Purchased a phone. Camera didn't work properly. Took it back the day after. They told me it had to be sent to Samsung to be assessed because it might have been because I dropped it. I hadn't. Phone was in pristine condition. Even the Samsung representative in the store said that it wasn't my fault. The sales assistant was even in the process of swapping over a new one when the manager intervened and said it had to go to Samsung. Who knows what will happen in three days when it comes back from being "assessed".
