The worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid, Took my money for a new lid, waited 12 weeks for it to be delivered, when I contacted them to see why it hadn t been delivered, was told it hadn t been ordered! And told I had to wait another 12 weeks! When you call them you have to wait about 45 minutes to get through, and in all honesty they aren t helpful. They don t call you back when they say they will.

Great service from Blue Whale Spa. We had spent a long time searching the web for a hot tub. We booked an appointment with Blue Whale Spa and headed over to Nottingham one weekend last year. A great showroom and a good team of sales guys to assist with any questions you may have. Some great finance options and good communication between ordering and taking delivery of the hot tub really impressed us with this company. The two delivery lads were very helpful with a fairly unconventional way of gaining access to our back garden. They spent a couple of hours with us and again gave us some great advice and answered any questions that we had.
A brilliant hot tub, with a much higher specification than other tubs, priced a lot higher from other companies.
Let's hope this summer is as good as last!
I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa for purchasing and supplying your little bit of luxury.

The service I received from blue whale spa was outstanding within an hour of placing order online with Costco I was contacted by Blue whale spa asking when I would like it delivered they delivered and fully fitted it 2 days later I was contacted all the way through about ease of access to ensure everything went smoothly the fitting team were great they told me how to look after the spa and how to work everything the service received was excellent from start to finish I would recommend them to anyone what a team.

We purchased a hot tub after visiting the showroom. I have to say that the service received was first class throughout the whole process and we're extremely happy with the quality of the hot tub.

Shocking service! My uncle and I asked the receptionist lady if we can buy hot tube consumables. She pointed us to another lady I don t know who it was? Maybe someone in admin.
This lady then asked... what looked to be a processional looking guy. He replied to her yeah yeah yeah I ll do it.
My uncle asked him do you have a section I can look at the different consumables.
This rude man reply s. YEA I SORT IT! With Attitude.....One minute mate, I ve come to buy something not to get attitude.
Then we waited for him to give us more information.....he didn t say anything after that. The receptionist looked at me embarrassed.
He tried to get us to look on the computer to order some in. No no no, not what we asked. So we just left.
What a complete joke of customer service.
Never be recommending or going to that blue whale company again.

Blue Whale San Pedro hot tub was purchased from Costco & included installation by Blue Whale Spas, Nottingham.
Hot tub arrived on agreed day & installation was professionally carried out in a couple of hours.
Excellent quality spa, easy to maintain and we use it most days even in the rain !

I was searching the Web for a Hot Tub at the Back end of Last year, What a minefield, I came across Blue Whale Spa who 's Web site had a good selection at Fair Prices, I never choose the Cheapest as Quality is important to me. I ordered , but delayed Delivery until back in the country. Arranged date and all went well. Great Customer Service Prior to delivery and Very helpful after sales too. Install team were top rate as well. Would certainly Recommend them to anyone.

Have had my Hot tub from Bluewhale Spa since September last year and I Love it! Delivery was very fast and arrived on the day it was supposed to.Very happy with installation, 2 guys were great and went through all the information thoroughly which was very helpful.The tub itself is fab,I have the black shell and grey sides-looks stunning.simple to use and just a joy to own and use.Pure luxury .

Since moving to a new home in 2017 we always planned to buy a hot tub. I spent a long time researching the large range of options and prices. Eventually we decided on the 6 person Crescent Bay Deluxe. From purchase to installation the whole process was faultless. I had to delay because my electrician was too busy to put the 32amp supply in, but once done the delivery was completed by two really helpful and knowledgeable men. Since installation we have used the hot tub after busy days decorating and for family "meetings".
We are delighted with our purchase. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted their technical staff for specific details and measurements to site the tub which made installation easy. Their engineers were excellent and professional and fully knowledgable. The Fontana tub is brilliant and one of the best purchases I have made, thoroughly relaxing and as useable in the winter as it is in the summer. Can't recommend enough.

I can t be more positive with blue whales spa. Their hot tube is great. Ideal for all the family the kids love it it s so relaxing to get into after a hard days work. The engineers were top class, on time helpful and explain how to use and care for it simply and effectively. Had the tube for about 6 months now and still can t get enough of it. So easy to maintain. Full 5 stars.

Delivery and installation went very smoothly and to programme. In the early days we had done user queries and the technical team were able to advise us over the phone with the help we needed. I had spent a good few months researching hot tubs / going to garden centres etc and was a little nervous purchasing a hot tub from a company I had never heard of and at the other end of the country but I must say I am very happy. A great price plus able to pay monthly. All fully installed and now 7 months in still very happy. I would say its a purchase im very glad to have made.

