What can I say .... I'd been after a hot tub for years and after endless searching on the internet I found blue whale spa. Always a little hesitant using the Internet to make such a larger purchase I called them. They couldn't have been more helpful inviting me down from Lincoln to come and view their range in Nottingham. Even though Leon was new to their team he explained every aspect of the tubs providing several demos and comparing one tub to another until we we're satisfied on the choice. The point pleasant they even discounted to cover arm !! We chose the delivery and demonstration and glad we did. Two burly men arrived punctually and began installing. They were very friendly and gave us a full demonstration on the chemical use and how to use the tub. To be perfectly honest the tub is amazing we are so impressed and absolutely luv it. Through the whole process of buying from blu whale spa the staff were friendly polite and continually kept us up to date throughout

We first purchased a hot tub over twenty years ago from the Ideal Home Exhibition and were extremely pleased with it. It was now time to replace it. We did a lot of research into this and after a lot of deliberation, we settled on a Blue Whale Hot Tub. The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. The delivery team were extremely helpful and their installation and setup of the hot tub was very professional. We would have no reservation in recommending this company.

Extremely disappointing, called us almost immediately after our initial interest but as soon as the finance was agreed they lost interest in dealing with us. Hitachi finance website was terrible and would only allow us to change the password but not to login so we could never complete the transaction, now blue whale only seem to happy for us to walk away. Wish I had never bothered 1 star for no stars !

Ordered a spa from blue whale and couldn t be happier. Arrived within 3 weeks and a massive effort from the delivery guys getting down the side of the house. Seriously! Less than 1cm either side and they kept going and going until it was in.

Now enjoying the cold evenings and 36degrees water.

Great service from Blue Whale.

Knocked off 2 star because i'm annoyed about the super low pressure which comes from the waterfall jet and the annoying voice which comes from the Hot Tub when you change the input source or connect a new Bluetooth device.

For anyone thinking of getting one if like me you want to have the music on quiet in the early evening on something like volume level 1 or 2. You have to firstly get past an annoying pre-programmed system alert on volume 20 (loud!) which says "The Bluetooth system by Blue Whale Spa is now ready to connect.

Its very simple, top quality at a very fair price, helpful staff both in store and out. look elsewhere as i did, but i soon realized this is the company for me. Big thanks to all the team for service and support.

Finally treated myself to the hot tub id been promising myself for years and after much deliberation decided on Blue Whale Spa's.
From the initial call, i found all of the staff to be more than helpful, nothing is to much trouble and they genuinely listen and give great help and advice..
I have had my hot tub for about 10 months and its used every day. I had one small hiccuo were one of the LED lights went out of sequence, i called customer service and without hesitation they sent me a replacemeent LED. I have found their customer service second to none.
The quality of the spa , the staff, the installaton and follow up courtesy calls make it easy for me to give them 5*and i have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Had my hot tub since June, fast delivery excellent installation, nothing better than sitting outside watching the skies at night, so easy to use, very easy to refill and clean every 3 to 4 months, I would well recommend Blue whale spa for there service and excellent customer service

We are really pleased with this hot tub from blue whale spa. Delivery and installation went really well, the men who installed it were professional and polite and explained the set up and running of the hot tub. This hot tub can be hard wired using 32amp fuse or using 13amp plug.
We opted for the 13amp and I have to say on the whole it keeps its heat. It only loses 1/2 degree in an hour. The jets/pumps are powerful but you can reduce the intensity to suit. The lights set it off at night. The water fountain and waterfall are a welcome bonus.

In the past couple of weeks ive purchased a hot tub from bluewhalespa Nottingham , and from my initial phone call i cant fault this company , the whole team were very warm /friendly and utterly helpful , even after i hired the wrong size of hire van .( David warehouse chap was great help).
I called to say my chemical stater kit hadn't arrived , sure enough it was there nxt day. ( highly recommend bluewhalespa) .
Caution to readers ENSURE YOU MEASURE PICK VEHICLE TO THE MM this was a time and costly mistake on my part and have at least 5/6 strong people to assist installation .

