Fulenwider Enterprises Review

KFC Morganton has bad problems. Wednesday night we go there to get chicken livers to be told it would be a 6 minute wait. The girl at the window asked to move to a parking place where we joined other patrons waiting. They finally, after 30 minutes, start bringing out orders and the line at the window started moving. When the line and the waiting customers were cleared out we were left waiting. After 40 minutes I pulled up to an empty window. Where I was immediately handed our order and sent on our way. On top of waiting over 40 minutes the food was cold, the order was short an extra side item I paid extra for, and the tea was weak on tea and so full of sugar I wound up dumping it. That was our KFC Morganton experience on 6/24/20.

Taco Bell at Tega Cay is horrible! No a/c inside, no one taking orders at the counter. Everyone that ordered from the kiosk had to wait and ask several times for their drink to come out. When I tried to get the attention of one of the staff close to the front, that was making meals, she said she "was very busy". Absolutely ridiculous. Watched several people leave to go eat somewhere else. Customer service needs to be taught. Will not come back.

Taco Bell over beside Tokyo is the worst. They made my food with gloves that were used to give money. I had them remake my food. Worst service ever!!

Blairsville Ga location should close....the service is horrible....food is bad and the restaurant was filthy...and worst of all nobody cares!...never will go back!

Horrible company to work for in the Morganton district. Everywhere else is a nice job.

The Taco Bell/KFC location in Blairsville, GA is horrible. The service is terrible, the store always smells like a dirty wet mop and the employees do not care about their jobs or customers. I don't know how this location is still in operation. This is definitely not the same KFC I use to work for, the quality of service has gone downhill. It's such a shame.

My friend works for taco bell on 64 in Morganton. He has not recieved his payroll check in a month to be direct deposited. Noone can seem to find his money. Dont know wherenit was sent. Big Mike seemsnto like to keep jis employees money and then when go thru proper channels to find out information noone can help. Someone is with holding this pay of over a month of work and this is negligence. We are going to have to seek legal services now and sue BIG MIKE

Worst taco bell owners ever. Staff your stores please! Your kiosks are not replacements for actually having people work your stores.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!! I was fired for taking pictures and when I was I didn't get paid for my last day I worked.You would be better off working at McDonald's

The Taco Bell in fort mill is flat out terrible. Poor service. You really need to close this place or totally revamp.

What is in the Murphy North Carolina KFC this evening a female manager believe was a general manager was yelling so loud had one employees on the line we could hear it in the dining room and 45 years in this business very unprofessional hostile work environment good luck with someone reports it

Taco Bell in Newton, NC (2717 Northwest Blvd. has the rudest staff and manager I have ever encountered. After eating at TB's for over 30 years, They have gotten my last $1. Had a problem with an order that was wrong and when I tried to get it corrected, the person who claimed to be the GM hung up on me. Tried to call back, and again, they hung up on me. If this is the way TB treats customers, I'll find else where to spend my money.

I am reviewing only 1 of their locations, KFC/TacoBell in Denver, NC. By the 2.1 rating I see this is typical of Fulenwider Ent. locations. My wife and I have had Sunday lunch there several times because we like KFC/TB occasionally. Of the 7 fast food restaurants in Denver, this is by far the worst - and not occasionally. We have never been served in a timely manner, waited regularly for 15-25 minutes from the time we enter the location until we are served. We have left on several occasions when 15 minutes had passed and we our order had not yet been taken. Almost every time we visit, someone in line leaves in frustration. I am not criticizing the staff as it appears they are always understaffed and complaints to the manager(s) get this excuse. I do not recall ever seeing someone wiping tables and the order taker always fills the order too, even on a busy Sunday lunch. In another example of poor service, and not for the first time, at apprx. 1:05pm today a person ordering after us asked for whatever chicken box that included 8 breasts. The reply was we only have 4 breasts and it will take 20 to 30 minutes to have more. NO excuse for this consistently horrible service. To add insult to injury, the design of their lot forces exiting traffic to pass through the drive-thru line. As a result of the overall poor service we have to wait for a gap in the backed up drive-thru traffic. We will not go back. I also intend to try to contact Yum! Brands, Inc. to let them know how poorly their brands are represented By Fulenwider Ent. - at least at this location.

Moved to North Carolina from a different state to work for this company as a General Manager for Tacobell. I had two job offers from them and corporate. I chose them based off of what was told to me in a phone interview (how easy it was to advance and move up in the company). Which I later found to be a lie. Company is full of micro managers. Worst experience ever. Do not work under the district manager Samad. He was a snake in the grass. He constantly questioned me, asking if I was was trying to take his job. He also was a horrible communicator who constantly spoke broken english and did not know how to treat or talk to his subordinates. If you threaten his job security as a subordinate, he will conjure up something to fire you. Even if your an asset to the company. I loved my employees, coworkers and vice versa. Upper management constantly complained about labor, (all they cared about was profit) even though they had the extra new digital sales to accommodate it through Uber eats, Grub Hub, Door dash and Post mates. Overall money hungry and driven. Entire district was struggling and understaffed. Over worked employees. Just horrible upper management with the exception of John, he was awesome! Selfish people, Selfish company!
