I find it very customer-friendly that the two largest chains in the industry have almost approached each other at Alexanderplatz. Even though both chains belong to the Metro group, they are competing and have quite different prices. This can make the little walk between the two houses interesting and, above all, rewarding. In addition, of course, the different (special) offers are particularly noteworthy. Finally, a tourist tip: From the top Saturn floor you have a very nice view of Alexanderplatz and its surroundings. Because of the 5th Star: D has just no Lobkultur- and Berlin actually knows only "Da kanm you do not complain." as the highest praise. There are four already very much ....

Except for the toilets, the store in terms of selection and appearance can not be beat. Why should I buy something on Amazon if I can watch it, touch it and smell it there? Each department has its own professionals, who provide a professional advice. TOP
The Saturn at Alexander Platz is spread over 3 floors, so it is large and clear. But you should be prepared for a lot of people. The shop is very full, especially in the afternoon.
If you want to return any thing they will ask you to return to the branch you buy from or they will give you the amount without returning the insurance fee
Hardly any employees nearby when you need them, and if someone is available, they respond quickly / incomprehensibly and listlessly. Service should clearly be improved
Nice and competent. Good unobtrusive advice. Cell phone service good too. Repair was fast despite shipping (1 week) and was not charged during the warranty period.
Friday refrigerator bought. Top advice. Very nice. Delivery as indicated. On time. Today on Monday. Guys were very nice and professional. Again and again Saturn :)
It would be an advantage if several information boards were placed in a clearly visible position over the individual floors. Alternatively, there would be people who can do this and provide additional information. The offer is very generous, appealing and varied. Here you get pretty much everything for the household.
A huge multi-story electronics center in the heart of Berlin. Large selection of equipment, attractive financing conditions. Everything can be touched and consulted. Offering services for configuration and installation. Very expensive accessories (films, cables) - I do not advise buying them here. 20 euros for protective glass - this is bust J There are often discounts on a black Friday you can snatch the goods for excellent prices.
Attention every Saturn and Media Markt has different prices. Every market has only prospect campaigns across Germany. But they often also have their own or regional offers.
Saturn at alexanderplatz sometimes has special offers that are specially tailored for tourists. But some things are really expensive here. Namely, what tourists need: replacement batteries. Memory cards. Charging cable etc. P.p.
But I still prefer to be here because the market is the largest in Berlin.
Positively surprised! Had four contacts with four salespeople and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The seller for projectors was great, the help with the right DVD to look for in the huge selection was on the ball, the nice lady for the speaker selection and at the end the cashier who pointed out to me that I had mistakenly picked up an item that was already open. That's how retail works. I also like to pay 10Eu more instead of looking for the "best price" online.
Update: I missed a mailbox message. Apparently the Warw was not delivered, which was only noticed 4 days after the delivery date by my request & everything has to be delivered again. The problem with the show isn't Saturn's fault, of course, but it could have been a little quicker to respond. Let's see if I can pick it up tomorrow ...
Picking up at the store sounds like a good idea if you are not often at home yourself and would miss a parcel delivery service. And then the promised pick-up day goes by and you don't know what's going on.
On Monday DHL apparently simply did not deliver the package - it can happen. But now it is Friday and I have neither a collection confirmation nor information about what is going on with the goods.
The general telephone support was very friendly but couldn't help me.
The support in the market seemed like she would like me to hang up quickly and not ask any questions. Then wanted to ask the department for more information. When I called an hour later, another colleague was on the phone who just kept telling me dully and without listening that I couldn't pick anything up without a pick-up confirmation.
I realize that Saturn is dependent on companies like DHL and suppliers of goods, what bothers me is the lack of communication.
Has DHL really not been able to deliver the goods for 5 days?
Why can't the gentleman or lady in support see whether goods have been received and have to ask another department?
Why can't I track the status of my order online?
It's frustrating to have to chase after a show when nobody knows more than you do.
First you make time to pick up the goods, only to then simply get silence on the state of affairs and now I have to worry that I will get the collection confirmation as soon as I'm on vacation ... Never again!
Mega huge here on Alex! very friendly and helpful staff. Class offers. Man only has to spend a lot of time there. Because it's so big. At the coffers it went afloat. Everything Supi!
Wow! Hugh 3 floor store. Hugh veriaty of all you need, from TV sets to computer stuff, refrigerators and so on. A must-be place for all computer and gadget lovers.
A few days ago, I wanted information about Smart Watch from Huawei. So I spoke directly to a Huawei "expert". He literally told me that he has no idea and does not know when the upcoming new Model GT will be offered for sale. Slowly I understand why employees or so-called sellers everywhere are cut short.
The customer becomes his own salesman by making himself smart on the internet and ordering something.
Sellers will soon be a thing of the past and will certainly be on display in the Waxworks Museum in 2030.
They have nice tech, but waaaay to little personal to handle the people. Also packinging of most items is completly destroyed due to their "protection" wrapping. Specifically the way fitbit watches are wrapped, it destroys the packaging. You should hopefully understand that box is part of experience and not something you are supose to destroy in the store. Arrogance of the seller was also not useful. Ordering on Amazon is a way beter option. I'd say visit this place only if you need something urgently. Or check it out here and then get better price on Amazon. As the (poor) quality of the service does not at all justifies the difference on price.