We bought our hot tub just before the start of summer, the service and delivery was excellent. There has been a few times I have rang for advice on up keep etc. when we initially bought the tub and everyone at blue whale were extremely helpful every time! Thanks again.

Great service, called to arrange delivery at a convenient time, the installers were great, we had to flip the tub on it's side and up again to go through the gate, the installer said "no tubs beat me yet!". I was interested in the mechanics behind the panel and he talked me through it.

We had been looking for a hot tub for a few years. By chance I spotted Blue whale online. We popped to the store in the evening and had a really nice long chat with one of the sales team. He asked loads of questions and recommended several tubs based on our intended use and budget. Delivery was timed for after our gardening works. The delivery team were excellent at advising when and where to deliver. Siting and connection were carried out efficiently with my husband receiving one to one instructions on how to operate the tub. All together a brilliant experience and great customer care. We've had the tub 6 months now and not a single problem (apart from trying to keep mucky kids out of it). Its fabulous.

Just had a hot tub delivered and installed this morning. Both guys were excellent. Once set up they gave us a step by step instructions to get us started. They gave us a hard copy of simple instructions and passed on some tips. Both guys worked very effectively and adhered to the social distancing rules.

This is the second hot tub we have owned. We paid a lot more for the first one which was second hand than we did for this one and it is every bit as good as the first. It looks good and is easy to maintain. The delivery men were very friendly and professional. Would definately buy from Blue Whale again.

Had Regency Beach spa delivered in May. Installation team were very professional and polite. Cannot fault pre delivery or post delivery communication and we are really pleased with the value, the service received, the waiting time and most of all the spa which is amazing!

Debated getting a hot tub for a few months, after looking locally and online decided on Blue Whale Spa and I am very glad we did. We had decided on one from the website but after speaking with the salesman and discussing our needs we opted for a different model (a cheaper one which made us think we could trust Blue Whale as it wasn t just about a sale). Arranging the finance was very quick and easy.
Pre delivery there was a lot of communication and support regarding where the tub was going and electrical supply. Delivery was earlier than expected and the chaps who installed were fantastic, giving a full rundown (keeping it simple) and making sure we were happy with where the tub was situated before leaving, very professional.
We absolutely love the hot tub and haven t stopped using it since we purchased in October, using it about 3-4 times a week, maintaining the chemicals and filters are a breeze. It has been great over the winter period and look forward to using it in summer. Very glad I purchased from Blue Whale Spa as they have been on hand with answers to any queries I had such as the first time I emptied the tub to change the water. Feel very reassured if I have any problems down the line that they will be there to help. If you ve come as far as reading reviews, go for it you won t regret it and buy from Blue Whale Spa or you may regret it!

We purchased a Blue whale spa hot tub a few months ago. There was an initial set back with the order as in it didn t get processed, but blue whale spa couldn t have done more for us to rectify the minor issue. Customer service have been great we were new to having a hot tub and needed guidance on chemical balancing to keep the hot tub safe and clean it was literally a phone call and they talked me through it on the phone. All staff are very pleasant. The engineers who delivered and installed the hot tub were polite and it wasn t an issue for them to go over things several times. I would totally recommend this company and it was definitely money well spent.

I found this company on the internet, everything that they said about the product was what I expected nothing hidden, no surprises just fantastic service.
The delivery of the hot tub was straightforward no delays, the delivery date was as organised.
We use the hot tub on a regular basis and it still performs as it did when it was new.
I have had three spas in the past at different properties, but I can honestly say that the service that I received is second to none !!!
Anyone wishing to purchase from this company should do without any worries and I wish the company all the best for the future. I will definitely be using them at our next property.

Zoltan and Lee have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. There was a problem with the consumer box and they have gone out of their way to sort it out and fix the problem. They arrived at 5pm and didn t leave until after 10.30pm having being awake since 5am that morning and been on the job all day. We made them some food and had dinner with them and they are so lovely.They are a real addition to Blue Whale Hot Tubs and should be recognised for their hard work. Amazing amazing amazing guys!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I got. No pushy sales staff, honest answers to our questions and no rush to make a decision. I had searched many places for a hot tub, found blue whale spa on the internet chosen and ordered the hot tub, decided to visit there place, ended up changing my mind and having a different one. They never quibbled about the change, delivery and installation was excellent, they are always on the end of the phone for technical support when you need it. I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from them.

