I've been inside this Saturn a couple of times and it's always been chaos in its purest form. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful but I feel that this comes from a lack of training from the management. I highly recommend buying your products online and not from a Saturn...just use Amazon, they know what they're doing. Saturn has dropped its rings.
It is the best Saturn company in Berlin. The staff are very respectful and serve you with everything. Part of the Gem Shop GemeSir X1 is missing
Powerfully large flagship store directly on Alexanderplatz. However, with little sense of service. For who wants to visit the toilet here, comes there only when the Zahlbox is fed in front of it and the turnstile is passed. This is also a "wonderful" experience, if you only travel with debit card and coins. (Bad, bad ... how tough do some people have to calculate?)

On August 4th, 2018 around 5 p.m. at ticket office 5!
After I said hello to the cashier, nothing came back (okay, not wild) ... then she had to staple the bill together on several sheets of paper and, if necessary, put it in a notebook (which I didn't ask of her at all ... she did she tries to put it in there herself), but she didn't succeed (TRIED 4 TIMES !!!) ... then she said: "Take that and do it yourself, how much time such a crap costs me" .. And of course nothing came of a "nice day" either!
Incomprehensible. The management should think about that. Well luckily for next time there is Media Markt right next to so you can also lose customers! (Unfortunately it wasn't the first time in the shop ... Friendliness is written in SMALL)
A vast choice of elettronic products of any kind, included professional digital cameras, only possible inconvenience it's that some times the waiting time to receive attention from the crew could be very long.
" In Germany we speak German ! " that was the answer of the Saturn customer service representative when I asked if there "is someone who speaks English".
This is the third time we are getting bad and even rude customer service at that store. If you are a tourist, or don't speak German yet, STAY AWAY FROM SATURN ALEXANDER PLATZ, or you will be left without help and with really bad feeling.
Luckily we found just around the corner similar size store called MEDIA MARKT <3 absolutely better.
People there are informative, professional, kind, and most important, not nationalist who rub it in your face their Aryan race nonsense.
Stuff is hard to find and employees to help you even harder. When you find one he doesn't know the answer because he's from a different department. Prices aren't great either.
Always the best range of DVDs and blu-rays in Berlin. Not everything but a lot, e.g. Austrian films!
