I moved into one of Sudhir's property during my second year at uni and we also renewed our contract for our final year as well. The process was quick and simple, even the contract renewal. There was no additional fees either, we just had to pay the deposit and that was it.

The house was well furnished and it felt much more like an actual house than a student house. if we ever had any problems, Sudhir or Emma would send someone over either that day or the following day to sort it out. They were always very friendly and helpful. The house was only 15 minute walk away from NUA and Tesco was literally a 2 minute walk away as well.

Would highly recommend Blue Sky Lettings if you're looking for a place to rent.
