Great customer service, spoke me through things and kept me up to date with what I needed to know. Hot tub is great, been in for 2 weeks now and using it everyday. I ordered my hot tub during lockdown so had to wait 7-8 weeks for delivery. Everything went well from being dropped off outside house and then I had to get crane to lift over a wall and building. Guys came back later that day to finish installation. Good service all round. Would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone thinking of getting hot tub.

Highly recommend blue whale spa. Brilliant from start to finish. I have friends who have hot tubs and have paid a lot more and don t compare to blue whale spa! Had my hot tub for a year now, so can give an honest review. Had no problems what so ever and use it 2/3 times a week for the last year. The hot tub is so well insulated, that I get frost/ice on top of it. And snow settles on that rare occasion we get it.

We received our hot tub last month from blue whale spas and can honestly say its the best idea that me and my partner have came up with, due to having several aches and pains the tub does wonders, so relaxing and all in all a brilliant purchase, the gentlemen s that delivered our tub were amazing they had no problem with getting it through and safely into our garden and they set it all up and went through everything with us which was really helpful being our first time having one.
All in all blue whale spas are amazing and cant thank the guys enough.

First class service from ordering through till delivery, the Spa we purchased 6 months ago is perfect and it definitely gets a lot of use. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone.

After searching on line and deciding to purchase a hot tub, I wanted to view what I was going to buy so travelled to Nottingham to have a look around the showroom (wow) so many to choose from. I found the sales people very helpful and not over powering. Decided there and then which one I wanted and it was all arranged for delivery within 2 weeks. The 2 delivery men were brilliant, set it all up and explained everything and could not of been more helpful. I have had to contact Blue Whale regarding a problem I had (my fault) and found them to be more than helpful. I am so happy that I purchased my hot tub from Blue Spa and it is one of the best items I have purchased in a long time, 5 STARS ALL AROUND *****

We bought a cloud stream hot tub through Costco. The Blue Whale Spa installation engineers where excellent. They were a great help when I asked for their opinions on the position of the hot tub .They very patiently explained how it all worked whilst it was filling up with water. After a few days of use I realized that I couldn't remember a lot of the details, so contacted Blue Whale, the technical department quickly emailed me with all the information I required. Cant rate them highly enough!

We had been thinking of a hot tub purchase for some time and been looking around various places. Searching online for a product we had seen elsewhere led us to the Blue Whale web site and we were amazes at the variety they offered.
A phone call later and we had secured our purchase, with added extras after lots of information and advice.
The installation was timely, without problem and from friendly staff who ran through everything to do with the tub.
It s safe to say it s been used weekly and enjoyed by adults, teens and children and turned out to be a fabulous purchase and far more cost effective than other vendors we had been looking at.

Ordered my hot tub last September-October it was delivered and installed within a couple of weeks and has been worth every penny.
I m pleased we decided to order the cover it has been worth it s weight in gold keeping the temperature @39 degrees with little cost.
The whole process was smooth flowing from order to delivery and follow up customer care.
Recommend this company to anybody searching for a hot tub. They have many different ones and different quality tubs also.

great communication, on time delivery, no hitches, great hot tub

Excellent hot tub, haven't got out of it since it's delivery in August 2017, we have literally been using it all winter, OUTSIDE! Delivery guys had it up and running in no time at all and came back after a different job in the area just to check everything was how it should be. Brilliant after sales service, it's February 2018 and they're still checking in on us. I've seen a lot of other similar models in B&Q, Costco etc and none of them were as good value as ours from Blue Whale spas. Good start up pack of consumables came with the hot tub, of which we still have plenty. I have no complaints about the product or firm and would highly recommend getting your own spa pool. One word of advice if you do, buy extra filters. It's nothing to do with the quality of the filters it's just the fact that you have to replace them on a regular basis in order to maintain optimum performance and safe guard your pool against damage and health risks.
I put off getting a hot tub for years because I thought they were an expensive hassle, how wrong I was!

