have been easier. It was delivered to my door a day earlier than promised. I highly recommend all American coach and Larry, don t be afraid to buy online from this dealer.

The staff was very kind. They got me a great rate on the financing. The pick up time was quick and easy. I was disappointed in the quality of the unit I bought. It wasn't AAC fault.but the manufacturer must not have a quality control program on the electrical aspects of the unit. I had to repair the problems at the campgrounds. Poor quality.But AAC was very good to work with.The unit is a 2021 made by Forest River..It pays to have an electrician in the family.

Sales and service personnel were very courteous and helpful in acquainting me with my new toy hauler.

I just purchased a new camper from All American Coach. This is a great organization to work with. We came to a fair OTD price and ordered it in the fall of 2017. It was supposed to be in March 2018 but it arrived at All American in mid February, which was fine with me. When we arrived to do the walk through /(PDI) Post dealer inspection, the camper was very clean. Kevin did the PDI and he could not have been more patient and thorough explaining the RV systems. There was one problem, the refrigerator was not the one that the FACTORY said would be in the camper but that was handled by Tim right away with a few phone calls to the factory. The correct frig will be sent to the dealer in a few weeks and installed at no charge to me. After PDI was finished, it came time to pay. I paid exactly what was was the OTD price, NO additional charges, no pressure to buy additional warranty, like I have heard about with some other dealers . In the end the whole experience could not have gone better, every one was very courteous and professional. I will shop at All American in the future .

We had a great experience while purchasing a new RV from All American. From talking with them at the RV show to picking out the right one, to having them order it for us, and to trading our old one in and getting the new one they made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and courteous. When it came time to do the paperwork, there were no surprises, and the price and payment they said is what it ended up being. We highly recommend them, and we will be customers of there's for many years to come.

Recently purchase a travel trailer from these guys. The sales team is great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, does not push up-sales, and discusses extended warranty options and is up front about what they consider unnecessary. Pricing is very competitive.

However....
BUYER BE WARNED: The service department isn't so great. We have had a laundry list of issues covered by warranty. Some where fixed, some not. We have had our trailer in for the same fix, three times now. They call us to say the trailer is good to go, we show up to pick it up, and take a look.. nada. Not fixed. There is no such thing as a scheduled appointment. You call, they say bring it in. You drop off, they keep it for a week. You get it back.. and nothing. When it comes to service, save yourself the hassle, call up General RV. Get an appointment. As long as they sell the trailer you purchased they will honor the warranty.
