Avoid at all costs! Car went in to have a PTU sea...

Avoid at all costs! Car went in to have a PTU seal replaced...."Joe" calls me and tells me I need a whole new axle because the axle boot is torn...wasn't having any noise or problems that would suggest that and myself and someone was under the car just the nigh before and didn't see any torn boot. They want to do the work for $600 (a boot costs about $15 and an axle about $65 and it's a quick job)...I tell them not to touch anything else on my car but the ptu seal....I go to pick up my car and it's still on the lift...and no one is working on it...so I complained...."Joe" keeps telling me my car is going to make noise, which I thought was odd since the car hadn't made a peep since it had been driven. I drive the car; I now have noise taking corners...the next thing you know...my power steering fluid let's go and I lose steering...it's gushing.....car is inoperable and now I have to get that fixed. Coincidence? I don't think so....
