Got the first car I bought by myself here. They were really helpful and walked me through the whole process, and even put on my plates after I got the car registered!

The pleasant folks at this local Ford dealership are fully aware that a car buyer has a number of alternatives to buying from them. They make the choice to buy from them incredibly easy. They look to understand what it is you want & need and where you are currently on your buying journey, very politely "tease" out from you why you haven't yet bought from another dealer and straightforwardly ASK if there is something they can do differently that might make a purchase more likely with them.

To sum it up; they not only take special effort to do the right thing, they go out of their way to do it right.

Josh was great to work with...and Jerry, GO SOX!!! I got my payment and it was quick and painless. I will definitely go back for my next car/truck deal. I had been to 5 dealers in the last week and they were the easiest by far.

Don't have much experience with buying cars so I can't say whether it was good compared to other places, but I needed a car and they got me into one right away, very good service. Their garage is great too, not much more expensive than any other garage and they offer loaner cars as well. Again, this might be fairly standard service for car dealerships, I wouldn't know, but I think it's great.

John O Connor was fantastic throughout the entire deal. He wasn t pushy, thoroughly knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we wanted, made us feel comfortable and had everything organized and ready when we picked up. Couldn t be happier with our purchase.The price we received was very fair. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and service center along with a full tank of gas. Will definitely refer other to this dealership.

Sleazy, slimy snakes!!!. I won't go into the details as it is a long cumbersome story, But Donny in service tries to blame everything on the customer. Continuously made excuses for why the car was broken and why it was my fault. Even though it was running perfect fine until the cable that was recalled snapped. I will NEVER use their services again. I honestly had the worst customer service I've ever had and this is the first review I've ever taken the time to write but want to save others from dealing with similar situations. Save yourself the aggravation and find any other Ford dealership in the area. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

My girlfriend purchased a 2006 Impala from this dealer about a month ago after someone crashed into her last one and totaled it. She was very excited to be done with all the stress and hassle of insurance claims and to have her own car again. The dealer was very pleasant in telling us only what he wanted to tell us. He failed to mention that while the car was in their possession, chevy had a recall for the models' ignition, which can affect airbag operation. We also found out during inspection (1 month after purchase) that it is leaking coolant and having problems with the radiator. I am very disappointed to be going through more car stress with my girlfriend and was really hoping this car would be the solid functional vehicle that was presented to us.

Hi, I was looking for a TRD Pro, Bill Dube had one coming in and asked to see my vehicle for trade in value.The sales people and staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Avoid at all costs! Car went in to have a PTU seal replaced...."Joe" calls me and tells me I need a whole new axle because the axle boot is torn...wasn't having any noise or problems that would suggest that and myself and someone was under the car just the nigh before and didn't see any torn boot. They want to do the work for $600 (a boot costs about $15 and an axle about $65 and it's a quick job)...I tell them not to touch anything else on my car but the ptu seal....I go to pick up my car and it's still on the lift...and no one is working on it...so I complained...."Joe" keeps telling me my car is going to make noise, which I thought was odd since the car hadn't made a peep since it had been driven. I drive the car; I now have noise taking corners...the next thing you know...my power steering fluid let's go and I lose steering...it's gushing.....car is inoperable and now I have to get that fixed. Coincidence? I don't think so....

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, they did a good job although the tech forgot to put my air box lid back on. I called them and told them everything was fine I would definitely go again they did a great job

I leased my car from them 3 years ago- not a great experience, lied to up and down, as is the norm I guess, but still blatantly sneaky . Unbeknownst to me, I left with a lease contract that had a blank mileage line (i.e. wasn't specified 12k or 15k per year lease). I asked for 15k and thought i was paying accordingly. Found out when turning my car in , 3 years later, that Bill Dube had sent a fax to Toyota a few days after my lease making my contract 36k and FORGED my signature! yes you read it right, when Toyota sent me a copy of this lease modification with my ridiculously falsified signature i was shocked. And so the battle begins (where I am now) of trying to get Bill Dube to do the right thing, just call Toyota and admit a mistake was made (not to mention illegally signing my name) so the crazy bill of going 8k mile over my lease can be waived!! Otherwise I stand to pay a hefty fine because they neither filled out the contract correctly, and additionally amended it without my knowledge! STAY FAR AWAY. I am preparing myself for the reality of actually needed legal representation. It's absolutely ludicrous they refuse to admit their mistake to the possible detriment of my credit!

Terrible service. Very antiquated in comparison to other dealerships we have been to.

When I went to buy a car I was not sure if I would be able to doing things with what I had. When I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted asked what I needed and I was straightforward with everything I was willing to do. Even though I spent almost 6 hours at the dealership they broke their backs working in the background to help me get a vehicle that will last me a while. I drove into their lot with a 2010 Chevy aveo, I left the lot with a 2017 Toyota Corolla the payments were in my means, and the protection plan will make sure that my car is still running good for nine years. If this company keeps up with the way he treats its customers, I will have no problem recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Matt Brian and Adam for working with me lady with the shorthair I'm sorry i forgot your name, but I remember that you helped a lot in the process. So for everyone looking for Scott be straightforward don't lie about anything and Bill dube will most likely help you in any situation.

Local toyota and ford dealer in dover somersworth rochester area. This is not one of the bigger dealers but staffs are pretty friendly and service is quick .

Had my second maintenance service on my 2014 Prius at the Quick Lane facility... they were courteous and efficient... both appreciated. They told me that they could also inspect the car for 2016 even though my birth month was about 6 weeks away...so that was much more convenient than having to return for a state inspection. Will return in a few months for next maintenance. Good to know "quality" and "efficiency" can be found right here in Dover!

Staffed by a bunch of racists, the most unprofessional setting I ve seen in my life. If you could be a fly on the wall you would here several racist jokes on the daily. All the way up to management, no filter. Salesperson Erik should be slapped across the head for the punk that he is.

Just picked up my 2016 Ford F-150 today March 13th from Bill Dube after they replaced my dash. I wanted to say thank you David for the excellent customer service at the desk and for assisting/updating me through the whole process. Additionally I wanted to thank the technician who did the work on the truck as he went above and beyond on the install. The dash was not only installed properly and according to specifications, however the gap between my glovebox and one of my panels was also corrected (which I never even mentioned about being fixed). Once again I appreciate the service team and the tech for taking care of me and the truck and will highly recommend them to anyone when it comes down repairs.

I happened to be driving by and saw they had a Jeep Wrangler so I stopped in. No sales people swarmed me while I was looking and let me take my time. I ended up speaking to Brian who was very easy to deal with, and super low pressure. In fact, everyone I dealt with during the entire process was like that. They're very straight to the point with no BS. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and look forward to buying another car with them in the future.

Had a coolant flush on my 2013 f150 , after the flush was performed heater hoses and lower radiator hose leaked coolant , when I showed service manager and the tech that did the flush the leak , the tech made the comment " its not even leaking that much " but worst then that when he did the flush he scratched up the top of the front fender pretty bad , I will never return to this dealer !

They sent me out the door with a signed contract then call me a month later an said inhad to come in an re sign a contract or they were gonna report the car stolen. Forced me into a contract with a much higher rate then i agreed to when buying the car totally screwed me over big time. Ill never ever buy a thing from this place.

Great overall experience buying my Toyota Camry at Bill Dube in Dover. The salesman Dave Azzo was professional, polite, and very knowledgable about the cars he showed me. I will recommend any and all to look for a car at this dealership, and go see Dave, he will steer you in right direction!
