We purchased the San Pedro via Costco. It s a great hot tub - lovely to use and high quality in every respect. The before, installation and after-care from Blue Whale has been second to none. A lovely, helpful team and delivery day was an absolute pleasure. These guys get it right and I can t reccomend them highly enough.

Primarily I ordered my tub through eBay but soon contacted Blue whale direct and they were great! They held back on delivery while I sorted the base as builders had let me down and i ended up doing myself. They arranged a date that was convenient for me and arrived on time.
The lads were very polite and friendly,they fully installed the tub and answered any questions I had and were very thorough going through setting it up and it s functions.
I would strongly recommend the company to friends and family thinking of purchasing a tub..thanks Blue Whale ...we love our tub and roll on summer so we can get more use from it!

I purchased a Blue Whale Spa in 2017. It was delivered on time and we liked it. There was one problem though. What had been described as a 5-seat spa was in fact a 4 seat spa. I contacted the company and the they recognised the mistake in their description and immediately offered to collect, take away and deliver a bigger spa. At the time i could accept people make mistakes and I thought this was good customer service. However as i had laid a concrete slab to the dimension they had give me for the first spa and we didn't want to wait for the rest of the summer for a new one, i proposed a free cover lifter and service would remedy the problem and save them the considerable losses. They gladly agreed and i thought both parties were happy.

Fast forward to 2020- I called at the start of April as i needed a replacement cover and wanted to use my credit. Someone promised to get back to me and didn't. Since then three months have passed and i have called and emailed several times. Every time i phone i speed ages on hold. When i do get to talk to someone, they promise they will sort it and they promise they will call me back but they don't. It is obvious they have no intention of honouring the credit from 3 years ago and it is obvious that i am being strung along. I strongly suspect the company has either changed hands or has changed management as the we will fix our mistake," attitude of 2017 is gone.

I have not been able to use my tub for many months as we don't' have an insulated cover. This could have been ordered months ago but i keep getting the run around. I will not be using this company for our next hot tub, which is a shame as the building quality of the original product is good.

Delivery was smooth and problem free, the delivery crew were friendly and courteous. The tub itself is brilliant and worth every penny. The advice from the staff about which tub was right for us was great and the whole process was nice and easy. I would recommend blue Whale Spa to anyone looking to get a hot tub.

From start to finish we were met with nothing but excellent customer service. We decided not to travel to their showroom as we had friends who had purchased from Blue Whale Spa, but used the online facility. The engineers who attended site to install the hot tub were fabulous and really took their time to explain the operation of the hot tub and how to clean it etc. Highly recommend Blue Whale Spa for the supply and installation of your hot tub!

Great service from the beginning, we ordered a Santa Cruz V,it was delivered promptly and efficiently, the delivery drivers set it all up and explained how to operate the hot tub,there is also a support team at the end of a phone if you have any problems. I would definitely recommend Blue whale spa and they have five stars from me!

From my initial visit to the showroom, to the installation of the SAN Marco hot tub a few weeks later, the service and support from Blue Whale Spas was exceptional.
The installation was done at a date and time of my choosing and the 2 guys that did the installation had it completed in less than 3 hours.
The customer support team were always able to answer any questions I had regarding water treatment etc.

We had a hot tub delivered and installed by Blue Whale Spa last year. The company are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They are efficient and on time with delivery and the controls and care of the tub were fully explained on installation. We needed a hiab to lift the hot tub over the house (booked ourselves) and they were more than happy to liaise with the hiab operator at time of delivery. They are always happy to talk to you if you have any concerns and will answer any questions you have. We were so happy with the service that we have recommended to a friend and they have already had their hot tub delivered and installed!

AVOID this company at any cost. Having ordered and paid for a headrest in February, they consistently fob me off promising both the product and refund. Phones are answered and you are promised a call back which never comes. After several months and their advisors lecturing me about how they want mevto have positive customer experience then refuse to send my order or refund - trading standards next.

From my initial phone call to enquire about a hot tub, to the detailed options available, questions answered and to the delivery and installation I have received nothing but exceptional customer service. Joe was so helpful and although we stay in Glasgow was able to arrange delivery and installation quickly and on a day suitable to us. We are delighted with our hot tub and would highly recommend this company. All dealings with the customer service people and the installation guys were polite and professional. Any questions after installation were answered and we also had a follow up call to make sure we had no problems. and were happy with the hot tub. 5 stars from start to finish.

