Sleazy, slimy snakes!!!. I won't go into the details as it is a long cumbersome story, But Donny in service tries to blame everything on the customer. Continuously made excuses for why the car was broken and why it was my fault. Even though it was running perfect fine until the cable that was recalled snapped. I will NEVER use their services again. I honestly had the worst customer service I've ever had and this is the first review I've ever taken the time to write but want to save others from dealing with similar situations. Save yourself the aggravation and find any other Ford dealership in the area. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
