I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ming Wang for his outstanding customer service. I must say, I live in Burnaby, but I insist in traveling to Mini Langley to get the car there. Ming really takes his time to listen to his customer to see what his customer need and he has worked very hard to earn my business. When I first walk in, Ming was very knowledgeable about the car he is selling, and also most importantly, he is very honest with his customer. I can see that he has put himself in the customer point of view and to see and offer what is best for the customer that will suit their needs. Throughout the entire process, I feel no pressure at all and it is very different comparing to other dealerships I have been to, where most other dealerships only care about getting the sales, and the customer service will end the moment after they got your money. I have factory ordered my Mini, which takes about 3 months. During this 3 months of waiting time, Ming was very on top of things. He constantly help me in following up the building process of my car, and providing me with updates. After I picked up my car, the customer service did not end there! Ming actively continues to follow up with me to see if there is anything he could help at all. I have brought my car in to install a bonnet strip to my car a week later. Ming and his staff worked very hard on my car in the installation process. Thank you Ming and Mini Langley's Team!! I look forward to buy my next car at Mini Langley!!
