Customer friendly and I always get what I need if it is not ordered

More often in this Saturn, as it should be the best-sorted Saturn market in Berlin. To this day, I was satisfied too.
But today I've been there for nothing: Since yesterday in Saturn Treptow the Bose Companion 50 PC speakers were not in stock and the advertised 3 3D blu rays for 30 EURO were not all available, the seller advised me to the Alex to drive, they would have everything.
Today I was there, the Bose speakers were also off, but you could not hear them, because only with this model, the connection was missing, there was no jack cable for connecting nearby, although the seller made a lot of effort.
The similar disappointment with the 3D blu rays: All sorts were thrown together on a grabbed table, like the 3 Euro DVDs. In the Saturn Treptow they were sorted by films on a table, so that you had the overview .. I complained to a saleswoman who said they had no place. She would help me find what a joke! If you had superimposed and arranged the blu rays on the two available Grabbelt tables, you would have needed the same space. Here was just someone too lazy.
Anyway, I went home unhappy and unrequited.
There are only 3 points because otherwise I was always happy.

Expensive, avarice is not cool. No components found for my PC.

Rude and wrong use of "jargon". Want to fake Mbps for Mbyte / s.

Although I have unlimited residence and a full employment contract, and everything has been positive, because I don't have a (real) passport or German passport, my washing machine and refrigerator could not be financed!

Mega annoying and disappointed !!!

As previous reviewers were there at 5:25 pm, the pick-up slip says pick-up until 6:00 pm, but we were no longer allowed to queue for around 10-15 parties. Incredibly badly organized. Will rather buy elsewhere in the future.

Addendum: Collection the next day at 11:00 took an hour and a half - more than 90 minutes. Impressively poor planning and implementation.

Information in the hi-fi area really good. The video area was self-employed and had no interest in paying customers ..

If you had a larger selection of hobs, it would have been 5 stars.

Great Saturn. Everything you need there. Parking is a bit difficult, but if necessary park in Alexa and walk over.

Large selection and the products that are relevant to me are here usually a few euros cheaper than elsewhere. Great selection in the Nintendo Switch and Anime Department compared to other stores. There are also toilets and you get the 50 cents even more or less back. Little waiting at the box office. Easy to reach by train. Great atmosphere inside. Honorary man responsible for the Nintendo department. You can go there.

Went so ... Waited forever at the box office and not found well (DVD / Games). Looks like remodeling. Maybe it will be even clearer

Good branch with great customer service. We received very good advice from the employees (Mr. Ari and Mr. Manalo) when buying a dishwasher & refrigerator and we quickly found the models that meet our requirements.

VERY large selection of technical devices.
Of course, I used the advantage of the black friday and quickly bought a JBL Charge 3 speaker and also there (in the speaker department) there was a large selection of Bloutooth devices ...
The advice was good and I am satisfied!

The best thing about SATURN was my purchased product. That was just topped by unboxing.

We were scanned here for a 3D figure and the advice and service were excellent. You can only recommend it is a fine idea to have a little self at home.

Huge selection of products in a spacious store. Not convinced that prices are the cheapest

I am not ashamed to say that despite very basic german I was able to take my gorgeous cousin to gift him a new IPhone for all his efforts to help me in France & Germany. The service was perfect but in an extremely busy store you have to be patient. You cannot judge service based solely on the fact that the store is full everyday. They are well staffed and do go out of their way to help you as soon as they can. As for those complaining about Apple X the product has issues and Apple is obliged to take them since this store is an authorised seller. Its a manufacturing issue. Danke #saturn

Huge shop. Strangely, right next to a Media Markt. Always thought that belong together.

It's ok for a Saturn. Basically just like every other one in Germany, except this one has a nice glass wall on the top floor you can look over Alexanderplatz from. Other than that pretty nondescript. The lady that works at the counter where you can pick up online orders is very courteous.

Probably the last major electronics market in Berlin, where I still order my CD's and LP's without a long wait ... Thank you

Was very well advised when buying a navigation device.

I take away two stars for the rudeness of some (not all) hysterical and little available salesmen. everything else very good :)

With media market together the big ones of the electrical industry, there is always something to see and to test!

Are Busy, but polite and have many things to buy in their field :)
