Due to a defect in our washing machine, the technician issued us a certificate for Saturn that the machine is irreversible and must be taken back by the dealer. This was also done. However, Ms. Pilkert refused to pay us the connection and delivery costs from the defective machine (which we now have nothing). In the end she or she had to reimburse the connection costs of 54 for the new machine that they forced us on again to intentionally take a full 54 again, although this week was an offer where the delivery + connection costs 19 and this also for ours new machine would come into question, she insists that, despite the week of the campaign, she will fully credit the connection costs because of the defect (which, incidentally, is not self-inflicted and we cannot do anything about the fact that she has a production fault), we showed this to one of her colleagues and he also agreed that it was faulty and wanted to correct it, then she came back on the floor and instead of apologizing, she cheekily said "WHAT SHOULD WE GIVE YOU?" please? You took us for a connection of the new washing machine 54 where it normally costs 19 this week what exactly was given to me? They didnt want to give me a new one even though it was used for only few days. Instead they told me to wait for a month while they send it to repair. I'm never going back there.

Purchased a phone. Camera didn't work properly. Took it back the day after. They told me it had to be sent to Samsung to be assessed because it might have been because I dropped it. I hadn't. Phone was in pristine condition. Even the Samsung representative in the store said that it wasn't my fault. The sales assistant was even in the process of swapping over a new one when the manager intervened and said it had to go to Samsung. Who knows what will happen in three days when it comes back from being "assessed".