Have had my Hot Tub for 6 months. Really happy with our purchase. Blue Whale Spa kept me informed and provided all the information required to make delivery and installation stress free. After sale customer service is also outstanding.

We purchased our Spa from Blue whale spa via Costco, the quality of the spa exceeded my expectation. The company have a very professional approach from the time i bought the spa right through to delivery and set up. I was given advice and fact sheets on the set up the right amount of chemicals to use, I felt totally at ease with my purchase, the delivery was exceptional and professional the two lads were great and explained everything to me.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Had a couple of teething problems as electrical connection couldn't be completed on the first visit due to my electrician setting it up incorrectly but they helped us to rectify and came back to resolve a vibrating noise issue without fuss or further expense. The quality of the hot tub is very good and i'm very pleased so far (9 month later).

Fantastic service from ordering to receiving the hot tub. The fitting was really easy and was connected in no time. absolutely love the tub!! it's been 8 months since it got installed an it's the biggest asset to the house! installation was a breeze an the staff where great and got it in with ease! they took me through all procedures of emptying an refilling, an setting up the Balboa control board, the staff really were great, an if you ever need anything there always a phone call away an happy to help with anything you may need they really are a 5 star company with a 5 star product an staff!

customer service was prompt and professional very polite and understanding. they keep to their word with warranty. I had a LED light stop working in the Hot Tub and Blue Whale Spa sent one of there engineers to fix the LED light and remove some of the scratches. they acted impeccably and done an outstanding Job on the repair with LED light .

Brought a hunter. one of the ebay models great value for money had no problems in the 6 months I have owned it I am 6ft 2 and its just about right lots of room and a nice variance of seating types and heights. We was out in it on Xmas eve in a snow shower which the kids loved so good all year round.

Ordered my hot tub through Costco in October.
I was contacted by the company 2 days later to tell me that my choice wasn t in stock and they offered me an upgrade to a gulf breeze model.
On day of delivery I was contacted by the delivery men/hot tub engineers, to say they would be there in an hour.
They arrived bang on time, set up hottub to fill and went to another installation.
Came back at stated time and commissioned mine.
They explained how everything worked how to look after it.

We visited the showroom before buying our hot tub and were really impressed with the way in which we were treated by the sales team. As a result, we purchased our hot tub there and then. From then on we were kept in touch with delivery dates etc and all went very smoothly up to and including the installation, and we have had great use out of our hot tub ever since.

I bought my hot tub in May 2019 and as yet ( Dec 2019) I have had no problems with it, the quality for the price is amazing, the installation was quick and easy, and the company have been on the phone to me checking everything is still ok ,so cannot fault their customer service, I would highly recommend them in fact I did, my neighbour now owns one of their products !

I saw Blue Whale Spa advertised on Facebook. I was looking for a hottub and I'm very cautious in making a huge purchase on a whim so I stalked their page for a few months. Looking at reviews, pictures and write ups on the spas that they sell. Eventually we decided to go and pay them a visit at their showroom in Nottingham. We were blown away with the showroom and the customer service from Fiona. We bought one there and then, they even kept it for us for a couple of months while we got the area for it ready (with nothing to pay) once we were ready for it I was then dealing with Connor who was very helpful and talked me through what I needed to do and how the tub would be delivered and manoeuvred into the space I had created. Connor and Fiona were very helpful. When the tub was delivered the two guys who came (not sure of their names) were very good, very knowledgable and professional. This company is probably the best I have ever bought anything off. All my dealings have been done, any issues there have been, have been resolved. I am so impressed I would given it 6 stars if I could. If you are looking at hot tubs I thoroughly recommend you check out Blue Whale Spa.

I have had my hot tub cedar grove 6 seater now for 3 weeks. It is absolutely amazing I have used it every day. The ordering was so simple and it was delivered on time and by 2 very knowledge guys. Any questions or queries the customer service team are brilliant nothing to much trouble. Very highly recommended.

Blue Spa Whale have been absolutely great in the entire process of buying and installing our hot tub. When installing the tub, they were thorough in explaining exactly how it worked and what we need to do in terms of maintenance. The team left us feeling completely at ease and confident with our new investment and have since answered any all questions we've had over the phone or email. the after care is definately excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys!