Once order placed confirmation was immediate and delivery easy to arrange and great communication. I needed a crane so organised locally and delivery was on time. Delivery staff helped coordinate with the crane driver. Once in place, set up was quick and operation was explained to me. I have loved having the hot tub and it is great after a tough day at work. A first rated experience dealing with blue whale spa from start to finish. Very impressive showroom and polite and knowledgeable sales people. Delivery and set up was also professionally carried out with a detailed brief on how to maintain the hot tub. The tub is made to a really high standard. After 6 months of ownership I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Whale Spa if you are looking for a hot tub.

After carefully searching the internet for a suitable hot tub, both my wife & I opted for Blue Whale Spa and it was worth the research.

We wanted to colour code the hot tub with our new property and was able to chose a quality hot tub in the colours we wanted, grey shell and dark blue inside. Added bonus was the bluetooth speakers which link up to my alexa and phone with no issues at all, well no issues for us, maybe my neighbours!

The hot tub is high quality and we found it very reasonably priced and included free delivery!

The staff from the initial query were great and very freindly and helpful.

Price was very competitive and we are extremely pleased we purchased our hot tub from Blue Whale Spa!

Perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like.
All aspects of the Blue Whale Teams communication from the initial phone call to check opening times of the showroom through to the team delivering and installing the hot tub were fantastic and surpassed our expectations.
The hot tub gets used daily by myself and greatly improves my mobility which suffers due to a medical condition.
Daily maintenance only takes about 10 minutes (to check, and top up where necessary the chemical levels followed by a quick wipe down with a microfibre cloth - easy for any novice like myself to pick up within a few days).
Swap the filter about every two weeks for the clean one and the water remains crystal clear.
I recently had a smart meter fitted so can confirm that the actual costs are in line with those that the salesman advised.
The delivery and installation went perfectly with the guys arriving on time and taking away all packaging. (took about 2 hours in total including the demo)
I don't normally take the time out to write reviews however these guys and girls deserve some credit.
Hope this helps anyone in 2 minds who is reading this to take the plunge. I should have done it years ago.

Brilliant product and service all round from the very first point of contact. I researched many hot tub companies when we decided to purchase one and concluded that Blue Whale were the best in both customer reviews and value for money. They have not disappointed and have proved me right in being a fantastic company to deal with. The salesman right through to the delivery men were extremely knowledgeable in their product and gave me comprehensive answers to the many queries that I fired at them. The tub itself is a dream. From first contact with blue whale spa to after sales I cannot fault them.The people I spoke to were helpful through the whole process and delivery and installation went without a hitch. The rubbish was removed and the tub was ready to use as soon as it reached temperature. The tub its self is of excellent quality and the sound system is great , it has a lighting programme and lots of fountains , it looks lovely and inviting when everything is on , the steps are very good and don't get slippy , I would recommend blue whale spa to anyone we had looked at many spas and been to many companies but choose blue whale because they outshine the others .

Options for finance were miles better then any other.

We ordered a hot tub it was delivered on the date agreed and the lads that delivered and set it up were efficient, polite and helpful.

Searched for several months for a decent sized tub. The FB page of Blue Whale Spa drew my attention
to Crescent Bay Deluxe 2. Apprehensive, I decided to drive to Notts to see first hand the range of tubs and the company I was dealing with. Met Nick and my mind was made up. Need not have bothered travelling down, the tub was perfect and my mind put at ease that I was dealing with a first class company.
Went home shared the info with the missus and 4 weeks later it was delivered by a team of 2, fitted and instruction induction done to perfection by the most impeccable guys I have met from a delivery team.
Please make sure you check your access, I helped the guys in the heavy downpour and had millimetres to spare or would have been snookered.

I also bought the arm for the lid. Suggest getting that and the bigger filter pack on offer.

The shell started to blister it has been inside
Our summer hose it is very very badley manufacturing blue whale said it is not thair
Problem you whould expect it to larst more the 1 year customer service is disgusting please don t get conned like we have as being disabled
This was brought for health reason stay away
And use a company that is genuinely in what thay sell and not just rob you with inferior

Fantastic service delivery was spot on. Delivery guys were very helpful. Had our hot tub a few months now & not had any problems with it. Had loads of hours of enjoyment & wouldn't want to be without it now.
