I had an amazing experience at MINI Langley with Ming! He made me feel so comfortable and set up multiple cars for me to test drive back to back. Ming constantly checked up on me and the car inventory to make sure i got a used MINI that i would love. When Ming found a car with in my budget i told him i did not like the colour and he didn't give up! he accepted my preferences with opened arms and told me that he would keep looking for the right colour. After shopping for months for a car i was so impressed to see someone so willing to bend backwards to get me the car of my dreams! I have gone to other MINI locations and did not receive the same attention as i did from MINI Langley. I would 100% return to Langley for any MINI needs as i am so impressed with how comfortable they made me. If you get a chance to talk about financing you will meet Amy who is so sweet and caring.
