Blue Whale Spa company are really good with the service from first contact to the instolation. I am really happy with the Chaser that I purchased 1 year ago from the first conversation when ordering to the compleation of the instolation which was on the day that was agreed when I ordered the spa. Blue Whale keep in touch from the start to the finish and still continue to contact making sure everything is good. After a lot of research on the internet as I was looking for a Hot Tub that was a couple of inches lower than normal so that it would be able to be put in place without having to hire a Crain and the Chaser fitted all my requirements through eBay the size was perfect it has more jets than more expensive models it has LED lighting and lit up waterfalls it is a 5-6 person Tub and it was a substantialy cheeper. I cannot fault the service and the Hot Tub they are all fantastic

Free delivery, considering we were not local. The lads were very inforrmative when setting the tub up. And extra's to boot, steps and top included at no extra cost. We love our new spa, we purchased the Cedar Grove.

We have purchased an Ocean Grove from Blue Whale Spa. Ordering was made very easy and helpful. Communication was great delivery when they said with no problems in these difficult times. Delivery team were very professional and knowledgeable and polite. Love the spa got more friend's now.

I purchased a hot tub July 2019. The customer service was outstanding. They fitted in around my delivery date requests without an issue whatsoever. The team who came to install and commission the hot tub were professional practical and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble; answering questions and offering advice.
The follow up support and contact is ongoing and refreshing. No hard sell on servicing or sales of consumables, but continued advice and willingness to ensure the hot tub experience goes on without any issues.
The hot tub is getting far more use than I expected, even in these cold winter months. There s nothing better than half an hour in the hot tub after a hard days work, even with frost on the ground.

Love my hot tub, excellent service from Blue spa from ordering delivery and aftercare. Bought my hot tub due to back problems and using jets certainly helps with this. Grandchildren also love it evertime they visit they want to use it. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic! I would defiantly recommend Blue whale spa, excellent communication and customer service from purchase to installation. So much cheaper to run than the blow up lazy spa.

After much careful thought we decided to invest in a hot tub, which we have never regretted and we use it all the time.
There are so many companies selling hot tubs and we were concerned to ensure that we dealt with a high quality and reputable company. Blue Whale Spa are certainly that. The service provided by them from our initial enquiry, through installation and follow up has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought my hot tub from Blue Whale Spa in June last year and I had no problems at all. They arrived when they said they would and the boys that fitted the tub were fantastic. The quality is great and as a 'first time' owner, I had a lot of questions and they were always at the end of the phone to help. The price is extremely competitive and the service levels are unbeatable. First class from start to finish.

Be warned!!! I ordered a hot tub and after 3 weeks of waiting delivery day was finally here. After lifting the hot tub off the van and getting it round the back and into position the lads then removed the packaging. Initially I was happy but once I started looking at the tub I noticed that there was only 1 lounger and the tub I ordered had 2. Whilst the lads carried on, I decided to check the website to check how many loungers the tub had that I ordered and it was 2 not 1!!!!! I asked the lads should it not have 2 loungers to which they responded " I knew it was the wrong tub " I asked what do you mean for him to tell me that before they left at 5:30am they questioned it was the wrong tub but was told the order had been changed on the day of delivery ( what at 5:30am when the office isn't even open)
Immediately I smelt a rat and after the engineers spoke to there manager they was told to bring the tub back.
I then phoned to find out what was going on and was met with the most arrogant man I've ever spoken to and at that point decided I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!
I googled the hot tub they brought and it was half the price of the tub I ordered even though it looked identical apart from the number of loungers.
I firmly believe they knew it was the wrong tub before they set off and tried to fob me of with a tub that was half the price of the tub I had ordered and paid for!!!
Please be vigilant and make sure you are getting what you ordered and not a cheaper version!!!!

Excellent service both during the order process and aftercare - cannot recommend highly enough. If you are thinking of getting a hot tub, this is definitely the business to buy one from.

Anyone thinking of buying one should do so asap and I have missed out on years of this treat. I spend time in it almost every evening and find it a great way to end a busy or tiring day.

