We are really pleased with this hot tub from blue whale spa. Delivery and installation went really well, the men who installed it were professional and polite and explained the set up and running of the hot tub. This hot tub can be hard wired using 32amp fuse or using 13amp plug.
We opted for the 13amp and I have to say on the whole it keeps its heat. It only loses 1/2 degree in an hour. The jets/pumps are powerful but you can reduce the intensity to suit. The lights set it off at night. The water fountain and waterfall are a welcome bonus.

Hot tub is amazing, loving it. Great service from Blue Whale. They were in contact straight away making sure deliver was quick and simple and gave lots of advice. Never had a pool or hot tub before and was anxious but they made sure I was happy and they went through everything in detail and again when it was delivered the men went through all the functions with me. Definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Blue Whale Spa has been 100% positive from the moment we decided to buy a Hot Tub, to the present day. We ordered the Tub through Costco and shortly after we had instructions on site preparation, access, electrical supply from Blue Whale. Looking on their website, there is also a wealth of helpful information and if thats not enough then a call to their office will answer every query there is. Their installation guys are first class operatives and leave nothing to chance. All-in-all, a fantastic Company to deal with.

Wish I had done this sooner! Did some research on where to buy my hot tub, and friends had bought theirs from a Blue.Whale spa 3 years ago and been very happy. So I ordered mine. Arrived on time, smooth installation and absolutely delighted. After sales has been great too. Not that there were any problems with the tub, just owners incompetence! Had the teeniest of problems when one of the lights didn t work- loose connection, but they sent someone to fix promptly. Very happy with everything.

They have non existent customer care or after sales support.

In particular avoid Kiera and Martin.

I have been trying to purchase a replacement part (as each model of hot tub is unique) from them for my 2 year old hot tub for almost a year. On the phone they apologies and say they will action something, and then they do not. Emails go unanswered not for days, but for weeks and months.

Avoid and stick with a reputable local firm instead.

We ordered a Whitewater Bay which arrived in July 2019. We ordered in store and the sales people were extremely helpful and their knowledge was great. The delivery was on time, they were super efficient, set up the hot tub and gave us a walk through of how to look after our hot tub. I have since then contacted Blue Whale Spa on a few occasions for advice and they have responded quickly and always been extremely helpful. This company was recommended to me by a buyer and she was not wrong in why - they are superb!

From the moment I purchased my Hot Tub, Blue Whale ensured everything was on time, efficient and quick. The Tub is one of the best things I have ever bought. We intended to get a hot tub years ago but just never did. Finally! We love our hot tub and have used it almost every day since we got it. It is very comfortable and has enough different jets to ease all our troubled muscles. We are very pleased with the blue whale spa hot tub.

Customer services and engineers are fabulous and extremely helpful. The sales team are vile, unhelpful and rude- they don t want to know as soon as you ve had your deposit. They also caused me a huge amount of stress as they were so difficult. They ignore all emails and questions- even when you point out how awful you ve been treated.

I must reiterate how helpful and nice customer services and engineers are. It s just the sales team- a total of 10 emails ignored after paying the deposit!!

My husband treated me to a hot tub for my 40th birthday after all other celebrations were cancelled due to lockdown. The service we have received has been fantastic and we have used it far more than we ever thought. The delivery and installation guys were very informative and always checked where we wanted certain features and that we were happy. As a family we love an afternoon hot tub session and the kids love the waterfall features. It's now a fight to see who can get to the lounger first. We have had no problems and are very pleased with the purchase and have recommended to our friends.

From pre-sales to delivery, Blue Whale Spa provide a first class hassle free service. Customer service is second to none and their HOT TUBs are high on features, fairly priced and relaxing to use.
Blue Whale make the whole experience as painless as they can. Initial "onsite" service (via photos) is provided to ensure access issues can be planned ahead of time. Recommendations for the Hot-tub site, including electric requirements are extremely clear even down to the stock numbers at Screwfix.
The two delivery/installation guys were friendly, competent and very clear in their explanation of the operation of the hot-tub and the chemicals required.
Following the installation, follow up calls were received to ensure all was well.

