I bought a screen protector for pixal 3a and want to to pay. In the meanwhile the technician put it on my phone. When i came to take it i see the screen protected is covering only 75%. He didn't want to change to correct size. So i just lost 25 . I don't recommend this store to anyone, services is disgraceful

I had really bad experiences in this Saturn store. Especially in the smartphone department. If I make the effort to go here and leave my money there, which is not enough, then I also have the right to be treated accordingly.
I also asked my followers on Instagram if they had any similar experience, and in fact a lot came out.
And one employee was even described twice by strangers. That should mean something. Myself and a few more think that something definitely has to change there before becoming a customer again.

We have been going to a Saturn for a long time and wanted to buy something in the kitchen department (there would be enough choice there) and redeem a voucher right away. Unfortunately, right next door in the television department, a whole pack of Saturn salespeople tested the maximum volume of the home cinema systems for no reason - that is, without talking to customers - and annoyed their own customers in the process, e.g. a customer stupidly chatted "from the side". There was consequently no advice for us either, since all the salespeople were busy with "checker music". After about 15 minutes of yelling at the music and with an increasingly nervous toddler, we left without buying and bought from the competition across the street. There was no service either, but at least there was no disturbance of the peace by late-pubescent salespeople. By the way, we met some of the chased away customers from the kitchen department at the competition.