Had our Hot Tub installed just over a month ago and we love it !!!! Service and communication through out form Blue Whale Spa was superb and the installations guys were brilliant !! Highly recommend using them if you're on the look out for a hot tub

The service pre and post delivery was excellent. The guys came to South Wales from the Midlands. There were some complications on the installation, which were caused by us mis advising blue whale on measurements for the side access. The installers were fantastic, and were very patient whilst i had to tear away down pipes and gates. The quality of the product is excellent and after sales on technical support has been brilliant. Oh and to top it off they were really competitively priced. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought a tub from Blue Whale Spa nearly 2 years ago when my previous tub was a bit tired after 17 years. Blue Whale spa could not have been more helpful, even with assisting in getting my old spa onto a trailer for removal. 21 months later I had a problem with the heater - it failed. I called Customer Services expecting to be told it wasn't their problem. The lady I spoke to was great, she arranged for an engineer to call me within 48 hours. He called less than a day later, made an appointment, arrived when he said he would, dealt with the problem efficiently, tidily and very thoroughly. The whole experience has been so simple, I cannot recommend them more highly.

In 18 months we've had 6 pumps and 2. Control screens fitted and still not working correctly ... Ask for a new tub to replace the one I have ...(no) was the reply ...due to the amount of time and effort and parts fitted it would have been cheaper to replace then repair .... Let's see what happens today with the management when I tell them it's still not working correctly ......happy day !!!!!!

WOW WOW WOW I purchased a Northport Beach in August 2019. Firstly the Sales person was extremely proffesional and knowledgeable and very customer focused guided me through the process and nothing was too much trouble. My hot tub was delivered within a timely manner and the delivery drivers where very friendly and hard working and ensured the hot tub was positioned correctly and was filled and working as it should be they talked me through the operation of the hot tub and was very clear in the information they provided. The whole process was seamless and no problems at all everyone who I dealt with where very customer focused and went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience. My Hot Tub is just amazing everything I was expecting and more I spend most nights having half an hour to just chill out and relax and unwind. I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa.

Like many others we decided to buy a hot tub instead of our family holiday this year. After some research we decided on Blue Whale Spas as they also supply Costco, whose buying process is stringent so we knew Blue Whale Spas were a solid choice. From initial enquiry, product selection and sale, through to installation and after sales support, we have been delighted with the service we have received from Blue Whale Spas. When the spa arrived, it was quickly and professionally installed and we have used it daily since. I heartily recommend Blue Whale Spas!

like all good tales this one started off well!
we came upon the company via ebay where they sell spas under a different name and without the longer warranties.
we decided to buy direct from them

having happily purchased it in June and done the whole process by phone we were given a delivery date some weeks later. Having rung the company the day before delivery we were exited about the receiving the spa the next day.
On arrival the engineer happened to ask ' Did they tell you they dont have the right spa cover' to which i replied no.... no mention had been made the day before... anyway the spa was fitted without issue and the temporary spa cover was 'produced' however it was clearly far to big... the lifters we had purchased had been fitted but we were unable to use them due to the way the cover opened so we were forced to drag this huge cover off and lay it at the side... we were told a new and correct one should be here the next week...
well here we go....next week came and went... no phone call we rang and rang without luck being told of delay after another - we had to do the ringing the customer service was terrible. promises to ring back never happened and one thing that soon became obvious was this company's turn over of staff in all departments.... never the same person twice...
it took ages but finally having reached a 'manager' by going through sales rather than customer service we managed to get a date and the new cover arrived...
however it then turned out the the spa cover lifter fitted originally but unusable because of the size issues was now on the wrong way round and the thing would need moving... it was and left screw holes at both ends...
so we now needed 2 new panels...
here we went again... told a special order and 8-10 weeks from china..
its now Sept....we bought it in June and low and behold we havn't a thing resulting in me ringing again.... i am sat here typing this review while awaiting customer services who do not have the panels and i'm no nearer a 'as new spa'..... so a cautionary tall here. they buy and sell lots of spas and you may well be lucky with yours BUT be aware.... when things go wrong this is NOT THE COMPANY to sort it...

Just purchased my 1st hot tub from Blue Whale Spa and found their sales & service to be very professional, delivery & installation team were very efficient and had it installed in no time, great experience and will definitely recommend to friends & colleagues.

I ve had my hot tub 5 months now. I ve recommended 2 other friends who have both brought from blue whale spa too. Hot tub installation was great , very quick and was fitted by 2 lovely gentlemen. Just before Christmas the hot tub developed a fault. Rang blue whale on 2nd January and they sent me an engineer out today. He rang 1 hour before calling as stated and he and co worker took 45 mins and fixed the fault. Very pleased with the level of service. All staff that I have seen or spoken too on the phone have always been very polite and professional. Will still keep recommending blue whale spa to all friends and family

I have had my hot tub for more than 3 years and still enjoy it as much today as I did the first day it was installed, the guys at blue whale have been excellent from purchase to installation and servicing. Even today a simple phone call resolved a issue, caused by buttons being pressed accidentally by myself! 5star service and the product itself is still perfect 3 years on.

