TERRIBLE SERVICE , APPRAISER WENT OUT TO MY HOME 4 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO ESTIMATE WRITTEN BY THEIR DESK ADJUSTER EVERY WEEK ITS A DIFFERENT STORY.

Highly do not recommend. They will give you the run around and do anything they can do get out of paying. We ve been waiting weeks for our issues to get resolved. UPDATE: We are STILL waiting. It s been a month long process and the place we live is a wreck. Please do yourselves a favor and get state farm or nationwide insurance. This company is beyond terrible.
I received a message stating an adjuster would contact me within 24-72 hours, this of course did not happen. This is the same message you receive when calling their number. The number listed on the website also goes to a full voicemail box...you never reach a live person. Very unprofessional.
Eric was great working with the insurance adjuster to get the damage claims paid from hail storm. Highly recommend.
