Just purchased my first Mini and I can't say enough good things about MINI Langley - but my Product Specialist, Lucas made the experience exceptional. I would highly recommend Lucas to anyone looking to buy a MINI. I ve only had negative experiences looking/purchasing cars due to the sale reps treating me poorly. I m not sure if it s because I was a single female or just bad luck, but I really didn t enjoying the process. Lucas was professional, accommodating and great to deal with. Explained things extremely well (and there s a lot to a MINI), made the whole process painless and enjoyable. Thanks Lucas, couldn't be happier.
