Third balcony is definitely NOT too high up to watch a Hawks game. If you want to watch the whole game it's a good place to be.
All the seatings nice good atmosphere lots to see on Bulls and Blackhawks history
Awesome arena. Went here to see the Eagles. We had pretty close seats, but the way they designed the arena I felt that we'd have a good view no matter where we sat. The Eagles put on a phenomenal show.
Saw Barbra Streisand. Voice still amazing. And a beautiful person inside and out. Seats at United Center very cramped leg space and body space. Thankfully I'm not too big for the chair but the man next to me looked painfully uncomfortable. And others as well. Nice and many bar and snack stations but ketchup was not replaced at several so after walking halfway around the 3rd floor, I settled for BBQ sauce. I hadn't been there in years. It's a good place for events still. The staff at all stations were very nice and helpful.
Seats comfortable enough, amenities more than adequate. Bathrooms good. We were to the right of the stage, 2nd level, the sound wasn't the greatest as far as tone/pitch of the music.
Lots of parking options, which range from $20 to $40 depending in which lot you choose. Entrance was clean and lines to get in were moving smoothly. Finding our seats was easy. Lots of food stands and options available. Bathrooms are bug and well kept..
Visited the United Center for a company function. What an amazing arena! The sound seemed perfect for such a large venue, and the displays in the center are fantastic quality. Bathrooms were busy during breaks but were manageable. Not too cold, comfortable the whole time!
Saw Thomas Rhett, amazing experience. The UC is definitely one of the premier venues for live music. Definitely would recommend.
One word-Blackhawks. Easily accessible, staff is quick at concession stands and other staff are always smiling and friendly. The view from any section is fantastic. I ve been in the 300 section and the 100 section. The new scoreboard is more than amazing and they have great interaction with the crowd. This will always be my favorite stadium.
I love this place because it's clean and staff are very helpful.
Loud crowds for all kinds of events held here! Fun to be had by everyone. If you're lucky enough head to the skybox, dessert is fantastic. Even a shot in a chocolate cup!
I go to all the events but I never really see the events. I work behind the scenes.
Touring NHL arenas and this is so far my least favorite. Very little history of the team most everything there is for basketball.
Fun night at the black Hawks game. The Uber pickup lot for after the game could use a little work.
Prices are high, but that's anywhere in a stadium. Very easy to navigate through. A lot of helpful staff.
Great venue! Provides excellent views from any area. Friendly and approachable staff. Overall a good experience for sporting events and concerts.
Wearing an orthopedic boot for a broken foot I was forced out the opposite door I wanted to go out after the hockey game last night. I kept telling these security people I need the other door, and they kept forcing me outside I the snow where I proceeded to slip right down to the ground, because no one put any salt down on the snow that had been falling. This is total negligence.!
More show than actually game but still totally worth visiting!
Great game. The Bulls put forth a lot of effort. Better luck next time.
Enough parking, always clean, but concession process a bit much.
Go bears!! BIG SOX WIN. Brian at level 4 is the best. So polite. Go hawks!!! Thanks Brian and stephanie. Best service
I was at the UC on Friday for a Blackhawks game. Sat up in section 319 and the view was fantastic. The venue itself is nice and getting to your seat is easy - staff is helpful if you need them. Food and beer prices are absurdly high, but I suppose it's not very surprising. My biggest complaint is that a bottle of water is $5. This is pretty egregious, especially at a time when other venues are bringing water prices down to $1. I'll definitely be back for another Hawks game, but I'd recommend eating beforehand (and bringing an empty bottle to refill with water).
The United Center is a great venue! It is very large but, it is very easy to navigate using the large section numbers placed everywhere to make it easier. I have seen a few concerts there and am never disappointed. The seats aren't bad. Typical of an arena. Kinda squished but, again, typical. There are several places to buy merchandise, food, and drinks as well as a bathroom around every corner. The only thing that is not the best is trying to get out of the parking lot after the show. We now choose alternate parking. It's always a good time and I look forward to going back for another concert!
Great seats great view acoustics were perfect. Everyone had a great time.
Nice clean place. Modern amenities with full bars and options for food beyond nachos. Would like to see a Blackhawks game here.
The seats I had were amazing, I got to see more of a Bulls game than ever
The facility is clean and fairly well kept. Good food choices but pricey.
Wow! First NBA game - loved it. Venue was great, easy to get in and out.
Awesome atmosphere! Employees are polite and willing to answer any questions! Very clean and informational! Veterans Discount!
Great venue. Prices are steep, but expected. Had a great time. Was my son's first Hawks game. He seemed to be excited even though they lost.
Just saw the bulls, amazing view from the bosses season pass holder seats! Would recommend new visiting people to get a good view in section 105 Row 1 thru 20 for a good view and good crowd!
First time in decades and it was assume the fans the atmosphere was electrified. Other than the over price food it was amazing. I suggest that you eat before you get there. But unless you want to join in on the fact that it's ultimate experience at the United Center then i say go for it then.
Yes do it if are conceding going to this center it is better than good it is pretty good
Great place. Easy in and out, and convenient parking. Blackhawks national anthem tradition is amazing in person, a must see.
Amazing crowd, great restaurants and bars, but geez the seats are tight.
I got to see the bulls play it's been a dream since I was a young kid growing up in nyc
Had an amazing experience. The environment was full of life as we ripped for the Bulls to win. Our seats were as great as sitting right in front row. They were a little tight but the experience was well worth it. It was our first time. We would love to return some day.