From the first enquiry to the delivery , siting and demonstration of features by the installers every member of staff has went above and beyond to answer my questions. Tub now been running without a hitch for 6 months. And has been well worth every penny. Only wish I d had found them sooner

Our Hot Tub was delivered a month ago within the six week lead time window. From the moment we phoned up to enquire about purchasing our first hot tub, placing our order, pre site delivery talks and organising delivery date we have been greeted with friendly, can t do enough for you staff! Really refreshing Customer Service especially during this pandemic. We've used almost every day since and really find it relaxing, especially n the evenings.

We bought a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa last August. Delivery was very fast and the guys who delivered it explained everything to us. We had to ring them when a power surge blew the fuse, they explained exactly what we needed to do and even sent us a new fuse out in the post. I spent weeks researching companies. Which ever size hot tub you go for it's a huge investment. Blue Whale Spa came up above the rest over and over again. Spent many hours talking to Jack to find the right fit for us. It's been delivered as promised, installed and the kids love it. What a great company.

They were in regular contact prior to the installation to ensure everything was ready for the day. On arrival I can honestly say they were amazing and very helpful. They answered all of our questions and took time to ensure we understood everything we needed to know! We are looking forward to our winter shutdown and service. As always communication is perfect. They re very keen to sell to you but if there s a problem they just don t want to know and you get ignored. I ve called numerous times and no one answers, left voice messages and no one calls back. Emailed and no one reply s. The handle on the HOTTUB cover was poorly sprayed, there s a big white patch which should have been black. The delivery driver was honest about that and took pictures for us and sent them to Blue Whale. We wasn t too concerned at the time because of how honest the delivery man was, how wrong was we! Also I paid for a hot tub protective weathering cover which wasn t delivered. I m beyond angry now. Due to Covid I have been very patient but this has gone on too long now and my hand has been pushed to take this further. My advice is dont buy from them or if you do, don t pay in full, because if I d paid monthly I would have withheld the payments until the problem was resolved. I m sure they would have would have been in constant contact if that was the case.

Great customer service we went directly to the show room and every one there were so helpful and answered any questions that we had. The customer service doesn't end when you walk out of there either, once the hot tub was fitted we had a few questions and enquiries so we rang up the office and they were more than happy to help us. Highly recommend this company and the hot tubs are high quality, the only issue we had was that our Bluetooth speaker stopped working so we rang them up and they sent out an engineer within a matter of day who replaced the part, and touch wood we haven't had other issues since.

I ordered my hot tub for a very special occasion and needed it to be delivered before the date and I was very impressed that it was delivered two weeks before. This was exciting and the engineer was very kind and skilful. Installation was flawless and tub is working top notch. Customer service was hard to get sometimes but once connected was always very helpful. My family is happy and we have been using the hot tub regularly since. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

This hot tub has been a fantastic purchase, the company were great at recommending which hot tub we should purchase. The delivery and service was brilliant. Would highly recommend, we had an initial problem with filling the tub and rang and the service was great, helped us fix the problem and rang back to check all was ok.

Purchased my northport beach which developed a fault after 2 days. and was replaced within a week with a new unit also received some items as compensation.
I Fitted two new pumps after 2 weeks of owning the replacement hot tub because I wasn t happy to wait and wanted it sorting there and then,

Due to the pandemic and getting nowhere on holiday this year we decided to purchase a hot tub. Searched the internet and only blue whale spa provided detailed info such as videos of each hot tub that they supply. Hot tub installation went smoothly and performance of Hot Tub did not dissapoint. What you see on the video presentations is what you get. No hidden pitfalls. Good company that provides a proffessional service that I would defintely recommend.

We had our hot tub delivered in the middle of the pandemic but I have to say the whole thing was incredibly well organised by Blue Whale Spa, The delivery went without a hitch despite the route to the hot tub's home being a little awkward. Delivery engineers were amazing. We love the Summer Breeze hot tub and would definitely recommend Blue Whale.

