I bought a 2007 Honda Element from them in Decembe...

I bought a 2007 Honda Element from them in December. After test driving it, it was clear there was an issue with the transmission. I told the salesman that I was still interested in the car, as long as they fixed it. It was the exact car I was looking for, so I was still willing to buy it. Over the next month they gave me the car back 3 times saying that the transmission was fine. On the third time I went straight back to the dealer, which I spoke with the sales manager. He somehow magically had a transmission priced out for it, and offered to sell me a different car instead of repairing it. I told him this was the car I wanted and that's it. Another month goes by until I finally get my car. It's now been two months since I purchased it. I noticed some other issues with the car, and brought it back for repair. One of the issues is the alignment, which is still off after they supposedly did it twice. They claimed to have ordered parts for it and are waiting for them to come in. It has now been 6 months, I have called at least a dozen times, and even went into the dealership to find out about getting the other issues repaired. Every time the service advisor tells me she will call me back the next day. I have never received a call back. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and I would not recommend going here for sales or service.
