My husband and I had a really pleasant, easy experience buying our very first Mini at MINI Langley. Lucas was really patient in explaining the bells and whistles, and offered his continued support should we need it. The purchasing process ran smoothly, and was really well-organized. We were impressed that he, and the other sales people, were not pushy, and that facts and figures were clearly laid out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucas' assistance to others interested in purchasing at MINI Langley.

One week later, I feel the necessity to amend my original review somewhat. We tried to contact Lucas on two occasions, with questions that the owners' manual couldn't answer for us. Neither of our phone messages was acknowledged or returned. We expected better.
