I never write reviews so you can tell how passionate about this situation. I would stay away from this dealership. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Countless lies and empty promises. I purchased a used car (Acura MDX) and within 10 minutes of driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I brought it in the next day and was told the car was fixed. Within a few days, the check engine light came on again. They bring my car to a different service department and have the car for 3 days so they could fix the issue. I got the car back and for about a month it seemed fine until the check engine light came back on recently. This time I wanted to meet with the sales manager who offered me something else on the lot but nothing interested me. They said they would call me to confirm an appointment to get my car fixed a 4TH!! time and still no one has called in over a week. I dont want to give any names of who I dealt with, as I respect this is their profession and their livelihood, but there are 100 other dealerships out there that deserve your money, time, and business more than this place.
