I was given Steven's phone number by a (defunct) Dish TV service firm & gave him a call. Even though I'm two states away, he took the time to hear my pretty-technical RV installation question and give me an hour of his technical guy's (Brad, GREAT!) time and refused compensation. He's helping me find a provider closer to my home. This is TOTALLY the epitome of Customer Service. Great guy!!
