I was a little worried at first by buying online. I needn't have been. The service that I received from confirming the order, running through any extras that I may need, I must stress there was no hard sell on any item. Through to sending pictures for where the tub was to situated the whole process was very easy and stress free. The delivery was right on time, two great lads placed the spa exactly where I wanted and went on to their next delivery as I filled the tub. They returned and completed the installation and gave me a demonstration how the spa worked. The spa itself was the Crescent Bay Deluxe II and I absolutely love it, I couldn't have asked for more. I would completely recommend the Cover lifter, again fitted by the delivery guys but it makes opening the tb so easy and keeps the cover out of the dust and dirt on the ground.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blue Whale Spa and would definitely use them again.