I bought my hot tub indirectly from Costco in December 2019 and was contacted the day after from Blue Whale Spas, all details were exchanged and all went smoothly, the delivery and installation guys turned up on time and tried to get the tub on site they had to turn it 90 degrees under my car port at the side of the garage that was hard work but it didn't faze them, all in a days work for them. the tub was sited set up and filled, I was shown how to work all the controls, and after a few hours warming up I was in. All my communication with BWS have been A1 if you are looking to buy a hot tub you have to have a look at Blue Whale Spas.

Great communication from start to finish. Delivery was on time as expected, was even offered an alternative spa with quicker delivery time if i wanted one sooner. The delivery guys were amazing getting tub in down very steep steps and setting up, asking the right questions about seat facing positions,etc to get best views, and explained how everything worked. Chemical use and cleaning, really helpful. They even took my lid lifter back because we decided we didnt need it after all, and someone from the office phoned me the next day to say a refund had been approved with no problem. A great company to deal with and the spa is brilliant, total bliss, controls are easy to work out and lights and sound system are fantastic. Highly recommend

The experience I had with Blue Whale Spa was superb from the start of purchasing the hot tub right through to full completion of installation. I chose the Seascape2 which works just great and is so easy to operate and does everything you would expect a hot tub to do and more. I had a San Marcos hot tub delivered from Blue Whale Spas in August this year, the whole process was well organised and dealt with by staff who were knowledgeable in their products. The hot tub has been used quite frequently and works well.

This company were helpful from start to finish, after being let down by the company we d originally placed an order with. They make their own hot tubs and have some exclusive features. Delivered on time, on the day and has run trouble free for the last 18 month. used regularly through out the year and has not been turned off in the whole time.

Excellent sales experience, that gave the unusual benefit of both a high discount saving on the actual price of the Santa Cora tub alongside an interest free credit arrangement. I bought my hot tub last year from Costco to replace my 15 year old one and paid exactly the same as the original hot tub; it was the equivalent of upgrading from an old Ford Fiesta to a new Jaguar, as the new hot tub is so much better. Great value for money.

Having been recommended to Blue Whale Spa by a colleague, I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Have had our tub 8 months and it is fantastic. The installation was quick and the guys made it look easy. The communication before the install was timely and the tub is easy to maintain with the chemical pack.

I have purchased two Spa s from Bluewhale Spas now and both times have had really great service. No hard selling just really good information. Once ordered I was kept fully up to date on progress and delivery. Guys who turned up had a difficult time getting the Spa in but never any complaints they did everything with a smile. Great company to deal with from day one, the showroom has lots of hot tubs to look at and they took the time to show us the ones we were interested in and find out exactly what we were looking for. We chose the Huntington Beach hot tub which had everything we wanted. The installation men were very helpful and placed the hot tub exactly where we wanted it and during the handover they explained how the hot tub worked and how to maintain it. I was a little worried at first by buying online. I needn't have been. The service that I received from confirming the order, running through any extras that I may need, I must stress there was no hard sell on any item. Through to sending pictures for where the tub was to situated the whole process was very easy and stress free. The delivery was right on time, two great lads placed the spa exactly where I wanted and went on to their next delivery as I filled the tub. They returned and completed the installation and gave me a demonstration how the spa worked. The spa itself was the Crescent Bay Deluxe II and I absolutely love it, I couldn't have asked for more. I would completely recommend the Cover lifter, again fitted by the delivery guys but it makes opening the tb so easy and keeps the cover out of the dust and dirt on the ground.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blue Whale Spa and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic customer service! Before I ordered the hot tub I spoke to the customer service team a few times to make sure I was ordering the correct tub. The delivery team were great, quick and very professional. After service, I know that if I had any questions I could just pick up the phone.
