I met Will quite by accident when I was waiting for a rental in your service dept. I stepped inside the
dealership to look at the cars in the showroom. Will gave me his card and asked me to call if I ever
decided to sell my Camry.

His easy manner really impressed me. I've had many experiences where sales associates jump all
over you the minute you walk through the door, then forget your name the minute they make the sale.

A month later I decided to buy a new car, and made an appointment with Will. My husband is a large
man with health problems. I went in looking for a crossover. After Will spent a great deal of time explaining the Tucson to us, my husband had a problem exiting the car.

Will was so kind to him. He suggested the Sonata for it's roominess. My husband and I both loved
the car. He then explained the workings of the car, the gas mileage, the conveniences and the
warranty. He even worked with the Finance Manager to make the car affordable for us.

When we picked up the car Will went over everything with us again. (It's the first time we bought a
new car that we didn't have to pour over the manual before we drove it.) From beginning to end, the
transaction was seamless. We were treated like the only people in the dealership, even though it
was crowded.

We're very happy with our new car, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another Hyundai -- as long as we
had Will by our side. He made the transaction so easy - from start to finish.

He's even been in touch to be sure everything is going well with the car.

Thank you for having a salesperson like Will on your staff.
