VERY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, VERY RESPONSIVE WITH ANY QUSTIONS AND PROBLEMS I HAD AND WERE SORTED OUT STRAIGHT AWAY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING BLUE SKY LETTINGS.

For the first year we lived in the house it was just owned by Sudhir, he was very attentive, friendly and helpful if we had any troubles. We has an equally good experience living in the house under the Blue Sky lettings name for the following year! The house itself
was well maintained and every problem we had was fixed fairly quickly sometimes having to call Emma who lovely and seemed to hurry getting help! I was really suprised at how quickly our deposits were returned (in full) it was greatly appreciated!!! Great memories made at our student house! Thanks Blue Sky Lettings for being chill!

A great company for student housing. The landlord and the agency in general are very accommodating with our needs and are very attentive when we have problems or questions. The house is lovely with spacious bedrooms and has everything a student would need, including being close to bus stops to get to uni.

A brilliant company that will do their best to meet your needs. Offering great accommodation for students and professionals.

I would not recommend Blue Sky.
They just ignored all my requests when I lived in their property.
So, any problem with their property is only your problem.

It seems to me the feedback of Fleur Richards is the most truthful and
all the 5-star reviews look like fakes.

If you want to ruin your life then here s the place, they treat students like they have no rights, Emma and Sudhir (the agents) speak to us like we are children and completely disregard the terms of the contract, entering the house and even your room without knocking and moving people in without notice making you pay their bills! There are no locks on the doors and pretty much everything was broken or damaged when we moved in, speaking to others it seems we are not the first case please don t make the same mistake we did!

I moved into one of Sudhir's property during my second year at uni and we also renewed our contract for our final year as well. The process was quick and simple, even the contract renewal. There was no additional fees either, we just had to pay the deposit and that was it.

The house was well furnished and it felt much more like an actual house than a student house. if we ever had any problems, Sudhir or Emma would send someone over either that day or the following day to sort it out. They were always very friendly and helpful. The house was only 15 minute walk away from NUA and Tesco was literally a 2 minute walk away as well.

Would highly recommend Blue Sky Lettings if you're looking for a place to rent.

Overpriced rent for the houses they offer DO NOT GO WITH BLUE SKY THEY WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY

Me and my mates rented a house last year with Blue Sky, have taken another house with them this year as we have gained an extra housemate. No fees, very clean and well decorated house, new mattresses and actually feels like a home rather than student digs.

No admin fees, no check in or out fees like other agencies and no charge for renewing tenancy

If you want a decent house for Uni give them a ring