Really really pleased with our hot tub. Fantastic value for money. Lovely team. We had an issue with the tub when it arrived and they were super quick to get engineers out who sorted it on the day. A seal was missing from one of the pumps. We haven't had a single issue since.

From walking into the showroom to our Tub arriving, the whole experience was hassle stress free. We Were met by Justin in the showroom . He was very friendly. Knowledgeable. Answered all questions and No pushy sales.He even suggested a Tub that would meet our needs. Without it being the anywhere near the Top of the range. We (not them) requested a follow up visit a week later. Just to think about it further .still! not a pushy sale in sight!.we paid our deposit. Choose a delivery date. Immediately receiving an email with several very clear attachments explaining. Delivery. Site preparation. Electricty supply required. Chemical use and the invoice. Follow up calls / emails were sent and received to comfirm site preparation was suitable and photographs of the proposed delivery route ensuring no hickups on the day. The tub arrived on time. On scheduled date and was perfect. Left us with a set up Tub. We finally got into it around midnight, once it had got to temp. (2 degrees an hour). The following day we noticed a vibration sound. I called Blue Whale and they sent Jamie an engineer out within 2 hours. 5 mins later problem solved. The pump was just vibrating on the side panel. He moved the pump slightly. job done. We are very happy with our tub and the service we recieved throughout the whole process. We are very happy with our purchase and love chilling in the evening. Thankyou Blue whale Spa. Great service from all staff thoughout the buying, delivery and installation process. Only issue was that we were given the incorrect chemicals but this was remedied immediately. we bought the Solana Quattro which is fantastic as all of the pumps can be ran individually so if you are bathing alone you only use the pump you need. From start to finish blue whale spa in nottingham have been fantastic. The showroom has so many to choose from and within half an hour we knew the one we wanted. We sat down and took advantage of the interest free finance. We also added another filter to the package. Full installation and a chemical pack. This was sorted in around 15 minutes. The guys who delivered the hot tub were great. I have to remove the fence panel and supply the cable advised which was around 4 pounds. The put it in to position and completed the full installation and went through everything regarding the chemicals to the do's and dont's. The following morning we were in and have never looked back since.

The ordering of my hot tub was very easy and helpful, that s where the easy service ended. The delivery took 6 weeks longer expected which I understand due to the Covid situation however there was no communication around this. The advice around the electrics was contradictory and initially unhelpful. Once we had a delivery date the installation team were fab however although we had more armoured cable than the guidance gave was unable to have the hot tub facing the way we wanted it. During the installation photos and videos were sent to the company as the shell was damaged slightly and the packaging of the lid had damaged this and needed to be replaced. We were told that now the damage was reported we would be contacted and this would be sorted. That was 3rd august. Since then I have emailed, phoned and used the online chat function with no success. I did get through to a lady who told me nothing was reported on my account after which I then resent and she then emailed me to say the customer service team would now follow this up. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. #Frustratedcustomer

They arrived when they said they would, the hot tub is brilliant and is exactly like they said. Definitely recommend them.

We realised a few weeks ago that we would not be able to go on holiday this year, as two of our family members are in the vulnerable category, and we wanted to be able to enjoy being outside and feel relaxed in our own garden instead. We looked online for our dream hot tub and our son found Blue Whale who were still doing deliveries and had the hot tub with everything we wanted in it; two recliners, 65 jets, waterfalls, fountains and which could run on either amp. We spoke to Fiona, who made the ordering process super-easy and was organised and efficient, and we managed to secure a delivery which was guaranteed to be non-contact. We also spoke to Joe about the delivery and he was really knowledgeable and helpful. Dan and his colleague delivered our hot tub on Monday. He rang beforehand to confirm when he would be arriving and was thoroughly professional throughout. He also offered to run us through the set up once the tub was filled later that evening, which we took advantage of. His instructions were clear and concise and it was very easy to set up with his guidance. Now the hot tub has been set up, we have used it every evening - it is so lovely and warm and it is wonderful to look up at the stars with the different coloured LED lights and music of our choice playing through the hot tub via our iPad. The massage jets and foot spas are just great and the worries of the day just melt away. We have been highly impressed with everyone at Blue Whale and absolutely love our new hot tub.