We have been delighted with our hot tub. At the point we ordered the delivery was carefully arranged. The delivery team were professional and helpful. The tub was set up, training given and the team did not leave until we were happy.
Since then it has been used regularly and has been a great addition to our garden. The tub was great value for money and would thoroughly recommend.

I am so pleased with my Blue Whale Spa - it is the best thing that I have bought in years. I did quite a bit of online research as I only wanted a small but good quality spa to fit my patio. The quality is superb and the service received from Blue Whale for the installation and aftercare cannot be faulted. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. I took advantage of the interest free credit and have had a pergola installed which means that I can use the spa in summer or winter. Definitely my best buy!

Buying the hot tub and having it fitted was great and I couldn t have asked for more. BUT,,,,

I followed there guidelines to the T. TO BE TOLD THAT WHEN THE SEALS WENT ON 2 of the 3 pumps that it was my fault !!
I was told that the engineer said it needed 2 new pumps as the seals can t be changed.

When I questioned blue whale spa about this they stopped answering my emails.
I would stay away from these people if I was you.

Really impressed with Blue Whale Spa's, their sales in advance was very helpful and informative and the delivery and installation was exactly how they had explained it and went perfectly. The engineers were really friendly and polite and explained everything in great detail including how to maintain the tub going forward. The tub has had plenty of use over Christmas and will continue to get used regularly - the kids love it too.

The people at blue whale spa certainly know how to produce these to the highest standards. Right through the process they were helpful, knowledgeable but most of all not pushy. Every member of staff is really helpful. Ordered a hot tub after a 300 mile round trip to see them after looking at a number of local hot tub retailers.
Very impressed with the showroom , the range of hot tubs and the staff knowledge.
5 months later (as I requested when I ordered it to give me time to get the garden landscaped) it was delivered and manoeveed into place by the fitters.
Maintenance was explained and the fitters answered all our questions.
Any phone calls have been answered quickly. Everyone loves the hot tub.

Purchased my Tub direct through Blue Whale Spa over the phone. Before placing my order, they answered all questions and dulled any hesistations myself and my husband had. The tub was delivered on time and very quickly. Someone came out the following week (per our request) to fit it and show us how to use it. All staff seem to be knowledgable in the products they are selling, and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asked.

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with all that I have spoke to on phone down to the delivery/installers of my hot tub, it was so nice taking a hot dip in the winter and now looking forward to taking a bit of a cooler dip in the summer.

From ordering to delivery the customer service was excellent, tub delivered and fitted at a time to suit us. On the day the engineer called to advise how far away he was, he put the tub exactly where we wanted it. Once he wired it up and filled it he fully explained the workings and what we had to do for treatment. Follow up calls were made to ensure everything was ok. I called up with 1 issue regarding the lock on the cover and this was resolved on the 1st call. Definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa, don't know what we would do without it, it eases all our aches and pains, and we use it almost daily.

Ordered my tub during lockdown and it arrived in June. This company is top class and the experience from ordering to the install was great. Julian Roberts provided a great follow up service and picked up on any question i had. The hot tub is top quality and is easy to use and maintain.

From ordering to delivery and installation, everything ran smoothly. The two delivery men stayed with us until the hot tub was fully up and running, which was several hours. Everything about our experience with this company has been positive. There is always someone on the telephone to help when you have any problems. Since getting mine, I have recommended this company to several people.

We bought a swim spa and jacuzzi from Blue whale. Each year we have had the service, then a couple of years ago the swim spa stopped working. They couldn't come out until the end of August, meaning the whole summer we had a pool that we could not use. The same thing happened last year. . . Guess what? The same thing has happened again. Each year they tell me that the parts and labour will have a years warranty, then once they come out to fix the problem, they say it is a different problem, so I end up paying again. I first emailed them 26th June. It is now 5th July 10 days later. I have called 3 times as well and no one has gotten back to me.

Blue Whale Spa have made choosing and buying our first hot tub so easy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff made this decision an enjoyable exercise. We contacted a number of retailers but found just the right model and a keen price sealed the deal. The delivery team were first class and I videod their tutorial which was easy to understand..
The weather has been terrible but I have used my hot tub every single day I was looking forward to it for the summer months, but the crisp cold days have been a perfect backdrop to a wonderful start to my day. My chronic back pain has benefitted so much . It's enjoyable and therapeutic.
Something I never anticipated, is that I have been sleeping like a log , even if my dip has been a morning one. So glad we got our hot tub.