Always a good seat no matter when you are...and they aren't stingy with their mixed drinks
I am giving a 5 star because the place was beautiful. I was drug here by my daughter to attend an awful BTS concert. It was cool to see the Chicago Bull Championship flags inside!!!
There are lots of seats with good viewing angles. The suite can be expensive and costs approximately $5k depending on the type of game etc. The Bulls and the Blackhawks play here. There are also championship high school competitions that play here. Standing zones are better than some stadiums but not good overall due to snow inability for most people to see unless you are well over 6ft tall. The food is typically priced for events and national league/association prices. There are plenty of bathrooms, but they close some of them in the last 3-5 minutes of the game, so be sure to relieve yourself before then. The seats are standard size and would be uncomfortable for large people of many varieties. The light shows are beautiful. The light technicians could pay some focus to the people who are talking. The main monitor in the middle is usually in real time, but the outer/upper monitors have a timing issue that can be frustrating to watch. Overall good atmosphere.
It's always fun coming here for events. Even when packed, it's pretty easy to get in and out.
It's the Mad House on Madison! Stuff happens there! Great stuff! Clean facilities, amazing food, great service.
Can't complain, seems world class to me...though there were long lines for the men's restrooms for once in my life. By the way, let it be known thar TOOL mu de ed it on Sunday, Nov. 3rd, 2019.
A little slow getting into the hawks game, but overall a great experience
The center is a lovely facility. I went to see Disney On Ice with my family. Show was great. I forgot my wallet and recovered it at the lost and found. The security guy that helped me was very nice.
The game was great food drinks and service was amazing. The parking lot attendants were very helpful and got us a spot close to the door because I'm pregnant.
Out of towner and was pleasantly surprised with the dedicated fans going hard even though this Bulls team doesn t give them a lot to cheer for.
Great atmosphere to enjoy with the family. The process from entering the doors to the seat is pretty easy. Good food and drink options. You can even have it delivered to your seat. Most of the employees were polite and helpful. There are parking options nearby for decent pricing.
Nice clean parking lot. Beautiful signs. Well lit up for the customers safety. The owner of the Blackhawks is a great man. He looks good. Standing next to the mayor of the city of Chicago.
Came to see Modest Mouse on 9/27/19 never came to a concert here but it turned out to be pretty great. Not much room to dance, though that didnt stop me.
Great place to watch your mavs put in work go to the bathroom and get beer on the 5min mark of every quarter... no line no wait
The United Center is a top notch venue in comparison to the teams that are currently playing there.
Rip kobe & Gianna
Sending my prayers & my condolences to the victims
Clean, safe, lots of excitement. Food and drink, like most arenas not in Atlanta, is so expensive.
My son works there and it's a great place to work. Nice employees and employers.
The bbq nachos are amazing, pricey but delicious. I've been here for multiple events and always have a great time. I found out for the first time recently, that the 3rd level has a sale room for souvenirs (during a bulls game). Which was great!
Beautifully put together, great atmosphere lots of restaurants and drink locations, a bit pricey but thats the norm now days. Definitely will come back..
The atmosphere is addictive from all the fans and excitement going on...its...INSANE!
Solid overall experience. Always surprised to see $13 beers. Even though I know it s coming!!
I Love the entertainment, facility was clean & fresh, friendly employees.
Great food an the show or game are great an the Drinks are ok but a little pricey but okay
Amazing atmosphere, especially when the Chicago Blackhawks are playing.
Food here has really improved over the last few years. Sure the beers and food aren't cheap, but really no worse than anywhere else in the city. Staff is always super helpful. Doesn't shake like the old Chicago Stadium, but still a great place to catch a game or event.
There was a great concert I attended back in 2017 but there was a rude usher that I should've complained about then. He had a horrible attitude and didn't bother anyone else in my section during the whole show. Kind of soured my experience.
Was there for all star weekend 2020. It was truly incredible
Purchased tickets for the wgci big jam and had to leave 30 minutes into the show. Numerous people smoking in my section and my girlfriend is 6 months pregnant.
The United center is supposed to be a smoke free area. No one seems to be returning my calls and guest services on site did nothing.
I generally have a good time when I come here. Not really a bad view anywhere, at least for the Blackhawks. I tend to think the floors in the 300 level though are permanently sticky from spilled beer. I don't recall that from when I was last here a few years ago.
It was a fine venue. Went for the Harry Styles concert. I bought a bottle of water and they poured it in a cup and that frustrated me. Not sure why they had to do that. I would have just gotten water from the tap if I knew they were just going to dispose of the bottle. But security was very good and I felt safe the entire time.
Saw Roger Waters in concert. The concert was great. But there were few people smoking weed inside the arena. Weed smells bad. I had to change seats so that it didn't ruin my experience. The photo is the view from section 105 Row 15. You can see the instruments at the bottom of the photo.
Go bulls! Food has gotten better here over the years
Went to a hockey game there, golden knights v blackhawks. Besides the golden knights coming back and winning in overtime, I can say I liked the Michael Jordan memorial, and entrance to the stadium. However, coming from vegas, they need to do some serious upgrades to video and sound and bathrooms. A little upgrades never hurt anybody, the stadium in general is nice though.
Great arena. I think all seats options offer a good view.