We brought our Hottub a few months ago and it s the best thing ever . Most nights out in it after a days work what better way to relax. The blue whale company we brought off were brilliant.. left us alone until we were ready only went for a look and came out with one .. when the boys came to fit it they were brilliant no mess quick at getting it up and running explained everything to me and since then it s been nice to think we can go in it whenever we want .. and the grandkids love it too

We ve had our Ivy Beech Hot tub for a month now and simply love it! I think there s only been one day since it arrives that I haven t been in it!
It is superb quality, and looks fabulous. The service was wonderful - we aren t very technically minded and had a few initial hiccups which were all our own fault but the lad who installed it was so kind talking my husband step by step through it all on the phone and we realised our mistake!
Would thoroughly recommend Blue Whale Spa for excellent quality, service and follow up technical support. Worth every penny!!!

Every contact that I have had with Blue Whale Spa has been very professional. Staff are highly knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. From my long list of questions prior to purchasing my spa to the installation and it continues afterwards (not that I have had any reason to get in touch). Thorough information and detailed delivery requirements were provided. Delivered very quickly and installed by very friendly people. Full instructions were provided in a booklet and in person at delivery. We have had no issues with the spa and would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone thinking of getting a spa.

My hot tub was delivered on the date agreed and the lads that delivered and set it up were efficient, polite and helpful. They filled the tub up and then went through the controls with me and explained how everything worked and how to use the chemicals.
The hot tub itself is wonderful, it s an upgrade from an inflatable tub and has to be one of the best things I have ever bought. It is well used and enjoyed by all the family and we continue to run it through the winter months and enjoy hot tub Fridays after a long week of work.
On the 2 occasions I have had to contact the customer service team at Blue Whale they were very efficient and and assisted in resolving my minor issues in a very speedy manner.

We purchased a lovely Spa from Blue whale spa , the quality of the spa exceeded my expectation. The company have a very professional approach from the time i bought the spa right through to delivery and set up. I was given advice and fact sheets on the electrical set up the right amount of chemicals to use, I felt totally at ease with my purchase, i feel like its one big happy family, the delivery was exceptional and professional the two lads were great and explained everything to me, and didnt leave till i was happy. After several months of asking the Blue whale Spa people lots of questions I bought a tub from them, the process was smooth and efficient and we have had no problems with the tub at all. Installation was great and only took a couple of hours and now we use the tub 3-5 times a week, even during the winter. Love it!

We purchased our San Pedro hot tub in July 2019.
From the first phone call with the sales team we were very impressed with all the information given to us we were given a delivery date and time the delivery guys were excellent nothing was to much trouble ,they filled it up and spent ages talking us through everything we needed to know.
We absolutely love, it we checked out a few hot tubs before purchasing the San Pedro but the actual hot tub was so much better from Blue Whale but we did not expect the after service to be so good we have had to ring them a few times just to check things and were absolutely amazed by the excellent service.
Would definitely recommend Blue Whale to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish.

Good value for money with a good after sales and sales team.
Installation was very easy and all engineers very polite and helpful.
Would definitely recommend a tub from these people as everything went easily and to plan.
Use it weather permitting minimum once to twice a week and will be more when possible.
You won't find another spec hot tub anywhere for the price paid from these people and I would know as I spent hours looking and even visited the well presented showroom before made my purchase which shows the effort I put in to get my purchase right.
Don't listen to any bad reviews as I didn't and was so glad not to as everyone deserves the opportunity.

Excellent service from ordering (via CostCo) to delivery. The process was entirely seamless. Delivery was as agreed and the delivery team manoeuvred our tub into the exact spot we wanted it. They persevered through rain and snow to get everything properly set up and left us with clear instructions on how to operate and maintain it. Recommended.

Been waiting for 5 weeks for someone to fix my pump and still nothing, engineer should of come on Friday, never turned up, so rang this morning to speak to the manager, there was no manager then was told to ring customers services, just fed up with it all now, just don't know what to do

went for an interview here, first interview the gent was a delight, got a good feeling from him..... second interview....i can tell the guy did not like the look of me, ive not felt such a racist vibe from someone in such a long time. giving this place some distance.

I found Blue whale Spas using Google and after checking their prices and reviews i phoned to place an order. Telesales were great and very knowledgeable and after ordering told me that I would be contacted by another member of the team to arrange delivery and installation. After this the date was set and on the appointed day they arrived, did the installation, and talked me through operation and servicing of the tub.
