A bit inconvenience to move large items from different levels, since it sits on 3 floors. Not enough people stationed in the various departments, so people have to stand around and wait for 15 minutes or so before they get help. I've left several times without buying anything, when I really wanted to buy something, because I needed help that I wasn't getting. That said, the selection is gigantic, and they offer price match on Amazon, which is good. I saved 100 euro on an air conditioner once doing this.

Go early enough. The last two hours the fresh vegetable is literally empty. Hint for the management. Otherwise a solid supermarket, friendly employees.
Supply and order are good here. Unfortunately, the coffers are understaffed here at peak times. The goods brought back to the shelf, because 10 minutes waiting time with 10 unoccupied cash registers - that does not have to be.
It is the equivalent of an Australian store chain called Big W or Target. I enjoyed walking through the store as you can buy a lot of television shows and films that you wouldn't find easily back in Australia. Worth a look for the curious traveller!
Employees do not know what discount campaigns are available, others simply send you to another department and you will be sent back to the other department because they have no idea. Really bad service. And with DVD's and Blue Rays everything is mixed up. The shop was very empty where I was, because you could have sorted a little.
One of the better Saturn in Berlin, since the selection or sales area is comparatively large. Somewhat angled and the sales consultants are not necessarily the most motivated. Nevertheless, you will find everything you are looking for.
I think there is not much to say about the electronics. They have literarly everything you need. But there is much to say about the staff. Very friendly, they try to help you as much as they can and I feel like they are not much in hurry as some other electronic markets. Btw almost every staff member speaks english which is quite cool.

At Saturn you always have to have a lot of time. We bought us a new notebook on Tuesday and until today it was not possible for the employees to transfer our data. The price of the notebook was very cheap and we are satisfied on the whole. The service station is often only manned by one employee who does not know what to do first. Unfortunately there are no seats at the station. There are many seats at the financing counter that are not used. Why are the two stations not merged?
Here you can find most of any electronic thing you need. Most of the smartphones are priced fairly, but other simpler things, like PC cables, are sometimes overly expensive. The staff can also range from very polite and helpful to just bad mannered.

They offer you all the brand new stuff of tv, cams, handys and computers ... you got a year before in Hong Kong or Taipei! But of course it's all new for the German market. If you're from China, than you wonder about, how small a electronic supermarket could be and how serious the salesperson are ... but be sure, this is the German understatement ... each of the salesmen are been well studied with a 3 years professional school degree! So if you ask them and maybe they are allowing to you to ask for help and if they understand you ... they're so professional and helpful ... and never never try to sell you something they don't believe in it! You will be so happy to buy something for higher price ever! But indeed, sometimes it's a good adress for buy something emergency stuff like the special European travel connectors or some loading battery stuff for Europe or ... so simple, an U-S-B C-cable! They have all of these for high price, but they have it for make you happy because your downgrade 5*hotel is purely overachieved with your simple wishes! So if your are an overseas tourist, this should be your first stop in the big village Berlin. Enjoy it!

Excellent electronics store. You have several floors with different product categories (I think in total 3 or 4). It has own free WIFI inside the complex and on all floors. Excellent to take advantage and take everything! Good prices.
Arrived at 18:30 to collect my order and after waiting half an hour in the cold was told to go home as they would not be able to serve me in the time they were open. Do not order for collection from this store. Go somewhere else or get delivery
